I went to this place for a simple eyebrow clean-up and they completely butchered my eyebrow. I specifically told the person I had an eyebrow slit and explained exactly what to do so she wouldn't mess it up. Despite that, she removed the entire section from the slit down it's completely gone. It doesn't even look cleaned up; it looks like a mistake that ruined the shape of my face. To make it worse, I still had to pay $15 for this disaster.
