I've been coming here for a year now. And I have gotten 2 different ladies and they both have been 9/10. But I came today 1/3/26. Different lady, I don't think i've seen her before. Horrible. I feel like her hand is too heavy or something. The string had broke like 2-3 times. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years & she's the only person where the string kept breaking. & she left many hairs. It literally felt like she was struggling with this one hair by the way she was pulling & it felt like she was lifting my skin. I didn't want to let her know she left hairs cause of how painful she was to me. Threading hurts but the way she threads hurt x10. read more

Unique Threading is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done when I'm in my parents neighborhood. There is always a short line, maybe 2-3 people there in there as well and there is typically one employee when I'm there. She works quick while paying attention to the person in the chair. Her work is high quality and it's affordable at $10.She's very nice and friendly. There is nothing to complain about any part of the process except perhaps the a $0.50 service fee when using a card. read more

I told her that I didn't want them too thin. However, I only realized today that she got my skin three times! Twice on my right eyelid & once on my left eyelid. I didn't notice it until today because my skin was healing and there's little scabs where skin is missing. Thank goodness that she didn't get any on my skin while she did my upper lip. My assumption is that she would do a good job since there wasn't any other customers there. Bad assumption. Would I go here again? Probably not. read more

Came to get my eyebrows done on a Saturday, before 7pm and the doors were already locked before 6:50pm. I could see a lady inside with a customer but she didn't acknowledge me at the door. The employee finally looked at me at 6:55pm and kept doing the lady's eyebrows. At 7:01 the previous customer paid for her eyebrows and the employee turned off the light and said sorry we close at 7pm. I do not prefer business that do not go by their set business hours. I USED to love going to this place, near campus and always did my eyebrows beautiful. This time she did my eyebrows SO THIN. Bottom is before when I went somewhere else. Top is how she left my eyebrows. I went in and said to leave them as thick as possible. When she was done she said "I really like them" and when I looked in the mirror I told her the were super thin. You can see the tan from where my eyebrows used to be. I should've stopped when she I noticed she was being REALLY rough when adjusting my face. The only place I go for my threading! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Such nice ladies. Once in a while I'll go when it's super busy and have to wait 30-40 min but usually I'm lucky and get to sit directly in the chair when I walk in. I always feel so welcomed when walking in. Doesn't take me long in the chair either, probably because my light hair. She uses witch hazel when wiping your face after which is my favorite because witch hazel doesn't upset my skin and helps feeling soft. I hate places that use baby products because I always break out from them. read more

Love this place. I found it on yelp and thought I should try it out since it was close to home. I walked in when no one was waiting but then a few more people showed up after a few minutes so I was worried she'd rush through me like most other threading places I've gone to in the past. She took her time and made sure that my eyebrows were well taken care of. I have one eyebrow that is larger than the other but she was able to shape them both to match which I was very thankful for because no other salon has done that for me. I truly recommend this place. I felt like for once someone FINALLY cared as much for my eyebrows as I do. I will be returning in two weeks as she suggested so we could continue shaping my brows up perfectly :) read more

I loved my first experience here! I have NEVER gotten my eyebrows threaded before, I always get them waxed. I explained this to Bina, who was very sweet and reassured me she would try to be gentle. I told her I wanted my brows cleaned up and not too thin. After she finished my right eyebrow, she showed me what she had done and asked if I liked it and it was nice! She then finished my other eyebrow and showed me again. She finished by cleaning them up just a little but more and showed me one last time and they came out so good!! For this being my first time doing threading, the pain was very minimal, and it was very fast which was nice. Usually my skin gets irritated after waxing but I have no irritation at all after my experience with Bina! I really recommend this place to anyone in the area as well as first timers! My first experience was great and she even has a stamp card, after the 8th visit your threading is free. For only $8 compared to the $22 i usually pay, I think this was very worth it. read more

I told her I did not want them thin and they were really thin and one was higher than the other. While doing my eyebrows she was talking on the phone and would often stop randomly. It seemed like she was in a rush so maybe that's why I got cut under my eyebrow. I'm not returning and I'm upset because I have to wait a long time for them to grow back. I've been coming here for the past 3 years and was always happy with their service until the past few months. The last 3 times I haven't been happy with the service due. The main girl (I'm not sure her name but the one who has worked there forever) does a great job but the other ones not so much. The other girls have given me some of the most painful eyebrow threading experiences. And my brows are now extremely thin so thanks :))))))))))))) Not to be dramatic or anything but I legit felt like my skin was being ripped off today during my service. The new people go very slow (probably bc they're new) which makes things 1,000,000x more painful. So spare yourself the pain and disappointment. read more

I love it here, I've been getting my eyebrows done with Bina for 2years now and she ALWAYS does an amazing job! I have never let any of the other women that have worked there do my eyebrows because I see them come and go, the only one that has stayed there is Bina so if you go in make sure to ask for her!
