She did a great job or threading my brows. She gave me a mirror to inspect it. It looked good when I was at the salon although now when I look at it I'm not sure it's very even. One eyebrow has a higher arch than the other. It's not too noticeable but it's a drastic improvement from my original brows. She gave me cooling aloe gel to soothe my brows. $10 for new client, usually it's $12, which is super reasonable. I'll come back when I'm in the area and my brows need desperate help. Thank you

I came here only because my regular eyebrow threading place was closed, and I regret not waiting. I…read morewas seated at station 3. The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady.

She told me in June, when I went to cut my hair to make an appointment that she 20 years experience. She told me make an appointment, the longest time so on line I chose the longest time. Then she rescheduled me to the following day because she needed time to herself. Understandable! When I get she looks at me and asks the helper what I was there for. She was a look and was unprofessional which I should have just left at this point. Then she told me that she would not have time to do my entire head so if she could do a partial balayage. I said fine. Then a she said but you really wanted your whole head. So let's do it! I told her my hair does not take bleach well but she didn't listen. Then my hair did exactly that then try to blame me. 450 later! Don't go here they dont care. Now I have to regrow my grey all over again! So sad!
