First time in this area, and I decided to try this location. Not only were they friendly but funny. I had Cathy do my mani and Tina my pedi. I can honestly say this is the first time it did not hurt to get my nails done and loved it. The only thing I did notice is that this is also the first time I get a callus removal, and my feet don't feel as smooth as they normally do after a pedi. My toes last up to five weeks when she does my toenails. And I don't wait that long because I'm lazy I just sometimes don't have time to go get them done sooner so the fact that she does such a good job and they still look good is very helpful! This review is solely based off my grandmas experience here with the waxing technician who assisted her. Brought my grandma in to get her chin hair waxed and Kathy had the honor of assisting my granny. I waited outside and after 25 min I wondered what was taking so long, she was just in there to get chin hair removed. I went to check on her and Kathy let me in the room while she finished up. After leaving my grandma was so pleased with how gentle Kathy was. She said other places are so rough and just rip away so viciously but Kathy really took her time with my grandma. I'm impressed. I'm very picky about my acrylics however the woman who did them took her time and even made a custom color for me. 107&108 mixed together and it came out this beautiful color. I usually go here for my pedicures and they always do such a good job as well. I would avoid going during the weekend though as the Parking is hell and it's usually busier but during the week you are solid. Best price in town for a good pedicure in my opinion. read more

I only went here because of a recommendation, and I definitely don't see myself going back. The customer service was so bad. I had called and asked if Cathy was available for today since that recommendation had let me know in advance that she is booked heavily because she is really the only one who specializes in ingrown toenail's. I was told yes and that I could come in at 5:30. I went got there early and was seated immediately. Except the person that was working on me was not her. It would not have been a big deal if she was doing a good job but they looked horrible. I am absolutely horrible at doing my own nails. They looked like I had done them and believe me that means they looked that jagged. I asked if Cathy was in because I have really bad ingrown and really needed someone that specializes in that department. The lady working on my toes was PISSED. I got really uncomfortable and said that I was sorry but I had called before hand to ask for her availability. The lady that took the call said she didn't hear me ask her for Cathy even though I had. Again I still apologized and asked if it would be better for me to come back a different time because I really needed my ingrown out. Cathy reassured me that it was okay and she would take care of me even though she had another appointment. I thought that was really sweet of her. It's important for me to mention that they push you to get GEL to the point of making you uncomfortable. I do NOT like gel on my toes. I wear tennis shoes all the time so it's really pointless in my own opinion to get gel on my toes. The previous two ladies had already asked me SEVERAL times and I had said no to each time despite them getting visibly upset to declining a service I DONT want. When Cathy asked I declined as well and she pushed it a couple times in which I said no. She continued with doing them GEL besides me saying that I DID NOT WANT THEM GEL. I thought maybe she was trying to compensate for the bad customer service of the other ladies since I had clearly stated that I didn't want them gel. I was already upset that she still proceeded to do them gel after I had said no, but I was already so stressed out I didn't care to say anything else. When I went up to pay she charged me $40. When I asked her why it had been $40 when I was told it would be $35, she stated because GEL WAS AN EXTRA $5. I told her that I never asked for the GEL and had made it very clear when they asked that I DID NOT WANT THE GEL. I ended up having to pay for a service I didn't want, bad customer service, and being in a stressful environment all because they never seem to actually listen to the customer. I didn't even get the massage that comes with the pedicure. I paid for a half assed service. The nails look fantastic and I have to give credit where credit is due but the customer service is really important to me. Especially when I'm paying for a service to its totality. I do not recommend if you are going to treat yourself and want a stress free visit where you get exactly for what you ask for. Update: Cathy has called me and wants to make the situation right. She has apologized for all the misunderstandings. We agreed that I would go in again and she would personally take care of my service from start to finish. read more

I always go with some sort of French tip after because they are always shaped So beautiful. Chi is my go to for mani and pedi and of course color changes. The previous nail shops that I went to nobody can ever do my nails the way I like them to be done. So I said let me try this place here, and sure enough I made the right decision. Mike did my nails, I got a full set. He asked ME how I wanted my nails and he gave me exactly what I asked for. Lisa gave me a pedicure and she also did an excellent job as well. I called and made an appointment ahead of time, spent 15 minutes looking for a parking spot, only to be told upon arrival that I did NOT have an appointment!! I showed the rude lady (whom refused to provide her name) my phone and pointed out that I had called and she stated that I called, yes maybe but no appointment. Absolutely horrendous. Never in my entire life have I stepped food in a nail salon that's done a worse job. Didn't ask for anything special, just acrylics with a black polish on top. My nails came out with AIR BUBBLES on them! I didn't even know that was possible! Every nail was wavy and wonky and didn't look right at all, it was just an overall sloppy job. I have literally done better at home with acrylic powder from Sallys! I HATE leaving bad reviews but I have to when I get such low quality work. :( read more

This place has really gone down hill... I've been here on several occasions for acrylic fills and pedicures, and it was a nice, clean place. Now it seems dirty and kind of run down. I'm not sure if there's a new owner or what is going on. It seems weird that they would let the place get trashed so much, it is located in a central parking center/area that attracts many people. Anyway the salon seems unclean like the floors and there is nail accessories everywhere like unorganized. The color selection was a bit disappointing as they had a lot of cheap brands and very little OPI nail polish options. I'm sorry but if your gonna use cheap nail polish I can buy that and use the crap I have at home... Also everything seems broken or like its about to break at this nail salon. My chair like barely worked when I tried to get it to do the massage. And it wasn't adjustable, so I had to sit in an awkward position the whole time that hurt my tailbone. And the chairs have rips and tears in them! Like really?? Repair that crap or buy new chairs. How ghetto is that?! I feel like I'm at the ghettoville nail salon but still paying regular price. Pass pass pass. Go somewhere else if you want to be pampered. P.S. the lady doing my pedi right now just answered her cell phone in the middle of my pedi! Seriously man?! read more
