Well LADIES!!!!!! My girl HAYDEE ( @Haydeesbeautydiary ) HAS MOVED! She is now at this salon, lol yes I followed her! She is that amazing. She can do everything! She has been doing my Eyelash extensions the past couple of months. She very reasonable with pricing as she always is and always has specials going on for holidays! :) She is so gentle and takes her time when she is putting them on. I have never had extensions before, but I am glad that she has been my first for hair and lashes. Lol The extensions usually last 2-3 weeks if I take really good care of them. She usually goes over aftercare with you when getting them done and also gives you a little complimentary spoolie for your lashes when they get nappy. She is also pretty easy to book! *2.5 stars* 1 star for 1st visit with my lash artist. She was friendly, but so inexperienced it hurt. It literally hurt, my eyes kept getting jabbed, she used my under eyes as her resting spot for her hand, and even when told she was causing pain...she'd still do the exact same thing by putting pressure on my eyelids rather than lift her hand. Yeah, very uncomfortable 2 hours. Yes, I understand getting a groupon is always going to be a gamble, but it said 1.5 hours and she took 2...which is fine, I gave myself enough time between my errands, but I figured with the extra time the lashes should be more legit. I was wrong again because probably 1/3 my lashes were not done, and of the 2/3 done, they were crossed over one another and so curly. 2.75 stars for second visit. They fit me in, but charged me $45 and still didn't really reach my expectations. The manager made it seem like they were going out of their way to help me, but they can't be letting people do lashes like that and think it's ok. I've been to a few places where I used to live and loved those, but with ilure...so far I'm not super impressed. They were still a little uneven, albeit more full so I'll just let them be. I have been recommended to come here by many people and finally took the plunge . I was happy to see a Groupon so I can test it out The price point is still reasonable without the Groupon ( 99$ for a new classic set ). You need an appointment so make sure to pick a date and time that will work for you , otherwise they have a cancellation fee When you first walk in you will see the prices for each set of lashes plus the amount of time that will be spent ! I loved knowing how long it might take. The waiting area is nice The area that they do the eyelashes are individual rooms, and the seats are very comfortable. Alysia took care me of today and made my experience very comfortable . I told her what I was looking for in terms of my eyelashes and she exceeded my expectations! Throughout the process she was very gentle , I even told her I couldn't feel a thing ! She was always checking on me and made sure I was happy before I left . This place is great! It's clean and cute! This was my first time and I wasn't sure what to expect. Please be aware your appointment will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Virginia helped me out and she was an angel! She was so sweet and explained the process to me thoroughly. Also, the bed they have you lay in is so comfortable. Once she was done my lashes looked great. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get my lashes done again due to eye sensitivity and allergies. As soon as Virginia started my eyes became itchy. I mention this because if you have sensitive eyes or eye allergies you may not be the best candidate for this. However, I'm glad I did this at least once. I really wanted to like this place and I went here three times and kept trying different lash technicians in hopes of finding one that I liked. Each time I would get a wispy "Marilyn" style. The first time I went I got Cheyenne. She put the lashes on with gaps and she didn't put them on at the same height/angle so some of the lashes hung lower than others (its hard to explain but it was so distracting and looked really bad). I can't remember the name of the second technician I tried but she wasn't much better, although she also suggested I try the "classic" lashes and I definitely do not like that style in general, so that didn't help either. Both of those technicians seemed really inexperienced and at times it felt like they were poking me in the eye or ripping my real eye lashes out. The last gal I tried was Candice and she actually put the lashes on pretty well, but I realized that even when the lashes are put on pretty well, the technique and glue used is just not up to my standard. For the technique, they build "fans" to add volume, but they use WAYYY too many lashes per fan. The biggest issue with this is that when your lashes start to fall out, they fall out in huge chunks. I am not exaggerating that I had a chunk of over 20 lashes fall out that were all attached to ONE of my real eye lashes. Thats WAY too many! When your lashes start to fall out, they should be falling out with like 4-5 lashes at a time not 20! And they weren't doing them any fuller than my old salon (which I LOVE but its in Stanton and thats just way too far to go to just for eyelashes). The glue - so the glue I liked and disliked. One thing I thought was interesting is that the glue seemed to hold a little better within the first 3-4 days than my old salon. However, the bad thing was that it would sometimes turn white and you could see a residue-like film on the top of your lashes by the base of your eyelid. I realized that you just have to be extra careful with your makeup with this glue, it just sticks to everything. The glue used at my old salon never had this problem. I was planning on going back to give it one last try. I definitely wanted to go with Candice since she did seem the most experienced, and I wanted to try the "Aubry" style lashes because I thought maybe that application technique may be different and I wouldn't have the 20 lashes per one real lash problem; but it looks like they're closed until January, so I had to go try a new place and this was actually a blessing in disguise because I think I found my new place. I had a high bar from my Stanton salon, but this gal might even be better. I want to wait until my second fill there before I leave a review (I just got them two days ago) just in case something funky start happening with these, but so far they have been fantastic. I don't think a single lash has fallen out yet and I really like the quality of the lashes used. The tech/owner put them on evenly without any gaps - so stay tuned and check my other reviews for another lash place in Chino in a few months. As for iLure - I'd skip them. read more

Oh my gosh, people weren't kidding when they said they will give up doing nails or eating out a few times a week just to get their lashes done because it's just THAT MUCH WORTH IT!!! It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so after doing some research and finding iLure, I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment with Candace for a classic full set and I cannot be any happier that I made this decision. She explained everything thoroughly, listened to my expectations/what I wanted, showed me some options, and made me feel very comfortable. The appointment was booked for 2 hours but she managed to finish within an hour! And no, she didn't rush or anything, she definitely took her time. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and I instantly fell in love with my new lashes. Like really, THEY LOOK SOOOO AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL. I think they look WAY better than wearing fake lashes. We've all had negative experiences and then just go elsewhere but I've been a faithful follower of Ana and because of the owner's immediate attention I will continue to be a customer of iLure! A few weeks ago I went in for an eyelash fill and I was not happy with the outcome (service not performed by Ana)...my review will not focus on the negative but will focus on how ILure corrected the service and I'm a happy and satisfied guest. I am so happy I found this little gem tucked into the old Chino Town Square. I bought a groupon and gave them a try. I've been going consistently now for over a year. I have to say their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other studios I've been to. I would definitely recommend Cheyenne. This is the most dishonest place ever. Your appointment get changed times without advising you. They do not notify you that the stylist you specifically asked for is no longer, instead lead you to believe that the appointment will be with her and offer 5 dollars off the service for lying to you once you show up. I had one stylist text through most of my appointment, and when I complained to the owner the reposes was "thank you for your feedback". However I do give 2 stars for most of the stylist, most of them are great and sweet. Tip for future lash stylist: This is a perfect place to gain experience and clients and then they will be happy to follow you when you leave due to poor management. Ok so I've been wanting to try eyelash extensions for a long time. I've been hesitant because I heard it takes a few hours.. After reading A few of the yelp reviews I decided to try out iLure. When I called to make an appointment unfortunately they did not have anything available for my schedule.. I ask if I can be put on a list for any cancellations. I'm thankful I did because the next day something opened up. The lady who did my eyelashes only did eyelashes that are called Classic. Which I was more than happy to do being that it was my first time.. I absolutely love the way they came out. Super natural looking.. I can't wait to go back.. Now I was informed that a few of the eyelashes would fall out which they did I. After about 24 hours and a shower because you can't with them wet for 24 hours I have to stay about 10 of them fell out but they still looks super nice!! read more

Lashes didn't even last a week. The restroom was dirty , the room that I had the lashes done in was dirty. The blanket was color black so lint and stains stood out, the "pillow" for my neck was all worn down and had no support. When i was done And went to schedule fill appointment the front desk girl didn't even know the name of the girl Who attended me She kept calling her by another name until I corrected her. I don't know who runs this place but I'd love to have a convo with them. I have 3 kids made a eyelash apt and couldn't make it (sitter cancelled) Called the morning of my apt and cancelled, giving them plenty of notice. They stated they'd have to charge me a $25 cancellation fee. Ridiculous! I told the girl she should be happy I cancelled vs not showed! The lady who answers ph is very rude. Everyone kept asking me where I got them done, so I talked up this business a lot because I loved my lashes! I went back 2 weeks later to get a fill (different lady), it only took 30 minutes because she said they looked really good (I took care of them very carefully because I was scared to have my real lashes fall out) So... after my fill they looked good, but a day later they didn't look the same. They looked separated and constantly fell out. I'm super disappointed because I feel like I shouldn't have gotten a fill. They looked amazing before and now they look like spider legs...I'm very sad. I got my lashes here done once and they were great but once I came back for a fill They burned my eye. The manager called me to come to a compromise to fix the issue yet when I came in the remove them they charged me and there was no sign of the manager. Also ladies at the front desk have no idea what they were doing or whom they were working for. Another lady was in asking questions and the lady at the front told her she doesn't know. So now I'm updating my review about a year later. I recently got a groupon to try them out again and they would not schedule me an appointment they kept saying they'd call but never did and I called about 10 times to keep checking for open appointments. This review is long overdue. I have been going to iLure since October 2016 and have been getting a fill once a month with Malina, who is amazing with her hands and extremely gentle. She is so gentle, that if we are not having a conversation, I fall asleep! With the holidays landing on weekends this past year, I did not think that Malina would be available, so I didn't even bother trying to book an appointment with her. I regretted this so much! I had a trip coming up and I couldn't imagine waiting another weekend to see her, but she was kind enough to change my appointment so that I can see someone else the same day that I had my flight. I have huge trust issues when it comes to these type of services, but Malina is so wonderful and I was so desperate that I did not think twice to see a different person. That's when I met Candice. I had waited so long to get my fill that when she was done (which was very quickly), I looked like a completely different person all over again! I was seriously considering taking a break from eyelash extensions, but Candice has made that impossible. I am hooked! I recommend that you get eyelash extensions because I can honestly say that my life has improved so much! This girl was unsanitary and I ended up with a severe eye infection and terrible looking lashes. I contacted both the owner and Hannah and they promised to help but never did. Easy location to find. Appearance from outside looks welcoming. Eyelash technician(Vivian) was ready for me upon arrival. Eyelash looks great afterward , however a few fell out as she was brushing it. The glue was burning my eyes quite a few times. My lashes is still full after two weeks, approximately 15 fell off total. What I don't like is the price change, full set use to be$99 and refills were $10-15 cheaper. Update , I came back for a refill by Jessica. The lashes look great but within 1 week half my lashes fell off. I took very good care of them too. I didn't come back because of this. I have nothing but great things to say about this place I'm so happy I found it I had gotten my eyelashes done at a another salon a little over a week before finding Ilure eyelash extensions and I was very unhappy with how they were done they were very clumpy and most of them fell off within a week so I called and made an appointment and spoke with Michelle who is the owner she was very friendly and knowledgeable about eyelash extensions so I made an appointment for the next day with Jessica she was amazing and very professional I would highly recommend this place I live in Simi Valley and the drive to me is worth it I'm extremely happy I found this hidden gem!!
