They did a good job. I did ask my lady if they sanitize their equipment and all o got was a nod. But then the paper bag that the supposed sanitized tools were used and not have any sterilized lines so unsure of that answer. Staff was welcoming when you enter and I didn't have to wait long to get seated even without an appointment. There are various and higher grade pedicure so I'll try that out next time. This hurts to say, but this place has changed. The ownership changed and I let things slide a few times, but there is absolutely no organization when it comes to seating people. I have left twice now because I was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. 30 minutes later and I am still not seated so I left. I don't mind returning, but don't tell me I will be seated and then waste my time. I cannot speak to any of the girls working there anymore since the staff has changed so much. I would assume they are unhappy with how things have changed as well. Making an appointment does not help either. I showed up and still waited 20 minutes to be seated. I paid extra for calluses removal and it was not done. I however was charged for it. I also asked if I could get a design on my toenails. I was told they did not have time. This was my first time visiting the Bellazzio nail spa. I walked in and got put into a chair within 5 min. They immediately started my full set and pedicure. Took about 2 hours. The nail tech recommended stamped flowers in place of hand drawn flowers. An excellent alternative for a design. They have different designs available as well. The prices are very reasonable. Absolutely love this place been going for years and they have learned what I like and don't like. I often ask for designs or something unique and they always deliver. If I don't like something I say something immediately and they fix it. The customer service has always been great as well on occasion I have had a wait time but they do such a great job and are always so kind I don't mind the wait time at all. Weekends are busy so I would definitely recommend going during the weekdays if possible. BEWARE IF YOU WANT DIP POWDER! Came in today on a whim because i was shopping in the area. I asked for a dip powder manicure. They removed my previous dip manicure and was weary bc it was unusual they way they were removing it but didnt want to be rude and trusted the process. Then they applied a clear coat and i assumed they were going to start the dip nail powder, but instead they used "gel fx builder in a bottle" 4 coats. Then proceeded to mix together nail dip powder and gel nail polish together on a small tray and paint my nails with it. I was so confused and kept saying no i want dip powder and she said no this is how we do it. Complete waste of money and time so disappointed and now i have to spend more to get my nails redone because frankly they look embarrassing The out come is no shape to the nail, lumpy and streaks in the color bc of the odd mixture of powder and gel polish and on top of that my nails are all different lengths which is just the cherry on top. read more
