I was next waiting less than five minutes. I asked them to shape my eyebrows a bit slimmer. She positioned me to stretch your eyebrows so that she thread my eyebrows properly. She was done within ten minutes. Cost $9 an extra $1 charge of you use a credit card. She did a nice job, but other places put aloe on your skin to soothe your skin from the threading. Wish that she did that because within a few minutes my skin got irritated and red. Otherwise I would've given a higher rating

I really wanted to like this place, but based on my experience, I wouldn't come back for waxing services. Hoping they improve their techniques and customer care.

My eyes were still bothering me so I went to the Dr thinking I may have had an infection and he told me that there was glue underneath my eyelids! He gave me some eye drops to and break it up and it took several days. I still have a certificate for one more application and I will never use it. This has unfortunately soured me to ever getting eyelash extensions again. My advice would be to ONLY go to Remi because I know she knows what she's doing.

Extremely unsanitary and unsafe experience -- not recommended…read more I visited this shitty nail spa on and was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The tools they used were visibly dirty and not properly cleaned between clients, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. I expected disposable or sterilized equipment, but that wasn't the case. Before the service started, I clearly told the guy that I did not want my skin removed during the manicure. Despite this, he insisted on removing skin/cuticle areas anyway, and did so roughly, causing irritation. I felt pressured and my request was ignored. After the appointment, I later developed a bacterial infection, likely caused by unsanitary practices. Given the visible condition of the tools and workstations, I wouldn't recommend this salon for nail services. Zero star
