I forgot the name of the girl who did my service, but she didn't make me feel comfortable at all. She was very quiet, didn't explain anything, and just pulled the wax without any warning or reassurance. For a first-timer, that made the experience worse. I really wanted to like this place, but based on my experience, I wouldn't come back for waxing services. Hoping they improve their techniques and customer care.

I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. When I followed up, the owner explained that shaping is required with brow lamination and that avoiding the underside is not something they do because it does not meet their standards. My issue is that this was not explained to me before the service began. If my request could not be accommodated, I should have been told so I could decide whether to continue. I requested a refund, but it was denied because the service was completed and their policy says services are non-refundable. Overall, this was disappointing. For me, the issue was communication and feeling like a clear boundary I stated before the appointment was not honored.

I remember when I first started coming here and was only about $8 for eyebrow threading and it was worth it. However, now they have upped their price to I believe $11 just for them to not really do that good of a job. I used to always come here because it was local and cheap and always did good but I feel as though now they are getting lazy because they have increased their pricing. Every time I go now, they never clean up my eyebrows completely and always leave hair that is so noticeable even after I inform them that there is still hair I'd like to be removed still. When I get home I always have to go in with tweezers or a face shaver/razor to clean them up myself. They also leave my eyebrows uneven or one thicker or higher than the other. It's so disappointing because I used to love coming here! Other than eyebrow threading I'm not too sure about their other services and that is why I am leaving a 2 star review. So not worth $11 anymore!!! read more

I just love Jasmine!...she has been doing my facials and microdermabrasion treatments...I say treatments with an s because my skin tone and the discoloration on the sides of my face has become so much better...when I come home my husband always touches my face and says how soft it is. being in my mid 40's I used to pluck...you know what I mean...I was getting hard skin under my chin from pinching ...Jasmine told me to stop it and she threaded me for the 1st time...yes it hurts a little bit but not anymore than plucking and it's faster and OMG the hard spot has dissapeared...the prices are good and there is very little wait time. so worth it! read more

This was my first experience going there, having tried numerous beauty parlors,i went with least expectations, but i was really amazed with the way Radha, did the facial and also applying the mehendi on the hair. She indeed did a remarkable job, i am very happy with the glow in my face, and my hair looks great. Went here for the first time and they took me without an appointment. That was a big plus since I only had time today. Got a brazilian with Sam and even though it's been years since I had one. It was not uncomfortable or awkward, painful yes but not that bad. Overall the experience was as good as can be for having hair ripped off a very sensitive area. This is my go to place for eyebrow threading, they are very consistent in their threading. The majority of the time I go in, Sam threads my eyebrows. She is very good at listening to what the customer wants, I once had my brows threaded at a different salon and they thinned them out completely despite asking them to keep them as thick as possible. read more

I just left from taking my daughter to get her brows done. (She's a teenager) We only wanted to clean them up, nothing major or too grown up. Nyla was the name of the girl that did them and she screwed them up! Half of her brow on the right side is missing. So I will have to pencil them in. Needless to say, we will never return!
