These people are extremely rude!! They always try to rush the process and never respect their customers. I called and made an appointment and when I went they made me wait for more than 20 minutes. When a man was available he said "I don't want to do her nails tell her to come tomorrow"!!! I got an impromptu pedicure around 10am on a Wednesday and was surprised to see so many people being serviced. I was able to be seen right away though as a tech was available. This place is no-frills so if you are looking for something fancy, this ain't it. That being said, I got a solid pedicure for only $24, which is unheard of where I live in Laguna Niguel. My nail technician was efficient and did a careful job with the polish so my nails look nice and neat. It would be nice if there were options for other "add ons" like paraffin wax etc. I peaked at other people get acrylics and fancy stuff and it seemed like the technicians know what they are doing. For good, affordable nail care I would go back for sure. read more

Just moved to Corona and thought I'd give them a try. Love, love them! My nails last and Danny shapes them perfectly.

I tried this shop for the first time since it is located close to my house. I don't enjoy leaving a negative review but I was surprised by the poor work the technician did on my nails. I got an appointment same day and their prices were reasonable. I went there for a gel fill and a pedicure. They started my nails and midway thru they asked me to move for my pedicure and said they would finish my nails when the pedicure was done. I politely told the gal that I would come back for the pedicure another time since I was short on time. I prefer they do both at the same time. Anyways they said ok and sure enough towards the end of the pedicure they were working on my nails however she didn't start the nail polish until my pedicure was done. When she was totally done with my nails I was shocked to see the polish did not come close to my cuticles making my nails look like they still needed to be filled! After I mentioned this she quickly agreed to fix it which meant another 20 minutes of her filing and repolishing and using the UV lite to dry them. When it was done my bill was about 75.00 dollars for both. On my way home I noticed my nails looked lumpy on certain edges like she didn't complete the filing. My pedicure was also a disappointment, I paid for callus removal and I still had my calluses. All in all this shop was truly nothing special in any way that might tempt me to return. The staff wasn't very friendly, I felt rushed and if I hadn't complained about the polish she would have sent me home with awful looking nails!! I've been getting pedicures and nails done for at least 20 years and this shop definitely is at the bottom of my list to go to. read more

I highly recommend trying this Nail salon out! I just got my nails done for $130 across the street at Me Eco Nail Bar on Monday and I had 4 nails already break in half by Saturday in the same week and my natural nails were split and bleeding underneath the acrylic. I went back to the same tech to get them shortened and fixed since they obviously weren't built strong enough and I was told I would have to pay even more $ to have them corrected and that I couldn't be helped for 21/2 hours with a funeral to get to. So! I went across the street and met Cindy at Q nails and I was soo unbelievably happy with the customer service I got right away! She soaked off my fresh broken acrylics with such gentle care and made my nails feel so much better and listened to exactly what I wanted. If you are unsure about trying this place because of past reviews I would definitely give it a try for yourself! You won't be disappointed read more

First time customer getting a pedicure and was very disappointed. The pedicure was completed in 26 minutes. The fasted I have ever had. Feet were only in the water while the water filled the tub. I was cut during the process. Gel polish was applied without asking if I wanted gel. Which was not a big deal. Polish was thick and uneven. You can see where the different coats were applied. I asked for the gel to be removed where I was cut again by the e drill. Still paid for the full service but will not return. read more

I went for a pedicure and the old lady did a mess on my nails and color so she re done it and file too much like three times I told her to stop and she didn't listen to me until another nail technician came and she took over. My nail hurt so much you have no idea. They even gave me 2 old nail polishes and a water. I will never go back. 0 stars if posible. read more

Ummmm best experience ever. I had a full set put on yesterday SOME WHERE ELSE and have been so upset how thick and not the shape I wanted. It literally looked like I had pink tootsie rolls glued to my fingers. Anywayyy after crying to my gf on the phone, she told me to call Q nails and see Jennifer. She got me in an hour after I called (I got there earlier than told to and even saw me early actually) ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW. The work she did to fix them, without taking off my set, is unbelievable. They are exactly the shape I wanted. She was sooooo precise and I didn't even have to once ask to "re file" or make this one this way. She knew and did exactly what I wanted.
