Booking online was also super easy and convenient and pricing was fair and transparent. I was so happy with my experience that I already booked a follow-up appointment for additional treatments. They are separated by short walls similar to how bathroom stalls are "open air". Jasmine does a great job on my eyebrows. I used to go to a different spot nearby, and one day I decided to walk in here and give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Jasmine does my eyebrows every 3-4 weeks with mapping and waxing, and they always look great. She's very gentle, which makes the whole experience really pleasant. I'm not sure if it's the product they use or the way she applies and removes the wax, but it's definitely less painful than most places. She has also given me a facial, and it was an amazing experience. The place is always quiet and very zen. I even brought a friend here for his birthday and bought him a detox facial, he said he felt like a new man! The rooms are cozy and private, so you don't feel rushed at all. It as good, service was alright. I wanted threaded but she wanted to me do waxing.. I somehow gotten both waxing n threaded‍. She mapped out my brows but when she waxed them it wasn't how it was mapped out. I wanted more of an arch but I wasn't able to rlly say how I wanted due to my eyes. It's harder for me to see after I get my eyebrows waxed n threaded. It messes with my vision temporarily. Overall 30 bucks for mappin n waxing ehh. Just wish she followed the outline she showed me. I did a walk in! I was on my way to get food and saw this place in the corner. It is beautiful inside. Jasmine approached me and I felt so reassure she was going to do my eyebrows just right, she offered me threading or wax. She offered me a curtsy/ on the house, mapping! I had never heard of! It's great because you can see the shape of the eyebrows and what's she's going to take off. It's pretty cool, My eyebrows came out great! Honestly great for the pricing. Let me preface this review with I am so glad that I found this place and don't let the business' fairly new profile on Yelp scare you away! More people need to go here and give them all of the 5 stars they deserve. The overall vibe and aesthetic of the place match so well with the quality of service I received, so hang on as I give my review: I had scheduled two appointments, the Brow Tint + Wax/Thread for $40 and the Lashlift + Tint for $100, last minute on July 6th, 2025 around noon time. I came in right before 2pm and was greeted by Jas, who was very sweet and informative. I let her know it was my first time getting anything done to my lashes and brows so I was nervous, but she explained everything to me and kept up a wonderful experience throughout my entire service. I got to know a little about her background and about the plans they have for the future, which is very exciting considering how happy I am with the results of her work. She was very gentle and guided me through my options and explained the steps to me when I asked. Even though I didn't go in for brow lamination, she recommended it and I am so glad she did since I ended up loving it and will continue to come back and do it. I've got what I believe are ridiculously uneven eyebrows but Jas was able to make them look so good that I wouldn't need to wear as much makeup anymore or try to fix my brows. Me being part Asian too I have very stubborn lashes but fortunately her lashlift was able to get them up and curled. You can tell she takes pride in her work. For anyone who has never gotten anything done before, please go to her, I cannot stress enough how happy you'll be. The after my appointment I realized how much better they look. Jas really gave me a good amount of my confidence back. The interior of the place was absolutely amazing and well curated, and parking is relatively easy as well. It was clean, open, and well lit. The bathroom was nice as well and the individual rooms are lovely inside. I can see the potential here going far and am excited to continue going here and trying out their other services as they grow. I will give 2 stars because it's nice and clean in there. Long story short, I booked an appointment online days before for an eyebrow wax at 6:00pm. I showed up 10 mins early at 5:50 pm, was greeted at the front. She told me she would be right with me. She left and went to a room in the back with the other estheticians. They were all in there for almost 30 mins. I was still not seen by 6:20pm... no one came to check on me, tell me I'll be seen soon... nothing. I walked out and did not have the service done. Can't believe I got there early and was not seen for 30 mins. For a simple eyebrow wax. Very disappointing. read more
