Was my first time coming and it was very pleasant visit, the staff is welcoming asked me what service I wanted and I just wanted a pedicure with gel and the lady that attended me I didn't get a her name but she took her time with my pedicure! Which with most places around here they don't t take they're time with it. I had scheduled my appointment at 11am on Thursday and the place is very clean and has a lot of natural sun come in. Overall was a wonderful experience and I will come here to get my nails done!

If you want a place that actually takes their time and is meticulous with the details, go here. They're very polite and the vibe is great. I switched to Gel-X because it's better for your nails, it's also so much quicker and they handle the refills for gel-x here. They even have complimentary drinks. Tina did a fabulous job with my nail designs too Definitely recommend!

Came in for a full set of acrylics. The end result is very beautiful. I asked for almond shape with french tip (showed the tech a photo). They remodeled the space since the last time I came in, which had been a while I do admit (maybe early 2023?). It looks great. Front receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. She offered a complimentary drink too, which was very nice. They have some really pretty options at the front if you don't have any idea of what you want to get. I keep the review at 4 instead of 5 stars because I asked for acrylic full set and told both the receptionist and the technician. It is the service I got, but my receipt says Gel X and I was charged $75 before tip. I definitely did not get Gel X, which is fine, but I didn't notice the discrepancy in charge until hours later. It's OK ultimately, but I will be sure to ask about the exact charges next time. They took my walk-in quickly too.

Hello, I just wanted to express my visit yesterday 1/30/26 about my nail appointment I asked for gel x & pedicure. I noticed the lady don't have her name, did two crooked nails and I asked her to fix them, she got frustrated and only removed one to fix it but refused to remove the second one so she kept filling them down to fix it.. you can notice it's still crooked I showed her an inspo and then she forgot to put the golden gems. She got glue on my nails and I laid $95 for this set.

This place was fantastic. I was a little bit hesitant because I don't get pedicures often, but it was time, and I picked this place off of yelp. For one the prices are amazing. They are one of the cheapest places like this I have ever been to and I did not have to sacrifice quality. Service was great and everyone was very nice. They even serve complementary drinks that are quite fancy. Perhaps most importantly, they do the job well. My feet feels so much better now. I would definitely go again and my stepdad who came with me also said he wants to come here every time he visits!

I cannot express how happy I am with my nails. First time coming to Tina and I was not disappointed. She is amazing! Brought my vision to life; she is incredibly skilled. Can't wait to come back!!!! I've been going here on and off for years and even when I've moved farther away I still keep coming back because really no where else compares on the quality. I recently started seeing Tina who happens to be new to the establishment and she has been AMAZING! She's very attentive, very gentle, and very kind. I have nothing bad to say about this business or its staff. Yes they are on the pricier side but you really get what you pay for. The retention and quality is unmatched.

This was my first time getting my nails done here, and Tina was AMAZING!!! I've never felt so taken care of, informed, and just overall happy after leaving a nail appointment. She is genuinely the sweetest and kindest person and new to the establishment so please give her a chance! I never leave reviews for places but Tina genuinely deserves the customers and praise! I had such a great experience with Hanna! She is super talented, detail-oriented, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Double OO is honestly my new favorite Salon. They have a whole drink menu that is filled with several options to keep your vibe up while you relax and enjoy a little me time. My gel mani was taken care of by Christy(?) and she did it very well. The hand massage was brief but very relaxing. I had a great and relaxing pedicure with Ryan and he took his time and was VERY detailed. Not once did it hurt of feel uncomfortable. I was able to land a same day appointment with no wait on a Sunday afternoon. Chances are that if they do not pick up the phone, they are BUSY! Take the hint and try calling at another time. They only have so many people available. The place is very clean and well kept. They have a worker come by stations often and clean and sanitize. Everyone seems friendly and excited that you're there. You also get a small cash discount so be sure to pull enough to pay for your service and tip! Parking was breeze which is a huge plus in my book. read more

Terrible, I went in to get my nails done and they were so persistent on the color. When i ended up not liking it they tried to charge me extra to change the color that i didn't even want. Then they tried to have me tip each person $20 after already messing up my who experience. read more

Amazing Service Always!! I absolutely love this place. They always kill the design and shape to perfection. Rachel did an amazing job as always! The vibes are always so relaxing and welcoming it always keeps me coming back. They have the best complimentary drinks and the staff is always so much fun to talk with and the people you meet while getting your nails done are just as welcoming. I've never left there upset or disappointed. My nails always last 3 weeks + and stay in tact plus they were $80 what an amazing price! They always exceed my expectations and they never tell me no to what I want; they always make it work. I've had some amazing sets from them and I'm happy to keep going back. I love and I mean LOVE how my nails turn out from this salon. The reason I took away stars is because my schedule is very scattered due to work (I know it's not their fault or problem) but their online system does not accurately reflect the times they have available, I have had a lot of delays in responses to requests for appointments and even had an appointment given to another client out of what felt like spite because I gave totally respectful feedback about the online system to them. I love this salon including the drinks they include in the service but I fear I may be looking for a new salon due to customer service and difficulties booking appointments read more

First time here. The service was amazing. I booked online which was fast and convenient. I was greeted right away. And shown their wall of colors... so many to choose from it was a tough decision, but I loved the options. I was offered a complimentary beverage. I choose the Thai milk tea (cold).. mmm it was soo delicious. I had Alex for my manicure. Alex was great asking me how was I liking everything and did such a wonderful job. Gave me a massage on my arms/ hands and it was perfect (wish it lasted longer lol). Ryan did my pedicure.. I swear hands down the most caring and attention to detail. Ryan's movements were soft and easily guided my feet to the bath and up. I was super comfortable. Light music in the background. Good movies/ tv shows playing on both tvs. I Definitely will be coming back. Prices were comparable to others. I have no complaints. They were amazing. read more

I love double Oo nails! Everyone is so nice and accommodating, and all of the nail techs are great, especially Tina! She is so sweet and always says she is happy to serve you. She is great at what she does and she really wants to make sure you love your nails. She was out of tow for a while but she's back now and I'm so happy! I went to her today and she could tell that I wasn't crazy about the color I chose and she recommended putting another sheer color on top which made my nails come out beautifully. 3.5 stars I came here years ago and remember the nails always being top notch so I decided to stop by again. When I called and asked for an evening appointment I was told I had to be there at 4:30 in order for one of the services to be done. I ran a couple minutes late, but called to let them know. The service I rushed for ended up not being done for almost 20 minutes after I arrived. Feeling rushed then not being ready when I arrived didn't feel great. My only other main complaint was that the movie they played was about a plane crash and had a lot of violence and had a lot of gore... not exactly the relaxing vibe I wanted while getting nail services done. Actually, made me quite anxious. My nails did turn out really well and I am pleased, however the ambiance and the waiting after being asked to arrive at a specific time and rushing, was not great. read more

I've never made an appointment, so I've had several different nail techs work on me, and each time I've left satisfied. I will not be returning which makes me so sad I really wanted to like this place I'm so disappointed it didn't even last to the event I got them done for!! I can't give one star because the manager had charm I cannot deny his attitude was good it just feels bad after to not get what you want and then to have them buckle and dime you for things that didn't last at all I'm probably going to have to go to a new place and get it correctly done so I'm paying this twice and that is why the review is so low

Then they started the service and the water was cold and the lady doing my pedicure was speaking in her language loud the ENTIRE time. This made the entire experience awful. In addition to the whole service being subpar, the lady was using dirty tools on my feet. She grabbed what looked like a kindergarteners pencil Box and it was labeled "soiled " she then started using the tools on me and I finally said something. She gave me attitude and I ended up leaving. I will be reporting them to the health department/ it's only A matter of time until this filthy establishment gets shut down. I would highly discourage anyone from Going here

We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

I would go back in to get it fixed if I had time which I don't. I got a pedicure and I think it was a blue clay mask or something and I I didn't realize it was still on my leg when I left. Pretty much got up charged for some other things and I wasn't told either so a little annoying. Having a huge blue spot on my leg was tilting since I was out. Most likely never going back. If anyone has suggestions for a different nail salon message me please.

Double 00 nail salon has been the only salon that I trust and feel genuinely taken care of. Every time I've been here Will works hard at making sure my nails look fresh and beautiful. This salon greets me at the front door, and when I call they refer to me by my first name. The nail color selection is extraordinary and the staff is friendly and hardworking. It's always a plus when the manager Ty, stayed 45 minutes after the salon closed so Will can finish my nails. If that's not good customer service I don't know what is. Also, I've never felt hate at this salon in any way. The employees here work extremely hard to make sure our nails look beautiful and discriminating is a strong accusation to make to a company. I've never been more pleased with my nail tech and the outcome of my nails. The patience, dedication, passion , and cleanliness, go beyond expectations. Went to this place because I heard about this SNS manicure to see what it was about, let me tell you everyone makes a big deal out of it when all it is is that they put nail glue on your nail and add acrylic powder on top of it. Its not that great its NOT good for your fingers there are no vitamins that penetrate into your nail like they say it will and if you look up SNS manicure under MSDS guidelines it will tell you what it consists of, an SNS manicure is a joke it is not good for your fingers. It also scares me that they dont use liners in the pedi bowls, bacteria builds around the jets and when turned on puts the fungus in the water with your toes and they are not cleaned properly because the jets need to be removed every time in order to clean them read more

I came to this nail salon for the first time today because my usual spot was closed (it's Sunday), and I'm so glad I did. The older gentleman who checked me in was incredibly kind and even offered me a complimentary drink. As an exhausted mom, that alone meant a lot, I chose a Celsius. The male tech who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing. I honestly don't think I've ever had my toes done with such gentle hands and attention to detail. The cleaning, nail cutting, and polishing were all done so precisely and carefully. Nothing felt rushed, and the entire experience was relaxing and professional. I have been coming here for a few years now & the service has just gotten better & better! The outside is plain not too many signs but once you walk in it is such a vibe. The front desk are always greeting you in & on the way out. They are always on check with the appointments & if you are a walk in the always work with the schedule to get you in. This is my first yelp review ever. This nail salon is absolutely amazing! My favorite! I usually do my own nails but I heard about SNS nails and had to try it. Now I'm in love with it. Loved this salon! Hidden gem in Corona and definitely worth the drive to find it! It doesn't look like anything special on the outside but when you walk in you feel like you've entered a day spa. The managers are very attentive (a husband, wife and brother) and the technicians are very conscientious about the quality of their work. They are also very easy to communicate with. Prices are reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this fairly new salon!!! read more

Tempted to keep this as my hidden treasure, but that wouldn't be fair to them. Double OO is really a hidden treasure. They are hidden in this little strip away from traffic so they need to be revealed. Great, clean, friendly and affordable salon.
