My experience at Bollywood Spas was amazing last week! I called ahead of time to confirm if they took walk ins and they certainly did. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and Rimi was happy to do my Brazilian wax front and back. I was a tad nervous about the service especially since I hadn't been waxed in months. But Rimi assured me she'd do her best to make me look amazing. And boy, it was like night and day . She literally removed all the hair front and back. I looked so good (and still do, days later) Prices are reasonable too and the wax room is really pretty and clean. Thank you Rimi and staff. I'll be back. read more

I went back to get a fill and unfortunately didn't get the same person. I don't know who I got, but she took an hour to apply (versus 15 minutes the first time). I got home and my eyes started bothering me. I ended up removing the eyelashes at one in the morning. My eyes were still bothering me so I went to the Dr thinking I may have had an infection and he told me that there was glue underneath my eyelids! He gave me some eye drops to and break it up and it took several days. I still have a certificate for one more application and I will never use it. This has unfortunately soured me to ever getting eyelash extensions again. My advice would be to ONLY go to Remi because I know she knows what she's doing. read more

I've come in a number of times and pleased with the threading services and brow tint. Today's visit was with someone I haven't sat with before. She got done with my brows and I asked for, "just a liiiittle bit more arch please." I've heard of some techs not taking it woo well when asks for an adjustment, but oh man she applied SO much extra pressure it felt like my skin was ripping and I don't typically ever feel pain from brow threading. And then I look in the mirror and my brows are THIN AF in a way I've never seen from this establishment. She had such a big smile this time when I went to look in the mirror... I still tipped, but I wish my timing was different so I could've sat with anyone else. Too embarrassed to post a pic. I walked in with my two year old while I was waiting for my mom to arrive from the freeway. She quoted me 18$ for an underwear wax (way too expensive, especially for something that has so little margin for error like eyebrows), I said that it was a little expensive and I would just go to the nail salon where they quoted me 15$. The front desk receptionist said she'd do it for 15$ and I agreed, letting her know I'd be back when my mom could grab the toddler and not be in our way. When I walked back in a few minutes later, she pretended to have no idea what I was talking about and very rudely said they'd only do 18$. It's a matter of a few bucks, that's not really the issue. The issue is that she is the one that suggested she do it for less and then went back on her word over a few dollars. Wouldn't go here again because if that alone. I'm so disappointed. I always come here and this older lady, which has never threaded my eyebrows befor and nearly took all the hair off one brow... this is so upsetting.
