I am satisfied with the way my nails came out: i didnt get the name of the nail technician. I was a walk in. I called before coming though and the wait was about accurate. She was polite and kind. She took her time and didnt feel rushed. She made sure the nail was not bulbous. I got acrylic / french gel small to medium size. Total was $70. -will follow up my review in time about the retention For now i am a satisfied customer (: 7 days later - all my nails are still on no lifting either which is the best 22 days later - nails still have not lifted or broke. I work in heavy lifting and the nails have held. I would go back For $70 i wish they would have had snacks or drinks to justify the price , however the retention is amazing and the nails did come out nice. read more

I was able to get a same day appointment the day I called for a full set and pedicure, which was great. I got Lynn for my very first visit. I showed lynn a picture of what I wanted. Lynn did amazing, better than the picture I showed her. She is defently an artist. I made a 2 week appointment right there. Not only did she do a great job, but she also was very nice. She does recommend some things when doing your nails, which is fine for me as I am no nail tech. I appicated her thoughts and ideas. Made the experience well worth it. read more

Got my nails done half an hour ago and I'm still bleeding. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Made an appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi. I must've said it 3-4x I specifically did not want a gel pedi. I get in the seat and once the first lady starts painting I notice she's using the base coat for gel nails. Had to repeat myself again that I just wanted a matching color to my nails, but no gel for my pedi. She looked at me as if this was the first time we talked about this. Runs around trying to find a matching color and we settle with something slighter darker than my manicure because by this point, I'm just fed up and want out of here. Get to the second girl who takes over and does my mani. She cuts the edge of my ring finger and it would not stop bleeding. She tries to put nail glue over where she cut me to stop the bleeding and now we have a hard clump of blood on the corner of my nail. It continues to bleed onto my actual nail and she PAINTS OVER IT. So whichever color she used on me, now has my blood mixed into it. She asks if it stings and I obviously said yes and she continues as if nothing happens. Not to mention neither of these women cleaned underneath the nails, neither do they paint off the ends of the nails on the top edges. They left oil on me so anything I touch walking out of there is covered in oil. I was hoping to find a local nail salon I could trust as my go-to and this certainly IS NOT IT. No apologies, no compensations, nothing. Never returning to this place again and will tell my friends never to go here unless they're looking to walk out of there like they just slammed their hand into a drawer. Absolutely horrible service. read more

Came in Thursday and was told I will not receive refund and they would give a full set free, i expressed that I will not be returning for another full set and would kindly like a refund/soak off. I haven't had my nails done in 8 month due to COVID19- but last week I just had to get them done. And fortunately this place was open! I did read reviews but I thought I'd still give them a chance. I had gel manicure and deluxe pedicure done on Aug 1st. First thing I noticed was during my pedicure, no massage and no warm towel was used, although I paid extra for both. When I left the place, I had red cuticles that were bleeding. I said nothing, because I felt bad picking issues during this pandemic- they need business b I thought. Literally 5 days later, my gel came off my left index finger and 2 days later, I'm looking at my nails, they're all coming off. I've attached pictures. I waited very long to write this because I really did feel bad thinking they'll lose business. But then I realized, if you want good business you need to give the client better attention and not rush! I'm very disappointed with my services and def won't be going back. read more

The quality of service is terrible. If you make an appointment, you can still be prepared to wait a long time to get service. I made an appointment to get a mani/pedi. T started on my nails (and did great work), but l waited 50 minutes before someone was ready to start my toes, which meant l would have been there another hour. I made an appointment with Lin and when I went in for my 2:00 appointment, Lin had me wait until 2:40 to tell me to come back at 4:00 & she will do my nails. As if waiting 40 minutes after my given appointment time wasn't rude & irritating enough. I came back at 4:00 just to have Lin pass me off to another nail tech & she took another client instead. My nails are nice as far as the shape and not worth taking up hours of my day. Hannie at classy nails bar is AMAZING, she is sweet, professional, and great at what she does! She gets my nails right every single time... she NEVER misses!! I usually go to Tina for my pedicure and she is AMAZING as well she knows just the right pressure for my massages and does great on my pedicure. However, this last time I had to try someone new because Tina was out and I was nervous you know how we are ladies when we find our people we don't like to change lol. But Linn (the owner who is also sweet and a beast at her work) recommended Jessie (she's fairly new) I let her do my pedicure and she superseded my expectations. I've come here before for gel manicures, and have always enjoyed the work that they have done. I came in one week ago for a pedicure, and when I walked in, nobody acknowledged me and I sat there for about 10 minutes. I asked if I could have a pedicure and they sat me in the chair and had my feet soaked for over 30 minutes, I understand that business is getting busy and so that didn't bother me too much. When the woman started doing my pedicure, she tried cutting my toenails and the skin on the sides of my nail. I let her know that it hurt, and then I didn't want her to try and dig my toenails out of the sides, but she persisted, both of my big toes bled and she kept asking me if I was OK I let her know that her and I did not want her to continue doing that part. My toes were no pain prior to coming, and there was nothing wrong with my toenails. She didn't listen, and two days after my pedicure I noticed that my toes were still swollen and started hurting, I ended up getting a full-blown infection in both of my big toes that she cut on, and have had to go to the doctor twice for antibiotics. The doctor at Kaiser let me know that whoever cut my toenails should not have dug into my skin the way that they did, and that the infections were a direct result of the pedicure. Unfortunately I will not be back, and I will be letting my friends and family know that this is the kind of service I received. read more
