first timer! my style was Cat Eye / CC curl / 9mm-11mm lengths / Premium Lashes Full Style. my natural eye shape: MONOLID my natural lashes type: STRAIGHT technician was Coco (Chino!) she's so professional, meticulous, gentle. she ensured I was comfortable and made all adjustments to my lashes. I left very happy because she listened to my concerns. my natural eye shape is MONOLID and my lashes are straight. it's important for more eye shapes to be represented and shown in digital photos. so next time I'll get a lash lift to get them curly. I'm happy and comfortable with this full set. BOOKING: like: prompt replies via text msg!! YAYY! dislike: Vagaro booking system. it's not very UI friendly on cellphone. So glad I found this place! I had a super last minute call-in to see if they had any availability on the same day and sure enough, they had two time slots remaining. (This was for a Friday) Anita was super sweet and gave me the info for my appointment and all the details I needed to know prior to my visit. I went in looking for something soft, natural and a nice volume for my eyelash extension. I decided to go with the 3d soft volume cateye-style and Summer did an amazing job explaining the details and examining my lashes. She has a super light and gentle touch! I have pretty sensitive eyes and still teared up in the end, but the overall experience was super smooth and gentle! I really loveeeee the amount of detail she considered for my lashes, like the curl and the length. I've been to several lash places and this location by far is the best! The styling suits my eyes very well and I'm definitely coming back! Highly, highly recommend!! When walk in you get greeted immediately & they offer a bottled water & a biscuit along with your paperwork to fill out. My technician was Leona & she was great.
