i get my full-sets done with designs and gel for only $48, i usually pay more than $60 anywhere else. i haven’t had a pedicure done there yet but their prices are affordable compared to other salons and they do amazing work!

As a loyal patron of this salon for years, I was shocked and dismayed by my recent visit. What should have been a routine nail care appointment turned into a nightmare that I'm still dealing with weeks later. During my last visit, the technician aggressively removed excessive skin around my nail, causing excruciating pain and leading to a painful infection. Despite diligent efforts to treat the infection, it has persisted, leaving behind a painful callus that continues to cause discomfort. When I returned to the salon to express my concerns and seek resolution, I was met with outright denial and rudeness from the staff. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or take any responsibility for the pain and suffering their negligence caused. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. As a customer who has supported their business for years, I expected better treatment and accountability. I urge others to steer clear of this salon to avoid experiencing similar mistreatment and risking their health. I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and will never be returning. They didn't use the proper tools to remove my gel polish, which made the process more difficult than it should have been. When it came to painting my nails, the polish was clumpy and uneven, and despite their poor job, they still charged me $30! To make matters worse, their PoS machine or internet was down, so they couldn't even take card payments. My friend's experience was just as bad--she didn't even get the full service she paid for. No massage, no proper nail painting, and the whole ordeal took THREE hours. This isn't the first time they've messed up, but it will definitely be the last time I waste my time and money here. Omg i'm so confused. I was just charged $42 for a fill. wouldn't normally leave a bad review for a place being over priced but also the lady doing my nails is a sadistic torturer. she scrubbed the sh*%# out of my cuticles with the nail file and the thing was barely touching my nails, almost entirely on my skin. I can only assume that she enjoys hurting people cause I dont see how that could have been unintentional. so painful? and more pain on all my fingers when she sprayed the alcohol on them! don't go here unless you like pain. read more

Great nail place. I when on a last weekend as walk-ins. The place was packed but they accommodated me quickly. They have a mini bar in the front, if you're up for some snack. They also serve you a drink while you're getting a spa pedicure. You can choose drinks from water, juice, white/red wine, champagne to a mimosa. The place is super clean and they use high end products that good for your skin and nail in long term. The staffs are friendly and I enjoy the foot massage. I like this place. read more

I moved down from NorCal to Riverside in August. I came across this place while looking for places to get my nails done and SO glad I did! My absolute all time favorite spot. I did not make an appointment; however, the man at the front desk was accommodating and was able to get us helped out. I got the #9 + gel polish pedi as well as a Gel X mani. The pedi outcome was okay, but my nails were uneven and the process was painful. The Gel X was horrible. There was excess paint run, and she was very obviously rushing through everything, with one nail being crooked. I also asked for an ombre french tip style nail but the nail tech only applied one coat of the same color. The main kicker was that I asked for a SINGLE nail art design on one finger, and my nail tech, Winnie, refused. The techs were already tired from a day's work and were not enthusiastic about doing their jobs. They were complaining in Viet when people with appointments came in 30 mins before closing. At the end, my boyfriend pointed out that these nails were not like the inspo, and I was denied service. The man at the front desk then invited us back the following day to get a free service to fix the nails. We came back the next day and it got so much worse. #1: He lied. He was going to charge us additionally for the nail art. #2: He was protecting Winnie's refusal of service by saying it was a miscommunication. I understand Vietnamese, and Winnie completely understood the service I was asking for and said NO. I doubt a grown woman at a nail salon doesn't understand when a client is asking for a design. #3: The man in the front also tried to play it off like I asked for a single coat of color when the reference photo shown was using two different colors. He said verbatim, "If you angle your fingers at the light it looks like the photo". Even if that was the case, the result fails to look like the photo. ?????????????? #4: The man KNEW he was in the wrong and offered last minute when we got up to left to do the free service. It was so unprofessional and so disheartening, especially as my first experience at a nail salon. I paid 125 in total (30 for pedi, 75 for mani). Please give your money to businesses with accountability and actually want to preform the service they provide, because this one isn't it.
