It's really hard for me to try new brow places because I have (in my opinion) weird brows that can easily look bad (very light and don't grow back full) so I tend to stick to the hat works for me. I've been going to Jilly since April or May of this year and she never disappoints. I've been threading my eyebrows for the longest and decided to give waxing a try. She has transformed my eyebrows!! I went in for a Brazilian Wax and it was amazing, it was almost painless and Brandy did an incredible job. I've been to two other waxing salons, one out of state and the Pretty Kitty in Chino Hills, and by far this experience felt the best. Brandy applied some oils in the beginning and end and cleaned up with some tweezers for hairs that were too small or stubborn to come off with the wax and that was new for me! It was a quick 15 minute session and I got $10 off for checking in for first-timers, making it $46 total and I tipped on top of this. When I began my weight loss journey, I committed myself to stepping outside the box. It was time to leave my comfort zone. One thing I had secretly always wanted to try was a Brazilian Wax! Yep, there it is, it's out there... a Brazilian Bikini Wax! I was still 340 pounds. Do big girls get waxed too??? I explained that I was a Brazilian Virgin and plus size, would that be a problem? Yes, I was actually apologetic for being ME! ‍ The day of my appointment arrived. I popped three Tylenol before leaving the house. When I parked my car in front of the salon I had a small freak out and almost cancelled my appointment. Luckily it was too late to cancel. It was now or never! Jillian introduced herself and was so sweet as I babbled asking her a million questions and plopped up on the table. She asked me to put my feet together and sit in a butterfly position while laying down. Oh ya, shit just got real! I stopped breathing. She told me to relax, she does this all day. I asked her if my size was going to be a problem. She looked at me like I was crazy!! She told me she sees all shapes and sizes and to not feel self-conscious. She continued talking as she waxed making me feel more at ease each second. Before I knew it she was done and no tears were shed. I originally go to the European Wax Center in Chino Hills but because they did not have any appointments available today, I called Bea's Wax where I spoke to Jillian who quickly gave me an appointment for today. My waxer was Rebecca and she was AMAZING! I came in to get full arms and half back done and she took her time to make sure no stray hairs were left behind. I really appreciated this because I feel that some wax places I have been to often rush the waxing and leave behind patches. Rebecca is very sweet and made me feel so welcomed, I will definitely be returning! Also: The prices are great if compared to European Wax Center. For full arms, I'm usually charged $43 at EWC, at Bea's Wax I was charged $35. For half back, I was charged $25 at Bea's Wax, compared to EWC which charges about $46 for upper back and mid-back. I also like that Bea's Wax also did behind my neck which EWC usually does not do. Overall, great prices and very comfortable and inviting place :) read more

The best place for your bikini wax!! My 16 year old dancer has been getting waxed here for a couple of years now. Great atmosphere and even better staff. My daughter (@kapricejanaedancer) was very uncomfortable with this process at first and had a much less pleasant experience at another place prior to finding this one which was recommended to us by another dance mom. I understand each person is different but if we pay for a professional its because we trust their judgment. To began, I was lost I wasn't aware the salon was inside the Elite Suites, I was driving around looking for Bae Wax, which resulted in me been few minutes late (7 mins) I checked. I receive a message as I was parking that I was 20 mins, which was not true. Anyways, I finally found the suite and ask if my hairs were long enough for the full leg wax. The girl told me they might be short but that we could try, but that she didn't have enough time for a full leg as I was late 20 mins. I told her fine, you can do half, she started to work on my leg and was done by 5:10, she told me she had someone else so she could do mine so to came back tomorrow as I did had a Brazilian for the next day. I didn't mind but didn't realize this would cost be $10 extra as each visit they charge a service of Half leg. Fine, I understand you cannot hold your other appoint as I was late " 20 mins", but I couldn't help to notice she didn't have any appointment on her calendar which happen to be right in front of me. I came back the next day to get charge to the second half of my leg, but honestly the job was not what I expected. Cons: 1legs were not as clean as I thought, even my husband say, and you actually paid to get wax 2. As professional I would have appreciate if they would have recommended for me to wait if my hairs were too short 3. I notice they use two different waxes; a notice the pink wax on the bowl hurt less and did a better job, but they used a rolled on wax. When this was use I notice they pulled on the hair twice and didn't do a great job. This wax felt like the one you can purchase on a drugstore to do the waxing yourself. 4. The girl fromthe prior day didn't have any apt, the girl that did my legs this time around mention the last customer is at 5 but they stay longer if needed, which leads me to believe she lie to me and didn't want to do the full leg, yet I had to pay for two separate services versus the full leg as I schedule time for. Pro: 1. close to home but not worth it for me. I was simply not happy with my experience. read more

I approached Jillian asking where her place was with out her knowing who I was and that I was scheduled with her making the situation a little awkward. I have thick hair all over and I mean all over my body, Jillian has been able conquer it in the most amazing way. I have gotten brows and Brazilians from her.
