Horrible. I feel like her hand is too heavy or something. The string had broke like 2-3 times. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years & she's the only person where the string kept breaking. & she left many hairs. It literally felt like she was struggling with this one hair by the way she was pulling & it felt like she was lifting my skin. I didn't want to let her know she left hairs cause of how painful she was to me. Threading hurts but the way she threads hurt x10.

I left a voicemail initially to see if I could come in same day, and she called me back a few minutes later letting me know to come. Her salon is located within a larger salon and there is a waiting area. She had a steady line of people coming in to see her, but the wait wasn't too bad. Dhruti did an amazing job on my eyebrows and cleaned them up very nicely. She was efficient and very detailed. I left loving my brows! She accepts cash, Zelle, and Venmo so that's a plus! I will for sure be back.
