Found this spot randomly on google and came in to remove my gel x and tried builder gel for the first time. Also got a pedicure. Had a great experience. Front desk was nice and friendly. Adam did my nails and he explained everything thoroughly since I never had it done before. He did amazing. Cindy did my pedicure. They both were friendly. They also offer discount vouchers for first time customers and a stamp card as well as complimentary drink. i will def be back!

AMAZING, i have a girl but she went out of town for a family emergency, and although i love her i do feel that this service exceeded any experience ive had in a long time, not only was Nee Nee very fast, she did this in an hour 15 i think ??? like what thats insane, and also she was FUNNYY and i loved her personality. she was so attentive and the communication was OUTSTANDING. only downside is she was so good that unfortunately now i have to break up with my other nail tech.

I came in for a pedicure and was with Amy. It was super easy and convenient to make an appointment! The service was amazing as well. Everyone here was so nice and friendly! Amy was so sweet and personable and we also finished in 30 mins!! She was so fast and did such a pretty job. I definitely have a new favorite place and will be back for all my pedicures !

I was very pleased with the customer service from calling and making an appt to showing up. Very friendly staff. I got gel builder fill and regular pedicure. Price was right. I honestly really loved my experience here, walked in and just did a walk in and I didn't even wajt 10 min. When I sat down, I was greeted with a menu asking if I wanted any drinks, and was shown the prices and services, I got the classic pedicure for 35$. I got a wash, scrub, lotion, massage, and got my nails painted & it was honestly really nice and you couldn't beat the price! I would definitely come back here, and the ambiance was super nice, super clean and cute. read more

Just moved to the area and I'm a first time client. Clean, nice environment, kind employees. Happy with my pedicure even though it's a little lumpy. Not very happy with my manicure. She told me it was +15 for french tip even though I didn't do each finger. Then another +$15 for design but since it was all of my fingers it was +$35. It seems excessive considering the line work isn't even clean. I was cut multiple times. They look like press-ons to me. They also charge like $4 to use card? Payed $119 for the mani. If you get basic work done I think pricing is ok. Overall just not the salon for me. I don't mind high cost if it's worth it but will not be returning because the quality does not match the price. Altogether my total was $192. They also bribe for reviews, you get a free cuticle oil, so I wouldn't trust their reviews either. read more

The work is decent but I made an appt for 130 and didnt get my pedicure started for over a half an hour. Just sat in the chair with my feet soaking for 25 mins. I was only there to get a pedicure done. Wish I would've brough one of my nail polishes from home since the color selection is a bit limited. The drinks were really small but tasty. read more

Jany did my nails yesterday ! He has done such a beautiful job ! He is super friendly and gentle. I got the gel builder because regular gel does not keep my nails strong and healthy, they often break on the sides if I use regular gel. And they look the same if I used regular gel. Jany took his time and cleaned my cuticles. My nails feel so comfortable, they look neat and clean. He did such a fantastic job. Also Jany kept offering me water or other beverages they have there. Got lucky that they were open. I took the reconnect gel pedicure service. Jen who took care of me today was very nice. She was also very thorough in getting all the hanging cuticles out. Apparently, now they charge you to take off the powder and the nail tech didn't seem too interested in doing the design that I showed her and then ended up with something I didn't like, but at that point I was pretty dumb because it had been more than an hour and a half of her working on my nails. read more

I knew my chances were slim but my nails looked really bad so I took a chance and called anyway. I was very pleased that they offered me a last minute appointment. Even though it was late, the Tech (manager) Adam took his time and did a great job with my nails. I've been there a few times and can confirm they take extra care to make sure their clients leave happy. Great prices, clean and welcoming environment, friendly staff and a great vibe. She's so personable, fun to talk to, and incredibly efficient, yet she never rushes the quality of her work. My nails always look amazing and last. First time at Pino and needed a full set. Found the salon thru Google first but went to Yelp to check out their reviews. I am all about reviews. Somewhat of a hole in the wall. Salon is well-kept with a good atmosphere. They offer a variety of drinks. Staff are nice, they ask for pics of inspiration and confirm if you like the style before moving forward. You usually don't get asked that so it was appreciated. Adam did my full set and am very pleased. If you're looking for a nail salons, definitely check out Pino. read more

Hello, my name is Adam Dinh. When I immigrated to the United States, my family and I faced many challenges and obstacles as we worked to adapt to a new life. The nail industry not only provided us with a livelihood but also allowed us to integrate into a new community and build a brighter future. Over the years, working in various salons, I came to appreciate the beauty and potential of this profession while also noticing some common challenges: language barriers, inconsistent service quality, and clients sometimes feeling uncertain about their overall experience. I've never heard of a nail salon that charges extra for the shape of the nail, otherwise I wouldn't have changed it. The guy on the phone asked me all the questions except for what shape I wanted. I don't appreciate price discrepancies, it feels disingenuous and unprofessional. If I would've known, I would've just went somewhere else. The lady that did my nails was nice, the place was clean but I likely won't be back. The staff clearly lacks communication with each other at the very least. Plus my nail chipped already...it's been two days! I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and that's never happened before

Just recently, I booked an appointment for 6pm for a full set and a gel pedicure, and the ladies even stayed past their closing time to make sure everything was done and I was satisfied with their work. I always am! I can't stress enough how great everyone is here at Helen Nails and grandma gives the best pedicures and massages! We had a gentleman do our nails today and he was very pleasant and we had a fun afternoon with him. Love the choices and the prices are still very low compared to other places. They keep the place very clean and have a bowl of candy for you to enjoy. The customer service is great and that is worth a lot now a days. Parking can get busy at this shopping center.

This owner treating his employees horribly, and in front of customers!! Really gross behavior and…read moresuper unprofessional!!! I've been coming to The Nail Spot for six years, and I absolutely love my nail tech. The ladies here have always been warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they've kept me coming back year after year. Unfortunately, my visit on Wednesday, July 15, around 3:30 p.m. was very upsetting. When I walked in, there was only one other customer in the salon getting a pedicure. The owner was loudly yelling at the staff. It wasn't just raising his voice--it was shouting. It created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone, including the other customer and, most importantly, the employees. My nail tech was visibly shaken. I quietly asked her what had happened, and she explained that he was upset because customers were texting their nail techs directly to make appointments instead of calling the salon. I've scheduled my appointments this way for the past six years because it's always been convenient and has never been an issue. He told them if they don't like his rules, they are welcome to leave! The owner eventually stormed out and sat on a chair outside the salon. A short time later, he came back in, slammed his drink on the counter, walked to the back, and began yelling at the staff again. Before I left, I told him that he shouldn't be yelling at his employees. He responded by saying he'd told them the same thing over and over. I told him that regardless of the reason, people deserve to be spoken to with kindness and respect, and that this kind of behavior should never happen in front of customers because it created a very awkward and uncomfortable environment for everyone. He apologized, but it didn't feel particularly sincere--he just seemed frustrated. I understand that he may have valid reasons for wanting customers to call the salon directly instead of texting their nail techs. That's his business decision to make. However, there is never a reason to berate employees in front of customers. I'm still giving five stars because of the wonderful women who work there and because my nail tech has consistently provided excellent service for six years. They deserve recognition. That said, if this had been my first experience at this salon, I honestly would not have returned. Be aware of this whack-o. I couldn't believe how he was talking to them. Not okay!!!!!

I got my nails done here 5/21 and by today (5/26) they started popping off so easily not sure if it…read morewas just cheap nail glue, or what. Also the cuticles weren't pushed back. $100 for a mani pedi just for them to start popping off a few days later is a no for me. Definitely not coming back. Again maybe it just depends on the person doing your nails.
