It was a surprise from one of my daughters, I been very skeptical because I don't like the look of the lashes the way they wear them but that just my opinion. But to each their own. And I know it's just my opinion. So people are opinionated, so they don't like the way I think but I say GOD made us to be where we have freedom of choice. Well back to eye lashes, I always wanted them after I considered loosing my original lashes are from mine's thinning out. Again because of the new look, I think that's a better way of saying it, because of the recent new look , I didn't want to look fake. I like that expression better. My daughter had me to get natural or simply put not longe at all. At first I thought it was to much but as I look in the mirror it was perfectly done and the young lady did a great job. I got schooled on how to take care of them. They first tried to sale me a brush and some cream, but I wasn't prepared to spend anymore money, so I didn't get them . So they gave me some sample to use and since I came home with them they have worked perfectly. I've gotten quite a few compliments and from some professionals as well asking if they were my own lashes. So ladies it up to you if you decide to get them done.no matter how thick or long you get them. But I still prefer natural. read more

So I really want to give them 5 starts because everyone here was so very nice, but I can't just for the simple reason that they told me they had Y lashes (placed me on hold to confirm this on the phone with me) and it turns out they didn't have them. And I was told this pretty much as soon as I checked in once I made the 35min drive from their other sister location. They did rectify the situation by discounting the service for their mistake, but the experience just still left me feeling a bit disappointed. Initially I wasn't a huge fan of my lashes just because I felt like there were some spots that didn't look very filled in. But it took about 24hrs for it to grow on me. She did somewhat give me the look I asked for--not too much and something that accentuated my face without being overtly appearing as false lashes. And I know the reason why it didn't look the same was because they had to substitute for the look I usually go far due to them not having the correct lashes in stock. Ive had my lashes done before at other locations and my lashes would look this way at about a week and 1/2. It's been 3 days. I ordered this service with class pass, and was charged a stylist fee? I get them done every two weeks which I feel is a lot, yet there are hardly any lashes left when I'm done and believe you me, I really take care of them. I waited 2 weeks to post this to give them time to respond after I left 2 messages and texted, and heard nothing! They are quick to respond when you need an appt however when there is a problem, no response! I developed an infection from unsanitary practice, an ulcer on my eye from the glue to close to my eye. I missed work, had to go to urgent care for antibiotics and $100 out of pocket for medical copay and med costs! Plus I was overcharged for my lashes! I was told there was a $20 up charge for a master stylist, and they charged me $50! There was a deal for 109 and they charged me 180 plus $50 up charge! Do not come here. I signed up a few years ago and both times I had an allergic reaction. The second time was bad enough I had to go to the urgent care. I was not happy with the service because one of the times the lash tech kept texting during my time there and all I could think about was her touching her phone then my lashes. I did complain and I called them and told them I would not be returning but they still charged my account since I could not make it in to sign their cancellation in person. I called after that and they told me they would refund me. I recently realized they had not refunded me. I recently realized this because I just started receiving text messages to come in for services I called this morning and asked them about my $80 credit. Dominique the manager said my credit expired. How can they keep my $80 for a service I did not receive. I asked for a district managers number and she said she does not have a district manager. I asked for the owners information and she said her name is Raquel but she will not accept calls. She said she could provide me an email but those emails just get forwarded back to her. Either way this place really sucked. It is NOT worth your money at all. Switch to lash clusters you can do easily at home and can last up to a week. You can get a whole pack glue included for $7-$15 and that pack lasts about a month. I get more compliments on my lashes now than I ever did. I'm not normally one to write bad reviews, but I was treated so badly that this needs to be voiced. I frequently deal with discrimination as a black woman, but this was next level disrespect. So, I was asked to remove my eye make up before my appointment so I arrived five minutes before my scheduled time and removed the make up. I got a full volume set. Alana was the technician. I was told she was more experienced and that's why she charged more because it would take less time. However it took her over two hours to do a full set. At the end, once I looked at my lashes I noticed a gap and I also noticed lashes going the wrong direction and I asked her to fix them. She told me no and that she had already gone 20 minutes over the time. She said she would not fix them and that it was my fault for taking too long to remove my eye make up. She arranged for another technician to correct and finish the area however I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for that technician to finish with her client to begin my lashes. This was the most disrespectful thing I've ever experienced. Paying for a service that is supposed to be done in a certain period of time and then having to wait additional 30 minutes for someone else to make it acceptable is terrible - all the while being blamed their job not being done. The second technician took 40 minutes to fix my lashes so I basically spent my entire afternoon there. It was a waste of time and they were very disrespectful to me. I'm sure if I was any other race I would not have had this experience. I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I really wanted to like this place because I had been going to another place whose glue ruined my lashes. The reviews said the lashes are light weight and better for people who want to maintain their natural lashes. Amazing Lash is definitely light weight but too much. I started with the Rancho Cucamonga location before it abruptly closed a month later. I then started going to the Upland location. The first tech was extremely pushy and constantly suggesting paying more for other services I didn't need as well as lecturing me during every appointment. She was a master stylist so I switched to a non-master stylist which I really liked her personality and work. However, her work literally lasts 3 days. By day 3 the corner lashes are gone and there's giant gaps. I'm a member so the least I'm paying each month is $90 for my lashes to look good for 1-2 days. I also usually have to pay an extra $35 per appointment for the "extra" hidden costs and tip. I'm looking at other places now. I can't keep throwing money down the drain. UPDATE: Amazing Lash Studio definitely stands by their word of wanting customers to be satisfied. They called me the very next day to schedule an adjustment appointment where my lashes were fixed for free. I got a full set and they look beautiful! The stylist, Luce, took her time and gave me a lot of good aftercare advice. It's day 3 and they still look great, very minimal fall out. Hoping for the best! So far so good. read more

I told the female on the phone I was right in front and I was walking in. She told me they won't be able to do my lashes. They would have known I was running late if their phone number didn't belong to someone else. (Redlands, Rancho-before they closed) Everytime here, with other stylists and never got what I asked for, my lashes always fell out so quickly and they burned.....However, my stylist this time, Alex did a phenomenal job on my lashes . The conversational service was amazing from her! She listened and she reassured me that she was going to get me right. However,I will say, the franchise is a bit out of touch when it comes to pricing. Especially because of the limited selection of styles you can select from. They shouldn't be charging $200+ a month when they can't keep up with the current lash trends. I don't believe they offer any lengths over 17mm, no decals, colors, spikes for wet sets, etc. on top of that, i'm not paying $200 for some flimsy lashes that hold no retention. Anytime I've asked for a manager or callback, I have received nothing. The girls in the front do offer me a complimentary adjustment service. Which I greatly appreciate their efforts and support! But as a fellow business owner/manager, I will say.. no response from a manager is extremely unprofessional. Her position should be reevaluated immediately. This is the beauty industry. I came to this establishment through ClassPass, expecting to only give a tip. Instead, I came in and was charged for a master lash technician, and for the style. Paying for a lash technician AND a style is actually ridiculous , it's a bunch of unnecessary charges, and it's pretty much non negotiable. After we finished, the receptionist told me about the membership, and said that she was going to set it up for me today. Keep in mind, the membership is $200 A MONTH. This was not an allergy, because I didn't have an swelling or itching. I had a membership and was a regular here for years and was very happy. However, over the past few years, my experiences got worse and worse. They upcharge for everything and don't tell you the extra costs up front, and then use the high costs to try to pressure you into the membership. What really made me stop coming here was the service. The stylists had become more and more unfriendly, and my last few visits even the receptionists were rude. I recently returned after a year away and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted (even though I knew exactly from being a previous customer) and the receptionist got really unfriendly as soon as I said I didn't want the membership. My Lash stylist name was Mariah who is considered a master stylist. Mariah was very knowledgeable on helping me choose the right lashes. I did bring in a couple of photos and showed her what I wanted. She then Placed under eye mask And begin my individual eyelashes. There was a little portable fan which felt good I had no pain Whatsoever during this application. Thank you. They do sell products for your lashes. After my lashes were done they did recommend certain supplies however I declined. I like the fact that they respected My decision And was not pushy on pushing to buy products. There are 2 different memberships for those that get there lashes done Frequently you would benefit from this as it saves you money. I really wanted to really like this place. It is close to home, they have many stylists etc. however I can't force myself to. #1 they are pricey and I by no means in cheap, I just feels you get what you pay for and in this case, I didn't. My first time here was with Melodie and she by far was amazing. My fill appointment was supposed to be with her but when I got there they said they made an error and booked me with someone else. At this point stupid me was talked into their monthly plan. I signed up thinking ok $179 for twice a month is some savings. I was still liking them as this point until day 2 -3 when my lashes were obviously not done right (old lashes were left and grown out) and they started to fall off and looked horrible after day 4. Granted they did offer a free "fix" which was done, the girl at the front counter kept Pushing products and other things that you would get from a chain franchise place, which, well they are. I decided at this point to cancel my membership before they charged as I wasn't sold on it. My next fill appointment was scheduled for 2 Weeks later and none of my lashes made it that long and I was requiring a new set. I had the full length "sexy" I think they call it and it was going to be $169 PLUS $39 for the added volume. $209, plus tip?!! Not worth it. They did comp the $39 due to all the confusion and issues I had however.... The girl at the front who "almost" sold me to Come back assured me that she was the customer service manager and would make sure I got an appointment with Melodie... to no surprise, she couldn't get me in as she was booked. (I see why, she is good) She booked me for my next appointment with someone she said is one of the best and always booked, but she said this ...just let her know you're picky" when she does your fill.
