So I've been going to a threading salon , on and off and everytime i would go i would leave with great eyebrows one week and come back and leave with messed up eyebrows . So i was recommended by a coworker to try out Lisa's threading , and this is only my second time coming , and i love the service . I didn't get the $5 new customer discount the first time i came in , but that was my fault assuming that she would know i was a " New Customer" . But I absolutely love coming to get my eyebrows done by lisa , she is quick , and precise as well as gentle ! I'm not in the chair squirming and moving and when i leave i like the outcome of my eyesbrows and she also gives good tips on how to grow thicker eyebrows ! So i highly recommend you coming here and ask for lisa ! She's a Gem read more

I haven't been able to get my brows done for over a year because of covid and every threading place near me was closed, this was a far away drive from me, but I would definitely go here again. She saved my brows and was able to give them shape again when I didn't think it was possible. She also didn't make them thin, which I appreciated. She kept it thick, full, and fluffy. Make sure to bring cash because there is a 1$ extra charge if you use credit. Eyebrow threading was $9 read more

Well, although she does a good job on eyebrows I give her that , her customer service is beyond rude ! I couldn't believe how rude she was. on Google if you look up her spot it says she closes at 6 pm , is it our fault as customers that it is not up to date . no it is not , but yet I get there 5:30 pm and she tells me i don't know who put that time but no I don't close at that time and she begins to tell me how she hasn't ate all day how don't ever do that again . I am not a consistent customer so I had no idea or her hours let alone that she hadnt ate all day . i am just a customer looking to get her eyebrows done there was no need for the attitude or rudeness. Lissa learn some manners please , for the sake of your businesses . Although you do well you need to treat your clients with respect and understand we to may be having a bad day . read more

Lisa has been doing my eyebrows for at least 10 years, starting back at the Carousel Mall. She is the only one who doesn't leave my skin red and itchy she is very gentle and painless. I started taking my daughter Kareena when she was 13 and she is now 20 we both still go to Lisa regularly. She truly cares about her customers. read more

I've been going to Lisa's Threading Salon for over 5 years now. She is awesome and she has a great helper in Simi. The change in my eyebrows from before I started seeing Lisa until now, is immense. I've taken about 5 different friends with me, to get their eyebrows done, and they have fallen in love with her salon as much as I have. I trust absolutely no one with my eyebrows except for Lisa and Simi. Very reasonably priced, friendly establishment and conveniently located. read more

I used to love this place but as of 1 day ago I feel their customer service has been nothing but mediocre. I'm not a picky customer but when you don't wash your hands or even use hand sanitizer between clients I get a bit grossed out. I don't want other customers' oil on my face.. They were training another girl while one of them threaded my eyebrows (which I don't mind) but then they started speaking in their native language and laughing. Which Made me feel they were laughing at me or even if they were not I find it a bit unprofessional to be laughing and messing around when someone is threading. I don't know if I will be coming back here. They do a good job but they are unprofessional and make you feel unwelcome. :( UPDATE: they were too harsh. I have gotten by eyebrows done before here and other places and never gotten red bumps. See picture. :( the lady should be more careful.. read more

Lisa's Threading - I feel they were too careless and not careful. Now I woke up with this :( it burns. - Threading Services Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I'm honestly surprised there aren't more reviews for this place, granted that it is a hole in the wall in a nearly abandoned mall. Unlike the other reviews I've never had a problem with her time consistency, quite the opposite actually. My mom, sisters, my boyfriend, his mom and his sister have all gone with the only problem of having a wait sometimes. She shapes my eyebrows very well and for a low price which is the #1 important aspect of this business. The other woman who was recently hired, I'm not too sure about her. I did NOT want her to touch my eyebrows being that I am VERY picky. I will almost cry if my eyebrows get messed up...seriously! Anyway, the joint looks kind of cheap and her little boy runs in and out the shop sometimes which became the norm for me. Like I said, that doesn't matter overall, just my eyebrows and the price. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I moved out of the area last year so I haven't been here in a while but I was a regular when I lived in San Bernardino and Lisa does an amazing job! I told her what I wanted the first time I went and she remembered every time thereafter. For the great job she does shaping eyebrows, I give five stars. On another note, I did show up one time during normal business hours and it was closed with a few people waiting. Someone called and she said she would be there in a certain time frame but she didn't show when she said she would. Someone called again, they were told another time, she still didn't show up until way later. I don't know how often that happens though because it only happened once out of the numerous times I've gone. I think she runs the place alone so I understand that things happen sometimes, especially since she has a child to care for, so I'm not taking away stars for that one time. Other tidbits: There's plenty of parking because there aren't that many other places in the mall. Go when you're not in a rush because there might be people already there waiting. read more

The best threading place I've been to in a long time, great customer service. I love my eyebrows thanks to Sony! This is now my new spot

An amazing place!!! Excellent quality work, I will continue to come here, Sonni is very skilled and a real professional :)

Quick, Clean and friendly. Came on my lunch break and first thread on brows is just $5.

I love the way my eyebrows look after their service!!! Thank you ladies for the amazing job you guys do

Lisa is AMAZING!!! She really knows how to shape and thread eyebrows! I am really picky with my eye brows and I used to travel 50 miles to get my brows done and my mom suggested I go to her and I am glad I listened! She makes sure that she cleans your eye brows professionally, makes sure they are even, and trust me she can make your eye brows look thicker and longer with out filling them in. My mom's eyebrows look much thicker and longer ever since she started going to her! AND SHE IS THE CHEAPEST most places charge $9-$11 for eyebrows but she charges less (cant remember) She is really nice, friendly, and has gorgeous eye brows herself! waits never long; though I am not a fan of the mall where her salon is located, it is good since parking is a breeze! read more

Two of my friends with great brows go to Lisa. The first time I went was a year and a half ago. The other girl in the shop (not Lisa) did my brows awfully. I finally got myself to go back, and I'm so happy that I did. Lisa was so quick and extremely precise. I loved it. read more

Miss Lisa is the best! She's been in this area for almost 7 years and has been taking care of my brows since the Carousel mall days! Highly recommend read more

Great prices. Long waits. Unprofessional use of cell phones. I don't think they washed there hands in between customers. Using hand sanaziter? ! Instead. Never had a bad reaction to threading until I came here. Yes. I know there could be multiple reasons why.. Unfortunately my experience wasn't all that great. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Lisa saved my brows!! I thought there was no hope for my brows, but she gave them such a nice shape. I refuse to go anywhere else. And when she was done, she explained how she had worked around the bald spot in my brows and how to fill them in. Thank you Lisa!! read more

Wish i can give this place a better review but unfortunately i had a bad experience today. I told the girl not to take hairs off from a certain spot on my brows. And then when we were done she didn't even clean my eyebrows off. Not even the which hazel spray to disinfect my eyebrows. read more

Lisa did such a good job on my eyebrows. Before we got started she explained what my eyebrows needed and the shape that she would try to achieve over a long. Of time. At first I thought that this was her way of saying whatever I do your eyebrows will not look good right now so I was a little disappointed, but when I told her that I had pictures the next day, she fix them up so that they could be look nice until after the pictures so that we could work on getting them to grow and into a shape that would be nice. So mad I'm moving just when I discovered a good one! read more

I normally go to Ziba in the Victoria Gardens but after seeing a clients eyebrows I decided to try this place out... I'm glad I did. I wasn't too fond of there only being one person who does the threading however she is good at what she does... Lisa took her time and pointed out the mistakes the previous person had did on my brows , but she still managed to have me walk out satisfied. Not mention the price was great ... It would be nice to get some aloe vera gel on the treated area afterward at least but other than that no complaints I will be returning read more

I love getting my eyebrows threaded and usually never complain about results. I gave the place 4 stars because while Lisa is great to work with her mother is harder to understand. She Accidently charged me 8 dollars when the new member price is 5. I had to say three times that the price was wrong before Lisa came over to give me three dollars back. I'm not sure if I'll come back but I recommend for everyone to take advantage of the 5 dollar price for new comers read more

First time. And I loved it me and my partner eye brows came out nice. She knows what she's doing. Thank u Lisa.
