It's really hard for me to try new brow places because I have (in my opinion) weird brows that can easily look bad (very light and don't grow back full) so I tend to stick to the hat works for me. But my usual place wasn't available to do my eyebrows before my trip tomorrow so I very nervously looked on yelp to find a place with good reviews near me made an appointment online and THANK BABY JESUS I found Jill and gave her a chance. When I say she is AMAZING! I mean she is AMAZING. 1. I showed up with all of my 3 gremlins since it was last minute she was so sweet about it 2. She took her time to listen to my likes wants and fears 3. She examined my brows was honest with me about what would or wouldn't work 4. They were perfection and she took her time to make sure of it. I'm grateful my other spot let me down because I just found my forever brow person. Cannot recommend her enough ! And her spot was really nice clean and cute. Wish I had a before picture so you could truly understand read more

found Beas wax on yelp. hard to find someone who can do mens brows without making them too thin. Jillian knew exactly how to do them. She is the absolute best! That's after trial and error with many places including European wax center. Brows are now on point and look perfect. highly recommend! read more

I've been going to Jilly since April or May of this year and she never disappoints. I've been threading my eyebrows for the longest and decided to give waxing a try. She has transformed my eyebrows!! Every time I go to my appointments I'm so excited to see her because of our fun/interesting conversations and how soothing it feels to get my eyebrows/upper lip done. Her suite is so cute and beautiful and the music she plays is great too!! I am grateful for this beautiful woman and if it weren't for my sister recommending her to me I would probably be getting my eyebrows threaded still, I didn't realize what I was missing out on until I started going to Jilly. I am always getting compliments on my eyebrows. I also recommend trying out eyebrow tinting with her and laminating your eyebrows!!! If you haven't booked your appointment with her what are you waiting for????!!! The next thing I will be trying out is her eyelash lift :) read more

Jillian is a great waxer! I go to her to get my eyebrows done and always get compliments on how great they look. She is also so nice and I enjoy talking with her during my appointment. read more

Just had the most pleasant experience with Jillian. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable and explained what was going to happen before she started. She talked with me the whole time, which made me so comfortable and I felt minimal pain. She really knows what she's doing and I will definitely be back. I think it's definitely reasonable for the price and quality. I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for waxing services. She was also very hospitable to my boyfriend who came with me. There was a place for him to sit if he wanted and she offered to get him a beverage if he wanted one. He ended up playing Pokémon go instead, but i was impressed with the level of service. It honestly felt like I was chatting with a friend the whole time. Again, you won't be disappointed, check Bea's Wax our! Ohh yea, I went in for a Brazilian and she made sure to ask exactly what I needed/wanted before getting started. read more

Girl, let me tell you! It was my very first time getting waxed, and I'm so glad I went to her! I had done my research on waxing prior to my appointment, but even then, she made me feel super comfortable and told me if I had any questions to asked her. My armpit and leg hair were probably as long as my boyfriend's armpit and leg hair, no joke! I'm glad I waited and went to Jillian! She was awesome and very patient. I will be going back to her in the next 6 weeks, no doubt! read more

Been following Jillian around since her days at Pretty Kitty.. for very good reason too! She makes you feel right at home, not uncomfortable AT ALL, whether it's your 1st time or your 50th Prices are great, and the wax they use is super soft and leaves all your bits feeling silky smooth! Brandy is also amazing.. super friendly and takes the time to make sure the job is done right! Can't say enough good things about them but I will add one last thing.. their scheduling process is incredibly easy and their hours make it so even those with the toughest schedules like me, can make it work. Great job Jill! read more

Well !!! I would definitely not be looking for anybody else to get waxed !! She is so nice and the environment is everything you are looking for ! she makes you feel at ease during the whole process and the conversation just makes you go with the flow !! SHE IS THE BEST !! read more

I went in for a Brazilian Wax and it was amazing, it was almost painless and Brandy did an incredible job. I've been to two other waxing salons, one out of state and the Pretty Kitty in Chino Hills, and by far this experience felt the best. Brandy applied some oils in the beginning and end and cleaned up with some tweezers for hairs that were too small or stubborn to come off with the wax and that was new for me! It was a quick 15 minute session and I got $10 off for checking in for first-timers, making it $46 total and I tipped on top of this. If you enter Elite Boutique Salon & Skincare, you can ask the front desk where Bea's Wax is and someone can walk you there. Thanks Brandy for the awesome service! read more

I have been going to Jillian for 3 years now and she is the best!! My 18 yr old is also a client of hers and we don't think of her as just our waxer, but she's family. I used to live In the area of chino hills, but recently moved about an hr away with traffic and trust me, I take that drive every 6 weeks or so just so she can do my eyebrows because I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you Jillian for always taking great care of us and here's to many more years. Cheers!!! read more

Wish I were closer back to Chino Hills. They were great and the gal who did my Brazilian was awesome. I felt bad bc I forgot to add tip. But she was so gracious:) Now that I've moved~not so convenient. But hey, all you gals in Chino and Chino Hills~go check this place out!! read more

When I began my weight loss journey, I committed myself to stepping outside the box. It was time to leave my comfort zone. One thing I had secretly always wanted to try was a Brazilian Wax! Yep, there it is, it's out there... a Brazilian Bikini Wax! I was still 340 pounds. Do big girls get waxed too??? I mean, I'm sure the aesthetician doesn't exactly love seeing a supermodel's ham sandwich. But waxing the furry hoagie of a plus sized girl? The thought was terrifying. (You're welcome for that visual! ) My mind was filled with questions. I knew what I had to do... I Googled. I Googled and Googled until "fat girl bikini wax" became a top search. I decided on a salon specializing in waxing. Yelp HIGHLY recommended Jillian and I was taking no chances. I nervously called to schedule my appointment. I explained that I was a Brazilian Virgin and plus size, would that be a problem? Yes, I was actually apologetic for being ME! ‍ The day of my appointment arrived. I popped three Tylenol before leaving the house. When I parked my car in front of the salon I had a small freak out and almost cancelled my appointment. Luckily it was too late to cancel. It was now or never! Jillian introduced herself and was so sweet as I babbled asking her a million questions and plopped up on the table. She asked me to put my feet together and sit in a butterfly position while laying down. Oh ya, shit just got real! I stopped breathing. She told me to relax, she does this all day. I asked her if my size was going to be a problem. She looked at me like I was crazy!! She told me she sees all shapes and sizes and to not feel self-conscious. She continued talking as she waxed making me feel more at ease each second. Before I knew it she was done and no tears were shed. While I didn't cry or scream in pain, I did leave there feeling something. I left feeling SEXY! I left the salon feeling like I didn't need to be ashamed to be me! It was a year of stepping outside my comfort zone and I was going to hold my head up high, and bend my knees into a butterfly! Schedule an appointment at Bea's Waxing Suite and bring your sexy back! read more

I was looking for a new wax place and I found it! This place is amazing. I don't recall who helped me out but the girl over the phone and the girl that provided the service, well they were both great! Really accommodating, fast & offered exceptional customer service. Going back for sure! read more

I went to get my eyebrows done and left with my legs done too! Jillian made me feel like myself again..she was sweet, kind, and totally put me at ease, and my eyebrows looked fabulous after. The service was impeccable and I would highly recommend her to anyone. read more

I originally go to the European Wax Center in Chino Hills but because they did not have any appointments available today, I called Bea's Wax where I spoke to Jillian who quickly gave me an appointment for today. My waxer was Rebecca and she was AMAZING! I came in to get full arms and half back done and she took her time to make sure no stray hairs were left behind. I really appreciated this because I feel that some wax places I have been to often rush the waxing and leave behind patches. Rebecca is very sweet and made me feel so welcomed, I will definitely be returning! Also: The prices are great if compared to European Wax Center. For full arms, I'm usually charged $43 at EWC, at Bea's Wax I was charged $35. For half back, I was charged $25 at Bea's Wax, compared to EWC which charges about $46 for upper back and mid-back. I also like that Bea's Wax also did behind my neck which EWC usually does not do. Overall, great prices and very comfortable and inviting place :) read more

Great place! Rebecca did my wax and she got me in and out in less than 20mins! I normally visit pretty kitty but this will be my new place. The price is great and if you check in on yelp you can receive $10 off your wax! If you're looking for a new waxing location I would recommend coming here. read more

Been needing to find a professional to help me tame my crazy eyebrows and I found an amazing waxer in Jillian. I have super sensitive skin and have tried waxing and even threading but always am left super red and broken out. Jillian definitely knows what she is doing and her studio is clean and private for those initmate waxing needs as well. read more

STOP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER WAXER! I had a Brazilian done today by Jillian, holy moly! Let me tell you, the girl was amazing!!!! She was super fast, she was so friendly and made me feel at ease. I have never had Brazilian done with soft wax, so I was a little concerned as far as pain goes (not to mention I'm expecting a baby any day now), however, Jillian was super gentle!! I have absolutely no complaints about the service. From the very beginning, she was super kind and explained every thing. Towards the end, she gave me some after care tips and when I could receive my next wax. I am so in love and am actually looking forward to my next wax. Stop going to those franchises that charge an arm and a leg for mediocre services and sky high prices, go see Jillian!! Thank you so much girl for the amazing wax and awesome conversation. See you soon, hopefully read more

Jillian is by far the best esthetician/waxer I have ever been to in my life. I was waxed by her for about three years at the Pretty Kitty in Chino Hills and recently she began her own business. She has her own suite at Phoenix Suites in Chino Hills. Immediately she creates a calm and comfortable environment. She prides herself on using safe and great quality product. The wax is always perfect temperature. She pays attention to small detail and does a complete and thorough job. You will never leave disappointed or regretting the service you just had. She is affordable and has a flexible schedule. I promise if you go to her you will never want to go to anyone else. She comes highly recommended by many people in the community. read more

Brandy is the best!! Was in a bind and needed to find a new place for my eyebrows as I just moved to chino hills. My esthetician in San Diego was amazing but it is getting harder and harder to make the time to take a trip down to SD. The thing I loved about Brandy is she's always on time, friendly, meticulous and doesn't over wax. She keeps my brows on point and always double checks they are what I'm looking for. Love it! And did I say you can make appointments online, super convenient! read more

The best place for your bikini wax!! My 16 year old dancer has been getting waxed here for a couple of years now. Great atmosphere and even better staff. My daughter (@kapricejanaedancer) was very uncomfortable with this process at first and had a much less pleasant experience at another place prior to finding this one which was recommended to us by another dance mom. The ladies make her feel very comfortable and they do an awesome job. They are also very accommodating and always manage to fit us in despite my daughter's crazy dance schedule! read more

I understand each person is different but if we pay for a professional its because we trust their judgment. To began, I was lost I wasn't aware the salon was inside the Elite Suites, I was driving around looking for Bae Wax, which resulted in me been few minutes late (7 mins) I checked. I receive a message as I was parking that I was 20 mins, which was not true. Anyways, I finally found the suite and ask if my hairs were long enough for the full leg wax. The girl told me they might be short but that we could try, but that she didn't have enough time for a full leg as I was late 20 mins. I told her fine, you can do half, she started to work on my leg and was done by 5:10, she told me she had someone else so she could do mine so to came back tomorrow as I did had a Brazilian for the next day. I didn't mind but didn't realize this would cost be $10 extra as each visit they charge a service of Half leg. Fine, I understand you cannot hold your other appoint as I was late " 20 mins", but I couldn't help to notice she didn't have any appointment on her calendar which happen to be right in front of me. I came back the next day to get charge to the second half of my leg, but honestly the job was not what I expected. Cons: 1legs were not as clean as I thought, even my husband say, and you actually paid to get wax 2. As professional I would have appreciate if they would have recommended for me to wait if my hairs were too short 3. I notice they use two different waxes; a notice the pink wax on the bowl hurt less and did a better job, but they used a rolled on wax. When this was use I notice they pulled on the hair twice and didn't do a great job. This wax felt like the one you can purchase on a drugstore to do the waxing yourself. 4. The girl fromthe prior day didn't have any apt, the girl that did my legs this time around mention the last customer is at 5 but they stay longer if needed, which leads me to believe she lie to me and didn't want to do the full leg, yet I had to pay for two separate services versus the full leg as I schedule time for. Pro: 1. close to home but not worth it for me. I was simply not happy with my experience. read more

MANZILLIAN REVIEW, for all the guys out there that are getting ready for your first wax. I had my first manzillian today, it was in preparation for an incoming surgery, so obviously I was pretty nervous. Rebecca was an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional the entire time. Her attitude helped me get through some of the more painful moments, and I didn't feel awkward at all. It's a comfortable environment, and if I ever need future waxing, I'm coming back here for sure. They have a very good team here, I'm lucky I found them. read more

Best place for Brazilian. Jill is owner and is awsome. Has great personality and you feel comfortable with her.

I approached Jillian asking where her place was with out her knowing who I was and that I was scheduled with her making the situation a little awkward. I was my first time scheduling so she obviously didn't know me but I knew her from IG lol and she was SO SOO SOOO NICE !! she makes you feel welcome right in the moment she talks to you. Once you go in her studio she makes you feel safe and comfortable with what ever she is about to do on you ! She talks you through everything and is always asking if you are doing fine with the process. My first time getting an Inward Bikini and she couldn't have done my first experience any better she was just GREAT!! Loved the fact that after you introduce yourself she makes you feel like she's known you for a long time I'm definitely going back !!! And you guys too or should give her a try !! read more

I have thick hair all over and I mean all over my body, Jillian has been able conquer it in the most amazing way. I have gotten brows and Brazilians from her. The Brazilian experience is quick and and clean. She has the expertise to leave my brows looking amazing and I have very difficult brows to shape and manage. I sometimes go up 5 weeks in between brow wax and no matter how grown out they are they still hold a nice shape! Cause she knows what shes doing, the plus with jillian is that she carries this great energy, shes not just doing your brows and on to the next, and that makes my visits even better! read more

Had services done by Brandy since my initial appointment with Jillian was cancelled last minute. Brandy was both professional, friendly and thorough.
