I love this place! The facility is clean, technicians are professional and friendly, prices are affordable, and the work is quality work! I just started getting acrylics after previously doing them myself at home and they are lasting even after doing barn chores (cleaning stalls, grooming horses, turning out and riding horses, picking hooves etc). I found this nail shop on Groupon. I had never been here but, they had a really nice volcanic pedicure deal and I wanted to do something nice for myself. I had read the reviews and, in them, everyone suggested to request LeAnn. So when I scheduled the appointment, I stated that per the reviews I should request LeAnn. I arrived and the shop was clean and the owner addressed me by name. I thought that was different.. huge plus in the customer service department. The pedicure was lovely. The technician was very polite and professional. She encouraged me to relax and enjoy my appointment. She did a wonderful job and her massage was the perfect pressure. The whole time I didn't know this was LeAnn. I didn't find out until towards the end of the appointment. I asked what days she worked and it wasn't the day I was there. Because I had requested her, she came in just for my appointment... WHAT THE WORLD!?! Now that's customer service! I felt bad and apologized but she was so gracious and said it was okay. Will I be back????? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! But don't ask for LeAnn, she's all mine lol!!!! JK!!! If you schedule an appointment and get LeAnn, you're in for a treat!!!! read more

I was at the cleaner next door and saw the Nail Salon is under new management. Took a peak inside and saw the place is clean and has new pedicure chair. I ask for a pedicure. The service was great, they have a steam pedicure, I never had this service before, she said it helps clean away dirt , oil and help with blood flow. The warm steam feels great. I found this place on Groupon because I've been needing a pedicure and went first thing when they opened on a weekday. Clean and great service, workers are very nice. I got the $8 off classic pedicure one and added on a callous remover which was $7. Total came out to 30 with the Groupon, 37 with the extra add on but they did a phenomenal job! I've had some really good experiences getting my nails done in this place, but recently I went to get my natural nails done here and it didn't go as well. It was originally supposed to be dip, but something went wrong with that and Judy decided to apply gel on top. The polish was super thick and it started peeling off that same evening. I went back and she redid the gel a fresh, but the polish peeled of from one nail again. Went back, she fixed it, and it's still happening. And it's not like I do manual work or stuff that messes up my nails. They just start lifting on their own. I don't think I have the energy to go back and get my nails fixed again, and I don't think I will be going back to this place again. read more

The ladies who helped me were very nice, but as you can see from the pic, my nails seemed a little sloppy at the base and the hombre look wasn't done very well. I also had to double check her work on getting the nails even and straight. Even now I notice the one I told her twice to straighten out goes at an angle. Overall for $58 full set and pedicure, not impressed. The pedicure nails came out ok, but the water was cold and massage was ehhh. I will keep searching for a better nail salon after moving into the area. read more

So my little sister went there today to get her nails done and the lady who did her nails cut her!! She did not offer my little sister an apology or anything. My older sister who took her to get her nails done paid full price and did not know till after the fact. I really don't leave negative reviews but to offer no apology and then clean it up with ACETONE (which burns?!?!?!) and not even try to take care of the client is not good customer service. And then my little sister said, she asked her why she was so light and my older sister ,who took her, was dark!!! Like really?!?!? I mean not only was this question/approach out of line but to address a 14 year old with that question is quite asinine. Yes this place probably does great job with nails but I'm writing this in hopes that they will take my response in consideration and possibly initiate some customer service training!! I had a pedicure and gel manicure. manicure I feel the lady could of did better with the shaping and cleaning of the cuticles. I feel bad giving this place the low rating but wow never have I ever hate my nails this much. I needed my nails done for my graduation party today and so i went in for my scheduled appointment: it was an acrylic set that I asked for but with a different shape than shown in the image. The woman who did my nails was super sweet but every time I tried to let her know that I wanted something to be fixed, she reminded me that she had experience and that SHE KNEW what she was doing. By the end of the experience my cousin knew I hated my nails and so she tried to let the woman know; even though I came on time to my SCHEDULED appointment (at 5:30pm) she told me the shop would close (at 7pm) and that she would fix it next time. They work almost too fast, making their work not clean and extremely bumpy- their low prices make sense. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. They treated my child like shit thinking because she is a kid that dont have money. We speak and understand viet very well I just look like I can. All they did was talk shit on the customers and judge them by the way they look. This pix is the outcome of her nails. They wont fix it bc they said they do not see anything wrong. Do not come here. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. Very great customer service. Judy did a good job on my nails. They make you feel so welcome upon walk-in. And their prices are very reasonable! Update: went back here again and this time the service was horrible. I got a fill with gel color and it chipped/peeled the same day!! And I was gone for the weekend so I couldn't go back to get it fixed. It didn't chip on one nail it was all except for maybe 2! And I feel she over charged me. I paid more for the fill then I did the full set. It was ridiculous. I definitely won't return here. I'll be nice and give 3 stars because the first time I went they did a good job.
