Today was my first time using this salon and overall I had a good experience. I did call ahead to schedule an appointment and when I came in they were running behind schedule but kept me updated and promised I would still be done by the time I needed since I am a mom of three and had to start the pick up process. Sany did my nails and he did a great job. The shape and length was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. He was very fast. I did pay with cash which I was surprised they gave me a discount for doing so and they told me about their happy hour deals for next time. Everyone was really friendly. I will be back. Paid a visit to this salon on Wednesday. I came in with 3+ week old gel x nails that I wanted soaked off and then have a new gel x set placed on. Immediately, the tech said "just fill" to which I responded that I would like them soaked off and given a new set. Immediately, she seemed irritated with this request. I've been getting my nails done long enough to know when someone is rushing the job. She was filing them so fast that the drill kept catching my skin and burning. She had me soak my nails for a very short time before she began to use the nail drill. At this time, they were yet to soften but she began drilling anyway, applying deep pressure to the nail to make a cut in the nail so that she could rip the nail off with her own nails. I flinched and told her that what she was doing was painful to which I received no response. She did this twice. At this point I didn't feel comfortable with moving forward with a new gel x set. So I told them to just soak the nails off and use hard gel on my natural nails and stated I'd like to change my color since I wasn't getting gel x anymore. Again, she's noticeably irritated. They informed me that my nails wouldn't look the same as what I originally requested since it was my natural nails. I told them yes I understand and that's completely fine I'll do a solid color. She then shapes my nails to be all different shapes. Almond, square, oval. I asked her if she would even all of my nails out because they were all different shapes and I wanted them to be all one shape. She argued back and forth until the front desk girl, who was very sweet, came over to communicate for her that she would shape them at the end of placing the hard gel which I've never heard of. I eventually got to a point of saying "if this is going to be a problem, please just leave my nails I don't need them to be done today." However they insisted that she could complete the service. Ultimately, the service was done poorly (my hard gel is already lifting in certain corners and it's only been 2 days), the techs customer service was awful, and I was highly unsatisfied with what I got for the price. I honestly really loved my experience here, walked in and just did a walk in and I didn't even wajt 10 min. When I sat down, I was greeted with a menu asking if I wanted any drinks, and was shown the prices and services, I got the classic pedicure for 35$. I got a wash, scrub, lotion, massage, and got my nails painted & it was honestly really nice and you couldn't beat the price! Just moved to the area and I'm a first time client. Clean, nice environment, kind employees. Happy with my pedicure even though it's a little lumpy. Not very happy with my manicure. She told me it was +15 for french tip even though I didn't do each finger. Then another +$15 for design but since it was all of my fingers it was +$35. It seems excessive considering the line work isn't even clean. I was cut multiple times. They look like press-ons to me. Payed $119 for the mani. If you get basic work done I think pricing is ok. Overall just not the salon for me. I don't mind high cost if it's worth it but will not be returning because the quality does not match the price. Altogether my total was $192. They also bribe for reviews, you get a free cuticle oil, so I wouldn't trust their reviews either. read more

I've only been here a few times, it's very well kept and clean inside and they have great customer service. My nail tech has also done a very good job with my gel manicures, she was precise. The issue isn't with the staff at all or with my nails immediately after my service. Gel manicures I've had elsewhere always last me 4 weeks however the times I've gotten them done here the gel completely lifts off as a whole at one and a half weeks which is a bummer because I'd expect them to hold longer given that their manicures are pricier (which I usually don't mind) but it doesn't last. I always wear gloves to protect my nails when cleaning so I know it's not anything on my end. I always ask for the OPI gel which again I've had no issues with elsewhere so I'm not sure if it's the other base and top coats being applied causing the lifting issue. read more

I went in to get my acrylics removed (toes & hands) they were using acrylic tips to separate inbetween my nail and the acrylic to remove... the lady who removed my toe acrylics was doing acetone & the tips. My nails are damaged and sensitive. Everyone knows you're supposed to do a soak off NOT the other way around. Unprofessional & unsafe practice if I say so myself. My nails are all chopped lol. I got the gel builder because regular gel does not keep my nails strong and healthy, they often break on the sides if I use regular gel. And they look the same if I used regular gel.
