I've been coming here for a year now. And I have gotten 2 different ladies and they both have been 9/10. But I came today 1/3/26. Different lady, I don't think i've seen her before. Horrible. I feel like her hand is too heavy or something. The string had broke like 2-3 times. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years & she's the only person where the string kept breaking. & she left many hairs. It literally felt like she was struggling with this one hair by the way she was pulling & it felt like she was lifting my skin. I didn't want to let her know she left hairs cause of how painful she was to me. Threading hurts but the way she threads hurt x10. read more

The service, quality and vibe is always excellent at this spot! Vena is my go-to brow technician and she is always spot on! My brows are always even and done right. Love this place!!! read more

Just left. Literally want to cry! My eyebrows are a staple on my face. I waked in and asked for a clean up and to leave them thick. She was on the phone but said okay. My brows are thin! I am so annoyed. I usually go to a spot in Fontana but didn't want to drive over there. I am miserable that I didn't. It will take a crazy grow out phase to get them right again. read more

Bina is great. Always so friendly, thoughtful, and professional. She always treats me like Family

Unique Threading is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done when I'm in my parents neighborhood. There is always a short line, maybe 2-3 people there in there as well and there is typically one employee when I'm there. She works quick while paying attention to the person in the chair. Her work is high quality and it's affordable at $10.She's very nice and friendly. There is nothing to complain about any part of the process except perhaps the a $0.50 service fee when using a card. read more

Location: in the plaza on Kendall off the 210 Fwy. Eyebrow threading $8 upper lip $5 and they charge you an extra 50 cents to use your credit card. The lady did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I told her that I didn't want them too thin. However, I only realized today that she got my skin three times! Twice on my right eyelid & once on my left eyelid. I didn't notice it until today because my skin was healing and there's little scabs where skin is missing. Thank goodness that she didn't get any on my skin while she did my upper lip. My assumption is that she would do a good job since there wasn't any other customers there. Bad assumption. Would I go here again? Probably not. read more

They're always super friendly. And they always take their time on my eyebrows. My sister and I have been going there for a while. I could definitely write more but my phone's about to die. Again the staff is super sweet and they always remember me. They're kind people, they take Apple Pay. And they have very reasonable pricing, $10 for eyebrow threading. And they just switched to the very thin thread, and omg it is so much less painful. They're quick and painless. But they always take the extra time to make sure you're happy with it read more

I got fantastic service and loves the outcome... and at a fraction of the cost of Benefit Brow Bar! So glad to have found a local brow spot!

Great job love my eyebrows recommend this place!! Clean place very professional Never leave reviews but this place great read more

Came to get my eyebrows done on a Saturday, before 7pm and the doors were already locked before 6:50pm. I could see a lady inside with a customer but she didn't acknowledge me at the door. The employee finally looked at me at 6:55pm and kept doing the lady's eyebrows. At 7:01 the previous customer paid for her eyebrows and the employee turned off the light and said sorry we close at 7pm. I do not prefer business that do not go by their set business hours. She was literally loading up her car at 7:03 and gone by 7:08pm. read more

I love coming here . They do your eyebrows very nice and polished . Every lady is super nice and gentle . I trust them a lot

Been coming here for over a year now . I usually just go to the main lady who's the best. But don't have time to wait for her anymore so I gave the other girl a shot. My eyebrows were burning later on, I didn't realize till next day when I was going to apply make up. SKIN TORN OFF. It's not the first time she's done this. I don't understand why can't they train her. She's been doing it for a while and she's still doing this? Also, please disinfect chair every time before a new customer lays down read more

I USED to love going to this place, near campus and always did my eyebrows beautiful. This time she did my eyebrows SO THIN. Bottom is before when I went somewhere else. Top is how she left my eyebrows. I went in and said to leave them as thick as possible. When she was done she said "I really like them" and when I looked in the mirror I told her the were super thin. You can see the tan from where my eyebrows used to be. I should've stopped when she I noticed she was being REALLY rough when adjusting my face. I don't fill in my eyebrows so I was very disappointed to see how they turned on. 0/10. read more

The only place I go for my threading! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Such nice ladies. Once in a while I'll go when it's super busy and have to wait 30-40 min but usually I'm lucky and get to sit directly in the chair when I walk in. I always feel so welcomed when walking in. Doesn't take me long in the chair either, probably because my light hair. She uses witch hazel when wiping your face after which is my favorite because witch hazel doesn't upset my skin and helps feeling soft. I hate places that use baby products because I always break out from them. read more

I went in today for Brow threading, and I absolutely loved my brows I told Bina exactly what I wanted and she delivered my brows were uneven and she evened them out as much as she could. They are perfect will be coming back again. Very kind and friendly service. 10/10 recommend! read more

Moved to the area not long ago in search of a new brow place! I have trialed and errored a few other local places but stumbled here and loved it. The women are so kind and made sure I loved my experience! Left my brows full, and fluffy! 10/10 recommend!! read more

Worst eyebrow place I have ever been too. The short lady with short hair and a big nose fucked my eyebrows up. And the other lady offered for me not to pay next like what makes you think Ima come back when I have had the most horrific eyebrow job done there. She even said "80% of csusb students are frequent customers" well I'm definitely telling everyone here to never go there! My eyebrows are so embarrassing! read more

Just visiting the area and found this on Yelp! Did a fantastic job! So good I gave a 50% tip

Make sure you're recording a video before you sit in this salon! And keep it on record while you interact with Bina is does terrible eyebrows she messed up my natural shape! Every cosmetologist knows not to trim the top of your eyebrows in order to keep them thick/ I asked her to clean them and she made the thin! She even reclined my chair super far back so I couldn't get up and she what she was doing And did it on purpose saying *she tried her best" read more

Clean, professional, nice environment with great costumer service, my eyebrows look great afterwards and the price is fair

I've been coming here for about three years now. Bima is the only person I know that can keep my eyebrows nice and full with a good shape! The staff is always nice and even let you know if you need to skip a week or two instead of going weekly like other places. I definitely recommend this spot. read more

Love this place. I found it on yelp and thought I should try it out since it was close to home. I walked in when no one was waiting but then a few more people showed up after a few minutes so I was worried she'd rush through me like most other threading places I've gone to in the past. She took her time and made sure that my eyebrows were well taken care of. I have one eyebrow that is larger than the other but she was able to shape them both to match which I was very thankful for because no other salon has done that for me. I truly recommend this place. I felt like for once someone FINALLY cared as much for my eyebrows as I do. I will be returning in two weeks as she suggested so we could continue shaping my brows up perfectly :) read more

I've been going to this place for over a year now! Truly trust them with my eyebrows! There is sometimes 2 ladies working and they are both amazing. Sometimes there is a couple of people waiting depending on what time and day you go but the wait is not long at all. They also give you a stamp card in order to receive a free eyebrow threading service on your 8th time I believe? Not sure but anyways great place! read more

I loved my first experience here! I have NEVER gotten my eyebrows threaded before, I always get them waxed. I explained this to Bina, who was very sweet and reassured me she would try to be gentle. I told her I wanted my brows cleaned up and not too thin. After she finished my right eyebrow, she showed me what she had done and asked if I liked it and it was nice! She then finished my other eyebrow and showed me again. She finished by cleaning them up just a little but more and showed me one last time and they came out so good!! For this being my first time doing threading, the pain was very minimal, and it was very fast which was nice. Usually my skin gets irritated after waxing but I have no irritation at all after my experience with Bina! I really recommend this place to anyone in the area as well as first timers! My first experience was great and she even has a stamp card, after the 8th visit your threading is free. For only $8 compared to the $22 i usually pay, I think this was very worth it. read more

I told her I did not want them thin and they were really thin and one was higher than the other. While doing my eyebrows she was talking on the phone and would often stop randomly. It seemed like she was in a rush so maybe that's why I got cut under my eyebrow. I'm not returning and I'm upset because I have to wait a long time for them to grow back. I don't recommend coming here. read more

I love it here, I've been getting my eyebrows done with Bina for 2years now and she ALWAYS does an amazing job! I have never let any of the other women that have worked there do my eyebrows because I see them come and go, the only one that has stayed there is Bina so if you go in make sure to ask for her! She's super nice and friendly and will get you to the shape you desire. They are currently remodeling so that's a plus The only thing is sometimes you have to wait about 15-20min because she has a bunch of requests for her. Another cool thing is you get a punch card and after your 7th visit you get a free service read more

I've been coming here for the past 3 years and was always happy with their service until the past few months. The last 3 times I haven't been happy with the service due. The main girl (I'm not sure her name but the one who has worked there forever) does a great job but the other ones not so much. The other girls have given me some of the most painful eyebrow threading experiences. And my brows are now extremely thin so thanks :))))))))))))) Not to be dramatic or anything but I legit felt like my skin was being ripped off today during my service. The new people go very slow (probably bc they're new) which makes things 1,000,000x more painful. So spare yourself the pain and disappointment. read more
