She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful -- very clean, modern, contemporary, and hygienic. Booking online was also super easy and convenient and pricing was fair and transparent. I was so happy with my experience that I already booked a follow-up appointment for additional treatments. Highly recommend Skin Casa and Alyssa if you're looking for quality care and an amazing overall experience! My only criticism is the rooms aren't sound proof or sealed. They are separated by short walls similar to how bathroom stalls are "open air". Jasmine does a great job on my eyebrows. I used to go to a different spot nearby, and one day I decided to walk in here and give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Jasmine does my eyebrows every 3-4 weeks with mapping and waxing, and they always look great. She's very gentle, which makes the whole experience really pleasant. I'm not sure if it's the product they use or the way she applies and removes the wax, but it's definitely less painful than most places. She has also given me a facial, and it was an amazing experience. The place is always quiet and very zen. I even brought a friend here for his birthday and bought him a detox facial, he said he felt like a new man! The rooms are cozy and private, so you don't feel rushed at all. I have been to Skin Casa once before this visit and was seen by Jas, she did a brow mapping and brow wax on me and I was very happy. I went back to Skin casa this past Tuesday, 9/8/26, and Jas was unavailable so for eyebrow waxing so I booked the service with Alyssa. She was very friendly and personable. During the service she asked me if I tend to get red when waxing, she also had asked me if I was on any retinol or anything of the sort I told her no. She told me I was most likely dehydrated and that was most likely why I was turning red in the eyebrow area. I told her okay, but it started to worry me, and when I initially looked in the mirror I could not fully tell that there was damage in to the skin initially because the area was still very red. When I went to shower that night I noticed the skin under my eyebrows still very red and even stung when I was in the shower letting the water hit my face was painful. I knew then that the skin under my eyebrows had been damaged. I will insert pictures of what my eyebrows looked like the morning after, and the night after. The skin under my eyebrows had been waxed off in areas under my eyebrow during the service. I write this review because I think I deserve a refund for the service at the very least. I also want to leave this message to inform others and the women who work there to be aware of this mistake so it does not happen to someone else in the future. I am very upset considering I don't know if this injury will leave a dark spot or scar under my eyebrow area/eyelid. read more

I did a walk in! I was on my way to get food and saw this place in the corner. It is beautiful inside. Jasmine approached me and I felt so reassure she was going to do my eyebrows just right, she offered me threading or wax. She offered me a curtsy/ on the house, mapping! I had never heard of! I've tried so many brow techs and no one has ever been able to shape and clean my brows the way Jas did. She literally fixed them to absolute perfection. She earned my trust for life. It as good, service was alright. I wanted threaded but she wanted to me do waxing.. I somehow gotten both waxing n threaded‍. She mapped out my brows but when she waxed them it wasn't how it was mapped out. I wanted more of an arch but I wasn't able to rlly say how I wanted due to my eyes. It's harder for me to see after I get my eyebrows waxed n threaded. It messes with my vision temporarily. Overall 30 bucks for mappin n waxing ehh. Just wish she followed the outline she showed me. It could be better, on the app when you book for eyebrow threading I chose Jas because she has very positive reviews but when you go for your appointment she won't want to take you in unless it's your doing sculpting and will hand you off to someone else, that's upsetting but the others girls do a good job as well but if I book with a specific person at least be professional and stay with the booking. read more

Seeing the aesthetics I decided to give this place a try and I can truly say I found my new go to place! The owner is so sweet and the vibes are relaxing/soothing. You can tell she is very knowledgeable about eyebrow mapping and loves what she does! I got my brows threaded, laminated, and tinted, and they came out beautiful. I struggle with skinny eyebrows and the lamination made such a difference. I'll definitely be coming back frequently to keep up with it.
