I've been here a few times and each time, it's a great experience! Nail salon is located in the Corona Hills plaza, near the McDonalds. Parking can be limited and the nail salon does have some spots set aside for customers. You are always greeted once you walk in and the ladies are so friendly and nice! The nail salon really does feel luxurious, with the white walls and chemical smell. There is a lot of chairs for both manicures and pedicures. There are also TVs to watch while having your nails done. The nail salon can be busy, depending on the time and the day. If it is busy, there is seating. The ladies always try to make sure you don't wait too long to be attended to. They can work fast if it is busy, but it is good work. I usually come to get a pedicure and there are different packages for it. I get the $55 with gel package. It comes with the scrub, lotion, cuticle remover, trim, massage as well as the gel nail. There is a lot of different color options and the ladies always pay compliments. Such a great spot! read more

I was a walk in and would come here years ago. After returning yes there was new management and workers. Sophia did my nails I did not judge her application or filling even though it was horrible she did not take her time and the store was empty there was no need to rush.. I asked her for a binder with color options and she refused and asked me to just tell her the color. After telling her and attempting 2 colors, she told the manegar that I was unsatisfied and the manegar got a similar color I asked but still no folder to choose from ? I'm overly unsatisfied and will not be coming here again. I'm a full time employee with one day off. I expected relaxation and not dealing with money hungry workers. Well one the pedicures my boyfriend and I got were $40 for the European they didn't even massage us for more than 2 mins and didn't even massage our feet just legs. Secondly I asked for ombré which is usually pink and white POWDER. He did pink powder and then AIRBrushed the white and charged $75 for a full set. Came here because I was on a time crunch and couldn't drive out to my regular salon in Ontario. We will not be returning. This place is understaffed and it shows. I asked for a pedicure and full set and they sat me down to get my pedi done first and it was good. They didn't start my set until my pedi was basically done. All that was left was the color. I asked for almond shape and I had a time limit which I was told was enough time. The lady who did my nails did an ugly job. My nails uneven, and oval shaped not almond shaped. One of my nails is crooked and flat and the others are all rounded. You should be charging for quality by this was one of the worst nail sets I've ever had! It's ugly and I'm beyond disappointed and angry. I don't have all the time in the world to just sit around and get my nails done. I'll never return. The pedicure was the only thing that didn't disappoint me and that's why there are 2 stars. I popped in on thursday morning/afternoon I only was going to get a pedicure but the lady asked if I wanted my hands done too, I said yes. My toes came out great but my hands, I hate the shape I asked for almond and some were either pointy or way to round, the polishing is terrible super streaky and uneven. First time service was okay, ladies kept trying to convince me to pick a different color, I choose black. 2 of the employees kept saying black was ugly, and questioning why out of all the colors I chose black. Laughing between them & speaking their language, kind of rude. I decided to give this place a second chance, service was better, lady was really nice, I forgot her name but she was kind and did an amazing job however the gel polish was bad. I did not like it here! I asked for coffin nails and honestly it didn't even look like that shape. I asked the lady if she could repaint my nails because I was not satisfied with the first color and they said they were gunna charge me extra because I didn't like the color? Honestly it was the worst experience! I ended up having to pay 35$ for a work that was not well done. (Black color nails) I ended up going to the nail Salon next to Ross to get them at least repainted and the person there looked at my nails and said it was the worst job and he ended up fixing my nails and painting them for just $5. Jackie is amazing! I've been here in the past and I was always disappointed with both the quality and the service but Jackie changed my mind today. She was really attentive and paid attention to detail as she did my gel manicure. Throughout the service, we made great conversation and I felt very comfortable and satisfied as a customer. Not only that but she also did some cute artwork on my nails and I am very happy overall. I'll request her every time and will probably only come if she's working. During the time however, she was interrupted by the other workers 2-3 times because they kept rushing her to finish my nails? As a customer, I did not appreciate that. I walked in and was immediately taken care of. I came in for a pedicure and while the options available were pretty good, I went with a classic pedicure. I was quite pleased with the experience. HORRIBLE SERVICE 100% !The owner Nancy is rude and always talks about you in their language with the other employees. If you have an appointment at 11, they won't start your nails until 11:45. I understand delays happened, but this happens every single time !!! And when you complain she gets mad and starts talking even more about you. What's the point of my making an appointment if they still take walk in's and perform your full set and pedi separately so they can take them in. Also, CALIFORNIA LAW REQUIRES NAIL SALONS TO USE BRAND NEW FILES FOR EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER, BUT THIS PLACE RE-USES THEIRS. (See for yourself next time.) The guy working there was rude and would to put an acrylic tip on when I asked because the acrylic was lifted up. Instead of doing what I asked, he refused saying it was unnecessary. He called over a girl that works there and they were talking about me and my rest, in there language. I could tell because he made a gesture with my finger and he said "tip" in English. I still tipped him but knew the nail would crack. a few days later it cracked off and there is a fungus in 5 of my fingers under the acrylic but they were not lifted. The brush or grinding tool was unsanitary. If someone refuses to listen to a customer's request, do not use them again. read more
