I got my lashes done a week ago on April 9 under my name Lyka and some lashes came off with my natural lashes which is normal, but I noticed a lot of my lashes didn't have extensions at all and only looked full at the start because they were using volume lashes. I wanted to like it but I feel like I got scammed. Definitely not worth it. I included a photo of my payment transaction to show my review isn't fake. I really loved my initial lash set, and everyone was very professional and kind. Unfortunately, my refill experience changed my opinion. I still had plenty of lashes left and only needed small gaps filled, but I was charged almost the same price as a full set, which didn't feel reasonable to me. I also noticed one eye ended up slightly shorter than the other. I completely respect that every business has its own pricing, but for me, the refill cost was just too expensive for the amount of work that was needed. Honestly Lucy is the best eyelash tech I have ever gone to. I have tried so many shops in the IE. I was so satisfied with my lashes. I had to do a review and I never do reviews. They were nice people but sadly I didn't like how things came out. I did seem to get a young lady that was not as experienced? I ended up with an infection in both eyes. The bottom half of my eyes were RED for a few days. It was horrible. I had to go elsewhere to remove the lashes. The lashes themselves were also not great-they looked uneven if you compared both eyes. And I had asked for something very light and natural but they were too dramatic and had lots of glue on them. :( It was a traumatic experience for it being my first time. I finally found a great lash place to go to. The place is nice, clean and has a good relaxing ambiance. All the staff there was great but I remembered Yuki; she's so sweet, friendly and she always did an amazing job with my lashes. Price is reasonable as well. The lashes look great and they last. I don't baby mine (meaning I get it wet, I swim with them, workout, etc.) but I do wash them on a regular basis. If it's your 1st time having your eyelash done; don't fret. They can go over it with you; just look at some pictures and give them some idea what you want. They will tailor it to your eyes shape and what you want/need. I am so happy I found this place!! It is a little bit further of a drive for me, since I live in Rancho Cucamonga, but I make the drive just because I like the place that much. Julie is great, and recently I've had Hanna the last two times I've gone and they've been both very nice. They listen to exactly what you want, and they're willing to explain and discuss and test out things with you. Julie will take out lashes and show me what they look like in different angles when I asked her. They also are very caring. I had a cough attack once during a session and they helped me sit up, drink some water, gave me some cough drops, all while I had my eyes closed because I couldn't open them. I did not get the nice lady's name. I went in there today without making any appointment. It was a random decision to get lashes since I got some time to kill. Lady did a wonderful job, I have sensitive eyes and she made it very comfortable. Its been two years since I did my lashes n I think she was one of the top techs on my list. Julie did an exceptional job on my eyelashes. She was extremely gentle and meticulous, and I felt completely relaxed and at ease throughout the entire eyelash application process. My eyes did not burn at all, and the lashes look beautiful and natural, just the way I wanted them. I typically do not wear makeup, so the lashes add more definition to my face. I especially appreciated how Julie applied the lashes simultaneously on both eyes, as some technicians do one eye first and then the other, resulting in uneven lashes. Julie took the time to ensure the lashes were applied evenly on both eyes. She also used a fan to dry the glue for a full 5 minutes, making sure it was tacky and intact without causing any irritation to my eyes. Lucy did an amazing job on my lashes today, this is my first time at Eva Lash and I will make this my permanent lash place. It is exceptionally clean and the ambiance is so relaxing and the comfortable beds and calm environment made it so hard to not fall asleep. Lucy was gentle and fast and more importantly, she understood exactly how I wanted my lashes. They are flirty and dainty but still long and full. Not too much volume just the way I like them. I really love the wispy pieces she added to give me length and dimension but more of a natural look. I am very happy with the outcome, I've had my lashes done by other professional salons but I've never been this happy. My eyes didn't burn or water. There is no residual residue or heaviness, the lashes are soft and fluffy. This is a 3D Wispy lash with a doll eye look. Lucy has the most gentle and efficient hands. I've found my new lash tech.
