I really wanted to love this place but I will need to look for another one. I visited 4 times they kept thinning my eyes more and more each time. I was there yesterday and my eyebrows are so thin now I want to cry. I didn't say anything. I was also over charged $5 from my regular visits. I get my full face threaded and pay $30. I was charged $35 yesterday but I still left $5 tip, paid total of $40. The remodel looks great but I am upset about my eyebrows that took years to get full and thick. I had to fill them in today and try to make them as thick as possibly can. read more

So I've been coming here ever since Khushi opened up (mind you I was living in Fontana and recently moved to upland, I would still drive all the way here because I only trusted Khushi with my brows). They would always leave my brows flawless up until the last few times I went. I noticed the ladies rushed my brows, they would have a few breaks to talk to the other ladies that worked there. The last few times they threaded my eyebrows uneven but it wasn't anything major so I didn't make it a big deal (I know people aren't perfect and they make mistakes). I went in earlier with my friend and this time Khushi did a horrible job on both of our eyebrows. My friend has one eyebrow slightly higher than the other but it can be fixed. Mines are completely ruined. I'm afraid I'll be left with bald spots if I pluck or thread anymore to try fixing them. I'm completely devastated and now I have to find a new spot for my brows, specifically a place that actually measures and marks where to thread or wax because they just eyeball it here. The quality of their work has completely decreased through out time and unfortunately I don't recommend Khushi to anyone anymore. read more

Had a hard time finding a great eyebrow threading location since I moved out here, since they either don't trim my eyebrows or it isn't clean looking(still have hair in upper eyelid) so gave this one a shot and I'm glad I did. The girl who did my eyebrows fixed the botched eyebrow I got from another threading place in Fontana. But she did a clean job and she trimmed my eyebrows!
