Tina kept digging into my toe to where it hurts real bad. Also she didn't paint my nails I had to ask then it was so thick I y Told her to take it off. I just couldn't believe it. Never I had this before and it was 60.00 for what pain and no polish. I feel bad I gave a poor tip but it was terrible. Will not go back there. read more

Ok.....so I had proudly told everyone that asked for referrals to go see Kaylee at KNails, she and Helen, did a fabulous job, until they went on vacation....then another girl took care of me, and she did a horrific job, burnt me with the dremel multiple times, cut/nicked my cuticles with the nail file multiple times on every finger, and I just grinned and beared it. The nails looked all lopsided, heavy on one side, thin on the other.... The nail polish was haphazardly applied..... like she was in a hurry to move onto another poor soul..........I was mortified, but I let it happen. Then I went to another nail tech to get this set fixed... she then told me about these "rings of fire" ...... red semicircle lines/grooves on my nail plate typically from too much pressure or using wrong technique with the dremel......each nail had multiple lines..... like almost reading the rings on a tree, you could count how many fills I had.........I always knew they were there and thought they were just part of the normal process........... read more

Terrible didn't want to take me for a full set but would take me for gel x? And it was the owner. So unprofessional.

I got a gel pedi and the lady cut one of my toe nails very short and slanted compared to the other one. I asked very nicely if she could pls fix it and she said "that's how you came in I didn't cut it, I cut all of your toes but not that one." Which is obviously not true. It was over a month that I got my toes done so they were all very long. She had another lady come & fix & she grabbed my foot very rough and hard like she was mad and I gasped and said "omg you're so rough!" she then started taking to me all nice trying to ask me questions as if she didn't do anything wrong. So people around wouldn't notice. read more

Recently moved to this area and trying to find a new nail salon. I went to K Nails and it is nice. Its clean and staff is friendly. The reason why I am given 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I got my manicure (dip), I felt it was rushed. When I get a manicure, the person usually cuts the cuticles after my hands have been in the water for a bit (at least that has been my experience). But not this time. Staff just went straight to use their electronic nail buffer and then started using the powder to do my nails. Once I had a few coats on my nails, staff filed the sides of my nails taking off a bit of the color. Perhaps, I was expecting different and I believe they were getting ready to close but I felt the manicure was a little too rush. read more

I've had my nails done by Kayle and Helen. They do a fantastic job! My nails always look great after their work. I come in every three weeks, so I've noticed that the prices keep going up almost every other few times. It's a bit disappointing because I love the service, but not sure if I'll be back since they are pretty pricey now. Overall, I appreciate the quality, but I hope they consider keeping their prices more stable in the future. read more

It was my first time going to K Nails and I am so happy I did. I was in need of find a salon closer to home & decided to try K Nails based off of all the positive reviews. My nails were unevenly shaped prior to going to K Nails (pictured in the green) and Lena did such an amazing job correcting the shape & keeping them thin just how I asked. I am so happy I have a new salon closer to home now & the most beautiful chrome nails! Also I just want to add how sweet Lena was to me the entire visit & constantly was checking in with me to see if I liked my nails every step of the way. Great customer service! read more

Hadn't been here for about 6 months. Appt: with Eric for gel fill, he did before. He does do a good job on my nails. Cut my cuticles to close, one bled, he didn't say anything. They didn't have brushes to clean the residue powder under my nails when I was done. They looked at me like I was nuts. They said oh we don't do that here. I noticed the two chairs had a grimey marks all over them and on the seat where I was to sit, I told Eric he didn't care, but he told the owner after he was done with my nails. She came over and started yelling at me, I said I was just letting Eric know. I said clean your chairs! She just kept yelling. I stayed calm, didn't say anything else. Fortunate I was done, paid my $65.00 and $20.00 tip to Eric and left. read more

I've been consistently getting my nails done here for a while now and I loooove them. I started out just doing gel because it was all I really knew, but my nails were getting brittle and were always breaking/cracking. Finally, someone (I think it was Mimi) recommended I try dip and I haven't gone back to gel ever since. I've had manicures and pedicures by several of the technicians here and I'm always satisfied with their work. I brought a friend once and she loved her nails too! A few months ago, I asked for a chrome nail and within a day or two the chrome layer started to peel off. I HATE to be the person to complain and felt uncomfortable bringing it up, but I called and they said they'd be happy to fix it. When I came in, they were ready to see me immediately and explained that sometimes the chrome can come off easily. They said if I wanted something completely different they would redo all my nails, or they could just fix the two nails that were messed up. I just had them fix what had already chipped and they didn't even charge me to fix it. I was satisfied with their explanation and with the outcome as well. My nails stay in tact for 3-4 weeks which is crazy to me! I come back in because my nails are grown out, it's not because the color looks bad itself. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

I just finished getting my nails done. I left very unhappy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (French tip) and she was unable to do that. I would have preferred her to be upfront and I would've picked a simple color to do. The French tip she did was uneven and looked like something I could've done at home. In addition, it was obvious she was talking about me and my mom to her coworkers which I find extremely rude. I will not be coming back here and I recommend you finding another nail shop to get your nails done. Worst $47 (with 10% off) I ever spent. read more

So I had a doctors appointment in Norco and was in desperate need of a mani/pedi.. First off, the message chairs, top tier... by far the best massage during a pedicure! The kneeling setting gave my stubborn knots a run for their money! Walked in and had a dip manicure, I love natural nails, they did an amazing job on my shape, evenly filed, no bumps on my dip etc. Very friendly staff, they offered water and even conversated. All around great experience. I'm not one to try new places when it comes to my nails or hair but this place is definitely worth a shot. read more

I'm usually very picky about nail salon because I have sensitive nail and cuticles that tends to bleed easily. Can't handle rough nail technicians This place uses machines to scrape off gel residue rather than filing the nail a million times. I like that because it's much quicker and less scraping on the nail. (You don't have to really soak your finger in nail polish) The place is spacious and clean, there's a reception desk and the person is very tentative (I'm sure you've all experience going in to a nail place and everyone is busy doing their own thing, and you're like ??!?) Best if all, I love that I can make appt first because I hate waiting!!! I will be back read more

My go-to spot for getting my nails done in the area! I love getting the full set mani-pedi. They do an awesome job with acrylics (a lot better than a regular mani-pedi, my nails always get cut so short). A little pricier compared to other spots I've been to but nothing too crazy. Service is good unless you try to do a walk-in; it will be a bit of a wait. Definitely recommend calling ahead if you plan to go! read more

I was referred to Kaylee at this nail salon but accidentally made an appointment at a salon by that name. Let me tell you what a difference THIS Kaylee is. My nails look FANTASTIC even after a week. I'm so glad I found her. At the other place my corners started breaking after one day. Yes they fix them but what a hassle. Here?? Absolutely ZERO issues. They are nice and thin like I like without any breaking. They use good products here and this Kaylee is a true artist. I just moved here from Long Island where I had my go to nail spots! When I came to Riverside and tried 20 different nail spots and just couldn't find anyone local in Riverside that matched what I wanted. There's obviously a "standard" or "look" in CA that is much different than my beloved NY nail salons. However, when I went to K Nails I found Helen! She actually LISTENED to what I was looking for and was able to deal with how picky I was/am lol (DON'T WORRY- I tip well since I know they have to deal with my pickiness!) There was no eye rolls or add-ons I didn't expect. I am so excited to find my go to nail salon! Thank you Helen and K nails! Definitely worth the trek from the 951! read more
