Just found this place... what a gem! I am picky about the quality of work as I am in the beauty industry and my hands are constantly on display. My clients expect their makeup artist to have clean, pretty, well kept nails and will tell me when they look a mess. That being said I feel really great about the experience I had with Tiffany. The salon is clean, organized, and always has a couple of TVs running to keep you entertained. They have over 700 gel nail colors to choose from (all different brands like OPI, Gelish, Daisy, etc..) The staff was friendly and greeting me right away. The prices were very affordable... cheaper than most in the area. I first had a great pedicure with Tiffany the night before Thanksgiving. Even though they were crazy busy they managed to get both me and my husband in for a pedicure. She was attentive and very gentle. She took time making sure cuticles were cut properly and nails filed down evenly. The polish was perfectly smooth and bubble-free. I told her I am incredibly sensitive and prone to ingrown toenails and she made a point to show me her technique on how to avoid them. I was impressed. I have gone to lots of nice spas & salons in Las Vegas, Orange County, and LA and I have never had anyone else do as good of a job. This woman knows her stuff! I then came back in today to have her correct acrylic nails that were done by someone else and she did a excellent job on those as well. She shaped them well and they feel sturdy but still thin enough not to bug me or get in the way. Really thrilled to have found her and this place. I found my new nail salon is Corona. =] read more

I was referred by a friend to come here and the first couple times it was a great experience, great nail work ONLY. Then, I got stood up by David.. no one informed me of his absence of the full day on the day of my appointment when I SHOWED UP THERE, instead they had me sitting and waiting, probably for Jesus to come down from the Heavens. I got up and left, came back the next week with an appointment made just to sit and wait 40 extra minutes to be taken care of! Just to note, I was NEVER rude or expressed any negativity, in fact I was shocked on how they treated me- so poorly! At this point I was really disappointed, whatever didn't say anything.. couple weeks later another appointment was made, just to be seated and wait 40 minutes just to be seen! Are you effin serious!? At this point I have finally said something and I thought everything was good, boy, was I wrong. Next 2 weeks, come in with an appointment just to be seated and wait another 30 minutes. I almost walked but they started rushing and switching around to accommodate others. Man, let me tell you.. I know they work for their money and are money hungry, but this is how you lose customers by overbooking, we don't have time to sit and wait extra 40 minutes.. especially once we get off of work. Screw this place. No wonder they have "drama free" zone is cause they cause that damn drama and don't want to be confronted OH AND! They stopped answering my calls, LOL. F em. I used to come before it was under new management and still continue to come. Nancy is such a sweetheart and is very attentive to her clients. I make sure to always reserve my appointments with her. The service is now a bit faster in my opinion and they allow same day appointments which can be very helpful. read more

He kept filing my real fingernails down to the skin where I had to pull back my hand continuously because of the pain was unbearable. And now it brings me to the present day. I was in a hurry and being that they're local. I figured I'd go in and get a quick under arm wax before my birthday!!!! I GOT RINGWORM ON MY UNDERARMS!!!!! Though I have experience doing manis, I never had the chance to get one done myself. My boyfriend and I came in on August 10th, over an hour before closing. I did not make an appointment; however, the man at the front desk was accommodating and was able to get us helped out. I got the #9 + gel polish pedi as well as a Gel X mani. The pedi outcome was okay, but my nails were uneven and the process was painful. The Gel X was horrible. There was excess paint run, and she was very obviously rushing through everything, with one nail being crooked. I also asked for an ombre french tip style nail but the nail tech only applied one coat of the same color. The main kicker was that I asked for a SINGLE nail art design on one finger, and my nail tech, Winnie, refused. The techs were already tired from a day's work and were not enthusiastic about doing their jobs. They were complaining in Viet when people with appointments came in 30 mins before closing. At the end, my boyfriend pointed out that these nails were not like the inspo, and I was denied service. The man at the front desk then invited us back the following day to get a free service to fix the nails. We came back the next day and it got so much worse. #1: He lied. He was going to charge us additionally for the nail art. #2: He was protecting Winnie's refusal of service by saying it was a miscommunication. I understand Vietnamese, and Winnie completely understood the service I was asking for and said NO. I doubt a grown woman at a nail salon doesn't understand when a client is asking for a design. #3: The man in the front also tried to play it off like I asked for a single coat of color when the reference photo shown was using two different colors. He said verbatim, "If you angle your fingers at the light it looks like the photo". Even if that was the case, the result fails to look like the photo. ?????????????? #4: The man KNEW he was in the wrong and offered last minute when we got up to left to do the free service. It was so unprofessional and so disheartening, especially as my first experience at a nail salon. I paid 125 in total (30 for pedi, 75 for mani). Please give your money to businesses with accountability and actually want to preform the service they provide, because this one isn't it.
