Hi Love, We use a soft Italian cream wax from Bella Kisse. Very gentle on the skin.

They do not. They're strictly a hair removal place.

What kind of wax do they use? I was looking for a place near by that does sugar wax and this place popped up as one of the options.

I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

This has unfortunately soured me to ever getting eyelash extensions again. My advice would be to ONLY go to Remi because I know she knows what she's doing.
