There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. The nail techs are talented, pay close attention to detail, and consistently do beautiful work. Unfortunately, I developed a nail fungus on one of my nails, and during subsequent appointments I noticed they continued using the same tools on my infected nail before using them on my healthy nails. They also dipped the same polish brush into bottles after using it on the infected nail. That raised serious concerns about sanitation and infection control, and it made me question whether the salon follows the cleanliness standards it advertises. Another downside is the pricing. While I generally feel the quality of the work justifies the cost, I was surprised to be charged an additional $10 for filing during a fill. Filing is a necessary part of a fill because the nails have grown out, so it feels like a basic component of the service rather than an optional add-on. Charging extra for something so fundamental comes across as excessive. I genuinely like this salon and want to continue supporting them because the artistry is excellent. However, I believe the sanitation practices--especially when dealing with nail infections--need immediate attention, and some of the add-on fees should be reconsidered. These are issues that affect both customer trust and health. I also hope it's the same salon I'm referring to because the photos of the interior do not match the salon on Ramona. Are there two?

This place is a hidden gem! It's its own suite inside Sola Studios. Michelle (also know as Elle) has been doing my brows for about 6 years now, she is seriously the best at what she does and genuinely loves her profession. My brows have came along way, when I first tried her out my brows were very sparse and thin from years of having them over tweezed. She always explained what she was letting grow in and their was always an improvement in the way my brows looked. Every time Im in here its a good time she's easy to get along with and is always so knowledgable about the beauty world that I look forwards to my next visit because she always shares her info with her clients. Most importantly she is consistently amazing & I hope she always stays in chino hills we need her!! read more

As a guy I never considered getting my eyebrows done until my wife made me try it and to be honest I was super nervous because I didn't want to look like a girl. So I expressed this heavily to Michelle who was the one who took care of me and still does I've been doing them now for a while and it really does make an awesome difference.
