If you're worried about super dark/sharpie-like results while the tattoo heals, I did not have that experience at all! It remained natural throughout the healing process. I was already satisfied with the results on Day 1 and feel like they healed very nicely without losing much pigment. I also really liked that she had a complimentary touch up within two months which addressed some fading at the ends. Overall, my brows are much fuller and more symmetrical while still looking really natural. I will be back if I need any touch ups in the future! I was doing a ton of research, also having plenty of friends who have gotten this done.. I was looking for someone who did excellent work and wasn't going to break the bank.. some people just have natural skill and an eye for making your beauty even more beautiful... and while others, with lots of "experience" just don't have the same natural eye. I looked at pictures, reviews, ratings and that is how I found Jenn. I noticed that she didn't have a ton of reviews on yelp, but I could tell right away that her work stood up to these 800 a session microbladers. I normally go off of number or reviews and highest ratings, but the few pictures she had, showed me she likely was a person that just had that "eye" and I was 1000% right! She took her time, she cared about my comfort, my thoughts and by the end I felt like this complete stranger was a friend. I was soo impressed with the whole experience that I would recommend to ANYONE that this is the girl you want to go to because with her skill 800 is definitely what her work is worth. I have had compliments EVERY day since having my brows done, I had zero pain during or after (please note though that there are many factors that individuals have that can effect the pain) I consider myself to have a low tolerance for pain, but lucky for me I felt no pain at all. Each communication preps the client for their responsibility, what to expect, and whats next. The studio is within a beautiful and private locked (for safety) facility that requires notification to enter. It is located in a large corner mini shopping area with plenty of parking. Upon arrival , the client sends a text to gain entry. Kay comes to the door and brings you to her quaint private, very clean, bright and nicely decorated studio. After meet and greet introduction Kay goes over the process of how she will spend more time mapping and measuring to perfection before actual procedure. Her time guesstimation is pretty accurate. It was during this phase that it was evident to me that she is a very passionate perfectionist which awards her the title of "The Eyebrow Queen". Kay is very caring and compassionate always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and doing fine as well as explaining everything she does while doing it. She even has a mini frig to provide her clients a wide variety of refreshments. My stretch marks are about 15 years old and nothing has helped improve them except ISR. Some of my deeper stretchmarks have becomes significantly less visible and some of the shallower/lighter ones have almost disseapered after 2-3 sessions. I was not expecting much after the first session but the results on my abdomin really surprised me. It's a process for sure but it's been worth it for me and I am really happy with the results and with Kay!

Ivy first checked the length of lashes and gave me an honest recommendation as well as what to expect since my lashes are not very long and thick. Ivy was very skillful and did an awesome job. I will for sure go back for either the same service or other lashes services. Totally recommended, but don't take up all the appointments.. =)

I called and she made an appointment for me a couple hours out. The spa is locked so you have to ring the bell and then they have private rooms with beds. My techs name was Coco and I dont know if it was her limited English but she wasn't very helpful when I asked her quarters about how the treatment would go and voiced concerns about whether it is damaging (she replied yes and laughed) multiple times. I tried asking in multiple ways using simpler words and she still said yes everytime ... and then told me everyone does it every 4 to 6 weeks no problem.... She taped my eyes up and then used multiple layers of serums on my lashes and then set the timer and a massager that was under the sheet on the bed (nice surprise). After 30 minutes and a quick nap she untaped me and texted me some tips. It was a little uncomfortable and itchy but now the next day I'm fine.
