I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want someone who's extremely unprofessional and doesn't understand fluent English. First the lady inside made us wait 5 minutes because someone was getting their eyebrows threaded. A few minutes passed, and another customer had come in wanting threading. She made us wait another 5 minutes without even paying us any mind just because waxing was another action, and the threading would be quicker for her. She brings me in the back, on the laying table that has a used sheet on it. Doesn't even change it for sanitary reasons and you could even feel the old wax on the side of the bed. I didn't pay any mind to this during because I thought it would just be a QUICK waxing. I was wrong. She spreads the wax and decides to prematurely rip the paper off for BOTH ARMPITS. Both times NO hair came out so she had to repeat the pressing and ripping of my skin. I'd say she pulled the paper off me about 20 times. I complained and said she wasn't doing it correctly and was irritating my skin. She said it was because I had longer hair? Not sure what she was going at because other spots I've been to have NEVER messed me up like this. She didn't even clean off all the wax. I wasn't going to pay for this type of service and she had the audacity to say "oh so why you come here then if you no pay?" Maybe if you understood how to properly wax and to keep hygienic conditions up to par with COVID regulations, then I'd recommend you to someone who's possibly desperate for a waxing. I do not know what happened to this place. I came here before the holidays to get my brows threaded and they were great. But I went today to get them done and I walked out so unsatisfied. I have beautiful, thick eyebrows and she completely ruined them. She made them super thin and and uneven. In addition, when she trimmed at the end of my service, I don't know what she was thinking but she cut them crooked. The inner most part is thicker than the outermost part by alot. It looks as if I'm missing a patch on both brows. Her work is so messy. I have taken a lot of time and effort to get my eyebrows where they are and she's completely ruined them. It sucks so much I left crying frustrated!DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the money, time and heart break. Find a different threading spot. read more

I live in Orange County but faithfully drive here every two or three weeks on a Saturday to get my brows threaded. I've tried other places and practitioners. They just don't compare. I get irritated and sometimes break out in the brow area with other providers. That NEVER happens to me here. My brows are always perfect and my skin is never irritated. I highly recommend. Would not recommend Manisha! My sister and I were the first customers of the day and Manisha was the one to assist us. She did not listen to understand our needs. When I tried to explain how I would like my brows and all she repeated was "straight straight straight yes." Big mistake. Eyebrows are now very thin and one is extremely thinner than the other. And both have an extreme arch. Exactly what I did not want! This could all have been prevented if she listened to understand vs listened to respond. read more

I've never been so unhappy with my an eyebrow place until I came here. I'm not picky, I usually just walk in for a clean up. I've been here around 3 times only because conveniently by my work. This lady completely took off half of my eyebrow. They are now uneven, thin and just completed crooked. I had been growing them out for about a month now and for them to come out they way they did is just upsetting. & to top it off, I'm celebrating my 21st birthday this weekend. I walk into an empty waiting area and two others come in after me and another after them. She may have been overwhelmed with the foot traffic but if that were the case, I would've rather just gotten my brows done at another time. She didn't even ask what kind of service I wanted or if I just wanted a clean up or reshape or anything, she just went in. She made one of my eyebrows a lot thinner than the other. My eyebrows don't even look related. I even told her that they looked uneven and she didn't want to fix them at all in fact, she said they looked fine even though I told her where it was obviously not similar at all. First time here and only person there was rude despite me being the only person there and her desk was cluttered with fruit peels and trash. Started the threading and it took forever. I've never had someone rest their palms on me so often while threading and it made for a very long obnoxious experience. Took forever on right side and then rushed left, breaking string multiple times in the process of trying to bunch up so many hairs at once. The entire experience she was rude and made it so awkward because I had no idea what was wrong. If you don't want to be there pls just put a "closed" sign so no one mistakes to go in. Soooooo I got my eyebrows cleaned up a few days ago and they still hurt. Lol not cool. So I decided to leave a review about this place instead of catching some ZzzZs given the time of day. Went in for my first threading here (and last) recently and I am not happy about my experience. Younger girl helped me out, pierced nose, stone face. It's not my first rodeo by any means (handful) and I can easily say this was the most painful one. But hey, you know, beauty is pain right? Righhhht but I wasn't expecting to be feeling it days later! Maybe some of the other ladies here have a more sensitive touch... some of them may even attempt small, courteous talk. Came here with my sister-in-law to get out eyebrows threaded, we weren't asked if we wanted shaping or cleaning. Once we mentioned we wanted threading, she went back to who she was working on, and even when sitting on the chair she didnt ask but I said I'd like them cleaned- no shaping. Our eyebrows ended up SO THIN! We naturally have thick and long eyebrows, I couldnt believe how thin they were at the end. Clean yes- but definitely WAY TOO short! Quick, clean and reasonable. I've always had little to no wait time. I've been very happy with my brows as well. The eyebrows are $10 on weekends, $8 during the week. All in all I'd recommend to anyone in Chino Hills! Or parking can be a pain on the weekends, so plan accordingly! read more

I used to enjoy getting my eyebrows done here, but service has declined drastically over these past couple years, and have been disappointed with how my eyebrows come out. One of the ladies (that doesn't work there anymore) would do an amazing job, and when I found out she wasn't working there anymore, service hasn't been the same.
