I've been coming to PolishUp for a few months now and that alone would tell anyone that knows me, this place is THAT GOOD. I'm a loyal a** b**** and Gaby has me for LIIIIFE. She takes her time, listens to exactly what you want and delivers every-single-time. She's sweet as can be, too (which is a plus for socially awkward people like me) My toes are always sandal and flip flop ready and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and immediately booking my ext appointment. Jackie, the owner, should be extremely proud of the establishment she's created. It's a modern nail salon with nail techs who do cute and top tier nail designs (if that's what you're into) or hit the mark with a good old fashioned mani/pedi. She's personable, warm, funny, relatable and cool as hell. If you're looking for a great way to pamper yourself a couple times a month, this is where you need to go. I'll be there every two-three weeks until they kick me out. (I'm not putting a picture of my toes because I'm not getting paid for that, just know they look good)

I have had the privilege of knowing Mimi for nearly a decade -- long before Bellazzio Nail Spa came to be -- and watching her grow into the business owner she is today has been nothing short of an honor. My mother and I followed her long before she opened her own doors, and seeing her vision come to life has been truly wonderful to witness. The kindness Mimi and her team extended to my mother and me during one of the most difficult seasons of my life is something I will never forget. As my mother navigated her cancer journey and ultimately passed away in October 2025, Mimi was a steady, bright light -- showing up through genuine acts of service that meant more than words can express. When I came in to have my nails done for a painting celebration of life in my mother's honor, I shared with the team how meaningful this appointment was. My mother and I have the same hands, and that detail was not lost on them. The care and artistry they poured into their work reflected that. The photo I've shared is a testament to their thoughtfulness and talent. To know that Bellazzio, Mimi, and her incredible team are woven into this chapter of my mother's story -- and mine -- is something I hold close to my heart. I am forever grateful. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Ladies. Read me! I like to try different salons and give my honest review. When I first walked in I was instantly greeted with smiles which is a great plus for me. Was seated instantly and Hung started working on me. I was offered white wine (my favorite) and enjoyed a peaceful playlist. Ladies Hung is THE ONE. UnLike most male techs, hung was persistent, gentle, and kind. He took the BEST care of me with no complaints. I didn't even have to tell him to reshape, file there, or take anything off. He already knew. I love going to nail salons and spas that just know what to do. Sometimes you go somewhere where you have to coach your nail technician, but not here. I knew when he was applying the acrylic I was leaving satisfied!!!! PLUS. Every time you schedule an appointment online it's ALWAYS 20% off. Not just first time, ALL THE TIME. Makes me always want to come back! Hung told me today you are special and I definitely felt nothing but that. Here at Bellazzio they pride themselves with being nothing but the best. As a fist time customer you have my 10 s!!! Thank you for my favorite set read more

Worst experience ever. They had over 5 people workers and only two of them were actually working. The rest were in the front sitting down, doing nothing. They made me wait over 20 minutes before actually starting. The lady kept pulling on my fingers and arm and would twist my fingers in a way that I had to sit uncomfortably in order for her to be able to do the French tip (which was horrible, being that I am 6 1/2 months pregnant). When she was done with one hand, she got mad because I was checking her work, making sure that I liked it so she rudely grabs my hand and puts it into the nail dryer. It was $30 dollars of horrible service and nails that do not look all that great. I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

Scheduled an appointment at 6pm for 2 pedicures and a full set was there a bit late and they still took us in! Sadly I didn't get the lady's name but she made it a very nice experience for my boyfriend especially being the first time he's ever gotten a pedi. Salon closed at 7 pm and Hung didn't finish with my set till 8-830ish he took his time to do my nails and made sure I left satisfied and got what I wanted most importantly didn't rush with my set ! I had stumbled upon this place as I was driving to TJ Maxx. My usual nail tech was too booked to fit me in, and I was in desperate need of a fill and pedicure. When I got there, I was greeted and seated immediately. I received the best service from Hung! He made my nails just as sharp as I wanted them. I forgot the lady's name who did my pedicure, but she took her time and made sure my feet were pristine! There wasn't a drop of paint outside my nails (feet and hands). I'm definitely coming back, and on the plus side, I can walk there if I wanted to. read more
