When I say she is AMAZING! I mean she is AMAZING. 1. I showed up with all of my 3 gremlins since it was last minute she was so sweet about it 2. There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. It is so convenient to be able to be in and out of there within 15 minutes, as a walk-in client! Highly recommended!!!

I did give her a bit of a challenge since I wanted thinner brows, but she suggested starting by taking a little off just in case I didn't like them and I'm glad I listened. The appointment took about an hour and was super relaxing. She carefully mapped my brows to a shape that suited my face, and we also did a tint, which I absolutely loved. In the end, my brows turned out really good! For me these are considered thick, but she did an incredible job, and I ended up really liking them. I now I have very glamorous eyebrows that are not over the top! She also did my eyelids and they have great definition. She is highly skilled and easy to talk to. Her process was wonderful. Casey had a nice long talk with you, then she sketches on your eyebrows and eyelids of what she thinks looks good from your input. The nano micro blading and shading wasn't torture! As she is working when it starts to get uncomfortable she moves to a different section, without me saying anything! That is years of experience shinning through. The eyelids were harder because I fluttered a bit when she got into the one corner of my inner eyelid but Casey was very calm and walked me through it. My husband and family were blown away when they saw how well they came out. My brother couldn't tell until I pointed them out. Right now it is dark so I am excited how it will lighten in a week's time. I have not had any scabbing, flaking, or skin issues. Carrie does such an amazing job every time. She's fast, professional, and somehow still pays attention to every little detail. Positives -lashes lasted a long time -Carrie was wonderful at executing exactly what I wanted Negatives -Hygiene seems to be lacking. The lash tech did not wash/sanitize her hands before starting on me. I noticed she would leave to grab things occasionally or touch her phone, then continue working on me. My previous lash tech who I was with for 4+ years always hand sanitized before working on my eyes and if she needed to leave to grab something, she would sanitize again. -It also didn't seem like the hygiene cover was changed in between clients? I noticed it never looked fresh. This last time, there were holes on the cover. My previous lash place would always change the cover in front of me. -I've had my lashes done at dozens of salons before and I've never had this happen: every time I've gone to get my lashes done here, the bottom tape was always placed so close to my eye that it ends up hurting my eye. One of my eyes was so red and sore after this last experience. The tech is always quick to move the tape once I tell her it hurts, but there were times when she re adjusted and it was still poking my eye. Maybe it's just her technique but I've never had this issue before. Overall, I've been happy with the look and longevity of the lashes, which is why I came back. But after having my eyes poked and possibly scratched by the tape, and with the added fear of getting an eye infection from lack of hand hygiene, I think I'll try somewhere else next.
