Before walking in, I noticed that the studio is under new management with their sign outside so I was hesitant on going in...I did not appreciate the handling and care. Just came out of this place for eyebrow threading service. First off, The lady who did mine was rushing , I came in right after the prior customer hand money to pay. she did not sanitize her hand prior to grabbing her thread to do my brows, it was so quick i did not get a chance to tell her right off the bat. While she was threading my brows, she kept pushing herself closer to me pushing her body to the chair. She even just stayed on the left side of the chair while threading the right eyebrow. Mind you there wasnt any clients ahead of me. I do not recommend this place, very rude and unhygienic. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

Went in for full face threading and eyebrow tint. There was not one single hair out of place when I left that place! My eyebrows also look amazing and the tint looks fantastic. She listened to what I wanted which was a more shapely brow while maintaining my thickness. She generally does my brows if she's working that day. I came in with already shaped eyebrows, I walked out with uneven eyebrows. Ones thinner than the other I now have a kinda bald spot under my left one. My eyebrows were perfect before I came here. The price is reasonable, and the location seems decently clean but my eyebrows seem to be uneven. I asked the employee not to make them thin so I basically just wanted a clean up but I felt her take some of the end of my eyebrows off. I'm super picky when it comes to my eyebrows. I usually find someone I like and stick with them faithfully because I don't trust anyone else. I have had bad experience. Problem is, the person I love is a good 25 minute drive from me, so I took a risk and tried brow bar being that it's so close to home. I was anxious going in. The set-up is cute. Small but clean. I'm not sure of the lady's name who did my eyebrows but from the reviews it seems like it's just the one lady. She greeted me when I came in. She wasn't mean but definitely not warm and friendly. I really don't care about that, though. I just want to leave with my eyebrows not messed up. I told her I was nervous and she said "don't worry, you're in good hands." She did my brows and upper lip pretty quickly and it was fairly painless. Less painful than other places I've been to. At the end, she showed me the eyebrows and I said, "okay." At first glance they seemed fine, but when I got to my car and further inspected them, I was not happy at all. I don't know if I can blame the girl entirely. I have been told many times that my eyebrows have different shapes and I have a scar on one of my eyebrows so perhaps that makes it difficult to make them look even. However, I have had my eyebrows done regularly by others who hook my eyebrows up, so I know it's possible. I came out of brow bar with my eyebrows mismatched and the line on one wasn't clean/sharp. At first I contemplated just going home and fixing it myself, but in the end I decided to go back and have her fix it. I don't think she was happy about that. I was very nice about it and mentioned that she's not the only one that has done that (she's not). I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she tried her best to fix it. I still wasn't 100% pleased, but I was scared to have her do anything else. I just use a brow definer to make my eyebrows look more even - which I never really have to do. So, with all that said, I won't be returning, sadly. I won't say I had a horrible experience: if your eyebrows are not complicated and you're not entirely picky like I am, I'm sure this is a fine place. She did a great job of getting all the new growth, I just had issues with the shaping. I rather drive the 25 minutes to see my girl who knows exactly how to work my brows, and I can save myself the anxiety of my brows getting messed up. read more
