I was working in Chino Hills today, finished up a little early, and decided why not stop by to get my eyebrows threaded since I was in the neighborhood? There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am very pleased with the result. She went a little tad too slow for my liking. Made it hurt a little. But it was still good. She did a good job. I'm very particular with who does my brows. Upon arriving, there was seating and a well light interior design. I believe the owner threaded my brows as she seemed experienced. She was thorough and gave a cooling aloe gel for my brows to reduce redness around them. Overall good experience and would come here again! read more

I came here on May 9th and got a eyelash lift hours after the service my eye started getting irritated I thought it was normal, until the day after I couldn't open my eye when I did it was red swollen and my vision started getting blury I had to go to the ER the day after and I had to be treated for a chemical burn in my eye. During the service I was told that the products they use are safe and so on after the product got inside my eye. I ended up visiting the ER 3 times in one day because conditions started worsening, I have to the follow up with an optometrist to ensure my vision and eye aren't damaged. It only occurred on one eye which is my left eye so I know as well it's not because im allergic to a product. I had to get my eye flushed out and examined. I would not recommend. read more

It's nice to find this new threading salon, and they're so affordable! There wasn't anyone to greet me when I had arrived, so I just checked myself in on the kiosk and had a seat. Someone was able to come out and help me in about 10 minutes. Luckily, everything was very straight forward, but the person that I had to work on my brows was a bit slow in her movements. The end result definitely served its purpose, but I'd had anticipated that if she was so careful in her movements, that my brows would have looked a bit more sharp. You really can't beat $6 price for brow threading for new customers though. I normally run errands around the area, so I'll likely be back nonetheless. read more

I've been searching for a new threading place as my go-to has just not been cutting it lately. Usually I leave having to tweeze a few hairs here and there and I feel rushed to receive the service and leave. I got my brows and upper lip done after seeing reviews about the ladies here patiently taking their time to perfect their threading and I received nothing short of that today! Atmosphere: Extremely clean and calming. There were waiting chairs where my friend got to sit in while waiting for me. Furnishing was tasteful and modern. Wait Time: They have an option to make an appointment but I was a walk-in and the check-in process is extremely streamlined. I put my name and phone number in and then it asked who I would like to service me. Being that I was new, I just went with the first available. The self service kiosk immediately put me on a wait list and gave me only a 10 min wait time even though there were about 3 other customers ahead of me. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes! Service: I didn't catch her name but I don't believe she was the business owner. She was extremely kind and chatted it up with me a bit. I've never had anyone be so thorough in getting ALL the hairs. And I mean ALL of them. My brows are not crooked in the slightest. Price: Very fair and average. As a new customer, they had a $6.99 deal for brows which was a bonus. They've been open for about a year now so I like that they're still continuing the deal for new customers. Overall: Brow and Beauty Threading is going to me my go to spot from now on! I inspected my brows and upper lip for so long when I got home and I swear there's not a peach fuzz to be seen even if I used a microscope. I've been avoiding getting my brows threaded since covid because I used to get it done back at home in NorCal. Since then I haven't really committed to finding somewhere here because most reviews for other threading places say its inconsistent or feels rushed. But not in this location! The lady who did me and my boyfriend's brow was so gentle and took her time to perfect them. She really seemed to listen to what I wanted. My left brow has been having issues for years... I can never get them to even out even when I still did threading. But she managed to fix them!! Both our brows look great, no cuts, no irritation. Service was fast but not rushed either! Not only that but booking an appointment was so easy. You can walk in but you can also book online.
