The one moment you walk in she looks at you up and down and she starts talking in her language and the rest of the girls start looking at you as well, you know you're being talked about. The young girl who made my eyebrows completely messed them up!!! My two eyebrows are uneven, seem like shaved vertically in some parts. Very disappointed!!! Update: Sofia, the manager of the place found time the next day and did her best to fix the issue. Very nice customer service, the girls who work here are extremely sweet and hard working! I am always greeted with a smile. They know what they are doing- extremely quick and professional but precise. They are also very careful about the hygiene as I don't want someone touching my face with dirty hands. The best part is the price - they only charge 5$ for eyebrow threading- the kind of work they do they deserve more so I don't feel bad to tip them good for good work they do. This joint is great! The fee for eyebrows is $5 but if you have a student ID it's $4! So y'all bring your student ID if you have it! The lady was very nice and it didn't hurt one bit! Upon entering the salon I was met with such loving and kind energy from the Natasha and her assistant :) Natasha did such an awesome job on my brows, took her time, and made it look as natural as possible! My brows give off such a natural soft glam look which is important to me because I don't wear makeup very often! During the processing time she also provided a massaging/ vibrating bed that was superrr relaxing I got the brow lamination + waxing/ brow mapping + brow tint

I was hesitant to get my eyebrows laminated again after a disappointing experience with another…read morebrow artist in the past... But the reviews sold me, and I'm so glad I gave it a shot! Natasha greeted me in her studio (which was so clean and cozy btw), and I felt very heard when I explained my concerns about my unruly brows. She executed my vision perfectly and was great in her explanation of aftercare. One of my favorite parts was the vibration and heat on the massage table. It made for a very relaxing appointment. I've truly never been happier with my brows and will definitely be adding this to my beauty maintenance routine! Parking can be tough in the village, so make sure to give yourself extra time for that if your appointment is later in the day!
