I highly doubt their claims to the best nail salon in Southern California…read more Everything is an up charge here. Cuticles, almond nails ect. I went in for a fill and a pedicure. Definitely not worth the $130 spent . Nails started lifting after 5 days while I was on a business trip. It wasn't just one nail but 3. After 8 days I had 5 lifting. I normally can go 3 weeks without any issues with my fills elsewhere. Pedicure was fine but should have gone with the basic pedicure because the massage was just her slapping lotion around on my legs. I will go anywhere else for half the price and receive nails that last.

They communicated with me about everything and were not pushy at all. The pedicure was great. I got the basic one and I feel like she did more than she had to do. The massage was great. I got a full acrylic set and the guy did amazing. After it was applied he cut my cuticles after soaking my nails in warm water. So amazing. I've never had that done before. He took his time, my nails look great and feel great. He never complained about time. It didn't feel rushed at all. The prices were fair and I don't think they were over priced or there were any hidden pricing like most salons. I would definitely recommend this nail salon. I'm so glad I was just driving by and stopped.

I came on two separate occasion…read more First occasion, I took my daughter & some of her girls to the nail salon for a birthday mani/pedi session since they have 4 princess chairs for kids in the shop. The setup is really adorable and the background was perfect for these girly girls. The size of the chairs are the perfect sizes for these little ones and they felt like little princesses getting pampered. We called ahead to setup an appointment to guarantee seating for them. It felt rush for one of the girls though since they had another customer come through & wanted the other little girl to sit by her mother. Since we had an appt, it would've been better if the tech didn't rush one of our girls and let the other guest know she'll just have to wait a little longer since they were walk-ins. Second occasion was just a pedicure appt for myself, I then added a manicure session to it since I figured why not experience everything here. The two ladies I had were very nice & I enjoyed my time there. I felt pampered and it literally was a two hr session. This time there was no rushing, just time for relaxation. One of my fingers did bleed since it was filed down too hard but it was a complete accident so hoping the next visit, nothing happens again. I'm all about second chances since she did do a good job on my nails and I received a lot of compliments on it and referred them to this shop. I think they just need to slow down since they're always ready for the next one to come through but I get it, it's about making that money and I respect that. Overall, the salon is nice and bright. Clean and there are plenty of chairs. The owner is friendly and staff has been nice too. Definitely will be back and hopefully this will be my to go spot from now on.

I'm disappointed with my experience today. I had a 1:15pm manicure appointment specifically with…read moreChloe and arrived on time. I was seated with my feet soaking for a pedicure as well. At 1:28pm, another client arrived for her 1:30pm appointment. I was then asked if I could have my pedicure done first while Chloe helped her next client. This meant I would have to wait for my manicure to be done while she worked on someone who had an appointment after mine. Essentially, I would have been waiting nearly double the time to have both services completed. I make appointments because my schedule is limited, and I value my time. It felt like my appointment was not being honored. If double-booking is part of the scheduling process, that should be communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, I chose to leave without receiving any services because I did not feel comfortable waiting significantly longer than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this place if your time is limited.

Depends on who you get…read more The pedicures and manicures here can be great but again it depends on the nail tech. Some are just mediocre. There are two I go to and like a lot because my nails are always great and the foot/leg massage for one of them is always soooo good! They have newer TVs and spa massager seats here. It's always clean. And I'm actually surprised that they have white chairs and decor for a nail shop especially since nail colors can get on these pretty chairs!

Treatment unprofessional as a customer that has been coming here for 6 months to a year having…read moremoved from Ktown LA. Finding a shop was my desperate need. My husband and I were really excited to have found a new nail shop nearby. However I do see now why this place is rated so low. The service received was very sloppy, rushed and uncared for. I advised the technician several times how I would like my nails, she was very rude quick to cut me off and imply " yea yea " I'll make your white tip thinner when I finish... I'll file it making the white tip thinner. I have never heard of this ghetto and lazy technique.. the point was not to shorten my natural nails but to paint a thin line " white tip " it's really no way around doing your job. By the way these are my natural nails that I have been growing out healthy for 7yrs. Upon the conclusion of the 2nd attempt of the same technician trying to redo my nails by just taking the white tip off.. I pretty much had it figured out that she just didn't care to do the entire job over though the gel builder was not stabilized and consistent. When my husband and I approached the counter upon our last service explaining to the man in charge that the technician could not provide the simple services I requested " thin white tip " along with sticker ( Chanel ) design, including the gel inconsistency. We were brushed off given $10 off our total and told to come back if we wanted it redone...now this was done after the previous frustrating 20 minutes spent with the technician on her 2nd attempt as explained above. She attempted to correct my nails but couldn't quite. Instead she only made things worse is what I explained at the front desk, two coats of gel builder as you'll see the inconsistency in product and coverage. It would have been courtesy seeing that I am a repeat customer to have someone else correct the my nails. But fortunately the shops concern was that each technician had already been occupied. With customers waiting to be seen. In other words it felt like they weren't concerned at all just wanted my husband to pay. This is not how you demonstrate concern for existing customers. I for certain along with my husband will not be coming back here nor do I recommend anyone who cares how they are treated and serviced as customer care is not top priority whatsoever. I cried because my nails have never been this fugly .. it's really poor servicing !! I do not expect a response from this company nor any reassurance. I will not partake in any services or comments regarding the unprofessionalism.
