I came here TWICE to get a brazilian wax. The girl who did it was the same one both times, she was super harsh and rough with it. The first time I was left with so many tiny hairs left and she said the reason for this was because it was my first time and my hairs were too long and I was too sensitive. I also had wax left down there and was left sticky, it was so hard and uncomfortable to get off. I let it be, mind you this was my first ever wax. Second time I came in, same experience and so many hairs were still left. I went to another place and realized what a huge difference it was and that it should not have been as rough as the times I've been here. I do not recommend getting a brazilian here. read more

Terrible service. I went in for a Brazilian and it's common knowledge to apply pressure immediately after waxing to reduce pain. The lady was aggressive with the waxing and it was by far the most painful experience I've ever had getting waxed. She didn't even remove all the hair and charged an extra $10 to do the butt strip which everywhere else comes with the standard Brazilian. I will not be returning. Not bad. Eyebrow shape was done well. Only a couple things. I have a personal peeve about threading techs pressing down on your eyeballs, as it makes me uncomfortable. (Too aggressive) And price out the door was different than what was told over the phone. Overall, not bad but room for improvement. read more

Now I have to let them regrow again because of her stupidity and ignorance she was rushing and I for sure knew that was a red flag. However, the Brazilian was extremely rough, and she ended up burning me and leaving wax stuck to my skin which was painful to remove cuz my skin was swelling up. What a cute little place!! Very clean and sanitized. As soon as you walk in they ask you to sanitize your hands. Then they take you to a chair and get to work. I really needed my eyebrows done!! It was almost two months overdue. I hate picking a new place but this location had great reviews! Very well worth it. The service was fast and she didnt have a heavy hand.
