I made an appointment to come get my lashes done like I've done for the last 2 years that I have exclusively gotten my lashes done here. As I am pulling up 5 mins before my appointment they text me to cancel my appointment. This is really horrible customer service and then to only offer me a 10% discount which is only $6 to move my appointment to some other time which I'm not available hence why I made the appointment at the time that I needed it. Ms Beauty is a new shop in Chino but I have been with Coco for 3 years now doing lashes. I been doing lashes for about 5 years now. I do not go to anyone else now since I trust Coco 100%. I have never had any issues with her doing my lashes. Never had I had an infection or any eye problems since shes been working on my lashes. If you are a lash addict like me, you will understand the hardship you have to face to find a good lash tech with good pricing. When you do find that person, hold on to it cause their like gold. A good lash tech is hard to come by. COCO is that person for me. Coco is very professional, sweet and accommodating. She will listen to your needs and wants and the lashes always come out to be beautiful. Not only that, they also last a very long time. The glue she uses is a very good brand that does not irritate the eyes much and the strength is incredible. She can do a range of techniques from natural to full volume. I always get somewhere in between. Not all lash techs can do this. In her shop, she offers mink lashes that is either d curl or c curl. She has a variety if sizes and also brown lashes and colored as well for that fun look! I have followed her from shop to shop. Now I drive 45 mins to 1 hr to come see her. But it is totally worth it knowing that I am getting my eyes done by a professional that won't give me any eye infections. (Trust me, I have had many horrible things to my eyes due to work being done by unprofessional lash techs). If your in the market for a good lash tech, come see her! I've been coming to see Coco for lash extensions for a little over a year now! She is by far my favorite. She'll tell you what shape would be better for your eyes and if your lashes are suited for longer or shorter lengths. My lashes are thinner and shorter than most, so she gives me a nice look with more volume but also keeping it natural-looking. I went to get lashes as a temp fix to hold me over due to dramatic shedding cycle and in-between lash lift appointments. I was hesitant to try somewhere that I wasn't familiar with but slightly desperate at the same time lol. Staff was very nice and helpful with scheduling of appointment. Lash tech was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, but I feel that I was mislead. I was upsold to "replicate" image of lashes that I provided and that we discussed. What I received, was not at all what I wanted! Very disappointed and slightly embarrassed of how obnoxious they are (waste of $70!). I feel that they weren't really interested in what I as the customer wanted, but more so how much they could make. I went in wanting a very subtle, natural look (that I repeatedly stated); came out with big, long dramatic lashes! UPDATE: It's now 8hrs later and am having significant discomfort and redness on eyelid. The extentions appear to not be applied correctly; they are glued right up to the hair follicle against eyelid (there should be slight spacing between follicle and extention) and need to be removed. I have notified the salon of situation and am just waiting to hear back. The technician has issued a refund. 5 stars for customer service! read more

I went in yesterday looking for someone to fix my lash from other place same day and coco did a great job. I got soft mink volume 3D. $80 (10$ take off + $70 mink full set) I prefer them mixing with different length and a little darker so next time I'm going to try hybrid style volume with soft mink lash because I like how light and comfortable it is. The glue stings a bit and my eyes were kinda red after the session but I hope she will cover the pads under my eyes a little better next time? To prevent the redness. Overall, I like it so far.
