My sister and I made an appointment for two pedicures and one manicure. When we arrived, our services started right away, which I was really pleased about. I appreciated that we didn't have to wait and that our appointment time was honored. The staff wasn't rude, but they weren't particularly friendly either. The customer service was average, and nothing really stood out. The main reason for my low rating is the quality of the work. The layer of nail polish was extremely thin, as the nail technician only applied one coat. From a distance, my nails look fine, but up close, you can see that the color is slightly transparent due to the thin application. One of the main reasons I get pedicures is because I struggle to shape my own toenails. I specifically asked for the shape to be corrected, yet the results were disappointing. My toenail naturally grows slightly sideways, which I understand, but I would expect professional nail technicians to have the skills to improve its appearance and create a more even shape. To make matters worse, my nail polish ended up getting smudged because I was instructed to put my socks on before it was completely dry. While my sister was still getting her full set done, I was sitting in the pedicure chair waiting for my polish to dry. The employee who did my nails asked me to put my socks on, and I specifically asked if my nails were dry enough to do so. She assured me they were, but as you can see from the results, that clearly wasn't the case. What I find frustrating is that the salon was practically empty, so there was no apparent reason to rush me out of the chair. Overall, while I appreciated the prompt service and the fact that our appointment was honored, I was disappointed with the quality of the work. I don't expect perfection, but when I'm paying for professional nail services, I do expect proper polish application, attention to detail, and care to ensure the final results aren't ruined before I even leave the salon. read more

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lady who did my nails was honest with me about what she could and could not do (gel x) so I got builder gels and explained I wanted my nails short due to work. She checked with me on every step of the way to make sure that the nail shape, color, and design met my wants. The atmosphere was quiet and laid back. I like that even when the staff talked to eachother they didn't yell or raise their voice to be heard on the opposite side of the room buy instead walked over to speak to eachother. OMG, the girl call Amy, she didn't check the water temperature, ask me to soak into the water. It's burning out of my foot . I couldn't breathe for a few minutes. I asked Amy have she checked the temperature before she let me soaked in? Her answer is very uncomfortable: I only turn on the water in the middle temperature, I didn't turn on the hot water. Which means..... she didn't check and assumed that was the warm water. I'm so upset for my first experience here. read more

I haven't had one bad experience here. And I have been with multiple nail techs. They are always accommodating to my schedule and treat my little kids really well. Because I usually have them with me. Always very kind and so far my favorite nail salon I have literally ever been to. I absolutely love this place! It's super clean, the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and the quality of my nails is amazing. Tracy did my full set, and she was incredibly detailed. She took her time to perfect the shape, structure, and overall look. I've honestly never had a tech pay that much attention to detail before! **THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS NEW MANAGEMENT!!** And I love them! They are so sweet and do such a good job with great customer service too! I personally don't get my nails done, but I have seen the end product of Glamour Nails & Spa they are amazing!! I've seen what the other ladies there can do too and they do any amazing job, but I've especially personally seen the work that Amy does and if I could do what she does, I'd want to open up a shop and do it myself too! This was my first visit here as I just moved to the area and wanted to try a new local business. Peter did my much needed pedicure and it was amazing and Jay did my fill and broken nail replacement which was even more needed. It was a great choice to come here! I highly recommend Glamour Nails & Spa to everyone! I get my nails done every three weeks and am always happy with my services. First off, all the nail techs are so talented. I love that they do a variety of services. I personally do the hard gel, but they offer dip, Gel X, and more. The spa is very clean, and there's complementary snacks and drinks. Finally a clean quality shop in Norco! I have visited others in the area but I'm so happy I checked this one out. Amy is extremely skilled and gave me the most beautiful nails and shape. I showed her a pic of a design and she killed it. They have amazing service and offer drinks and extra services like hand masks. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. Love this place, it's my new favorite nail salon. Have been getting gel x here for the past several months and every time I always walk out loving my nails! I bring inspo pics and they come out looking amazing. My friend gets her nails done here too and she lets her tech pick out the color and designs which come out super cool and cute too. Very clean, and welcoming. They are always accommodating too with same day appointments. Tried so hard to give Glamour a chance since I've been going here for the convenience of location for years. It recently got new management and the manager is amazing, does a great job along with the other girls there. However, I came in yesterday for an acrylic fill and chose a light pink color. Instead of doing gel color, the guy who performed my service gooped on about 5 layers of acrylic making the nail extremely thick. He didn't clean up the underneath and I didn't realize until I got home that there was acrylic power in clumps underneath the nail. I also asked him throughout the service if I could do chrome on top and he finally gets done curing my clear coat and says "ok all done!" I reminded him I was looking to get chrome added on top and he said "well they look better without anyways." lol. I've gone to that guy a handful of times and I am never happy with my service. Unfortunately will not be coming back anymore as I feel there are better salon's with more intentional techs at a lower price in the area. read more

I usually only treat myself to a luxury pedicure every few months. So it's important that it's a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I was a last-minute walk-in and Glamour Nails was able to get me in right away. I did the stress relief gel pedicure with Hannah. I've been in need of a manicure and I was stuck in traffic when I saw this nail salon and decided to take the risk. It's quiet inside which I was cool with it because I never really talk when I get my nails done but they did have a good playlist playing. I got a dip manicure ($45) and it is honestly the best dip manicure I've ever gotten. It was so thin and even, I just hope they hold up! Found this gem on yelp as I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. The yelp reviews definitely did not disappoint. Tom did such an amazing job with my manicure gel builder nails. They look natural. Not thick at all. The quality of the polish is great. As for my pedicure, OMG. Jay did such an amazing job. I left calling him the foot doctor. I had a nail that broke earlier this week and the ingrown was killing me. Well after Jay removed it I felt so much relief. The customer service was amazing the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by Amy the owner and Instantly offered a water. They even stayed after hours to accommodate my pedicure as I had only made an appointment for manicure but after I seen the great job I asked if they can do my pedicure as well. Hi everyone! My name is Amy, and I’m so excited to introduce myself to this wonderful community. I’m a proud mom to two lovely daughters, ages 7 and 4 months, and I’ve been passionate about nail design for the past 10 years. I’m thrilled to share that I’m the new owner of Glamour Nails and spa! I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

I had such a great experience at Glamour Nail & Spa! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, well-kept, and inviting. That alone made me feel comfortable right away. I absolutely loved how my nails and pedicure turned out, everything was done with care and attention to detail. The massage during the pedicure was spot on and super relaxing, exactly what I needed. I don't like to hover when someone is doing their job so I asked for the pedicure with a 10 minute massage, my nails to be cut as short as possible, and a very square edge. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of those things. I always found it unnecessary when they show you the timer for your massage time, but now I understand why it was needed because the massage was at most five minutes. My nails were left at different lengths with very uneven filing. At the end of my service I asked the tech to fix my big toe where some of the gel polish had pooled by the cuticle and she tried with a hand file and I believe the only way to fix it was with an e-file to get it level again. I normally wouldn't give a review, but there was a notable difference in how their regular customers were treated and how I was treated as a first time customer. I waited for about 15 minutes before they could see me and throughout the duration of my service was not offered water or a snack (as advertised on their Yelp), but as soon as a regular came in they were offered a soda. Overall, I was left with a very bad first impression of this salon and will not return. I will give them credit though for using all new files and callous scrubbers, I know some places try to reuse those.
