Love Love Love this Place. Every time I come the job is done to perfection. She has never messed up my brows before and is always available for walk ins when I need her. Been going for a few years now and came back for my first appointment since everything has been shut down for COVID and she STILL GOT IT. Love this place. read more

For 2 years I came here for Bina. We had moved to Riverside and I went to 3 different other threading salons over a period of a year and was completely unhappy with the results even though I gave each of them more than one try. I finally said enough is enough and I want my eyebrows back!! I came back to Bina (who still remembered me) and she gave life back to my eyebrows! Even though it's a long drive for me, my eyebrows mean so much to me, that I will forever drive to SB just to see her!! read more

I come here every time I get my brows done. She is super friendly and does a great job with my brows. I would recommend 10/10 times.

I rather go on sundays because the main lady doesn't work that day. She started going thin on my brows even when I asked if she could do a thick clean up. She laughed and said no I can't do that. The others take their time. I don't know the girls by their names but one girl does my brows so soft... meaning it doesn't hurt at all when she threads. Anyways Sunday's are the best days to go as long as the main lady isn't there. read more

I've been coming here for 4 years now and my boyfriend and I love and trust Bina's work, she's amazing! She always leaves our eyebrows looking the best. Love the fact that she gives out cards that allows you to get free threading on your 8th visit as well! read more

I went here today since I live close by I decided to try it out. I was super nervous to come here especially since I've been going to zibas in Victoria gardens for years. So I had high expectations. The lady who greeted was really nice and also the owner. She took her time and was really slow which made me nervous but it turned out she was just taking her time to do a great job. My brows turned out so good. I love them. It's only $8 so much cheaper then zibas. I finally found a place that's meets my expectations :)) read more

They lady who did my eyebrows truly did an excellent job! She really took her time to make sure that my eyebrows looked perfect! I always go to other places where they do it very quickly and don't really pay attention to detail. However this place made sure that both my eyebrows were symmetrical, something that other places don't pay attention to. My eyebrows have different shapes so I always end up with one eyebrow curved and one eyebrow straight, but she made sure to make both well-defined and just beautiful! They also gave me a discount card and a stamp card! Very excellent high quality service and friendly staff! I will be back again! read more

I just moved to San Bernardino and it's hard to find good eyebrow places but let me tell you this place is worth the hype! My eyebrows are on and poppin!! So glad I found this place! read more

Someone complained about getting a Brazilian wax here, however I had a great experience with my wax. She must have really thick hair lol

I got my eyebrows done by Neeru recently and she did an amazing job. She told me to grow out my eyebrows so she can redo the shaping of my eyebrows and they are better than they have ever been. My shape is better than it has ever been. read more

I love that they opened a eyebrow threading place close to my home, I hated going all the way down town to get my eyebrows done, the owner is very nice and I enjoy going there read more

Today was my first visit here. I'd highly recommend to my family & friends the owner was very friendly and understood exactly how I wanted my eyebrows done she listen. Unlike other experiences I've had at other eye brow threading ( bad experiences which I'll never return to these shops) by far she did an awesome job reasonable prices and very clean place. Also she provides you with a card in which after so many visits you get one free. Ill be visiting again soon!! read more

Went here to get my eyebrows threaded after reading so many good reviews. Neeru does not disappoint! She left them full, showed me how the brows didn't match and one was thinner, and taught me how to fill in the missing hair with brow powder. My brows look the best they have in about a year, since my previous person disappeared. I'll definitely only let Neeru thread them now! read more

I usually get my brows down at the Inland Center Mall, but since this place is closer to home I thought I'd give it a try. Worst mistake ever. I didn't catch the name of the lady who ruined my brows but she was short and was at the last chair on the left side when you walk in. She left my eyebrows extremely uneven. One was higher and way thinner than the other. She sped right through it, was really rough, and broke the strings a few times because she was pulling so much. I've never been that uncomfortable having my brows threaded and I've been getting them threaded for years. I will definitely not be coming back to this place. read more

Without a doubt the best place to go for threading! She is super nice and charming. I take my girl there all the time and she always provides amazing service and also does a wonderful job. As a dude I would have never thought of threading my eyebrows but I must admit, gives a guy confidence when they look that much better! Who said it was only for women. Men gotta look good for their women so if my lady likes it then ill do it. Again BEST place around San Bernardino to come get threading! As far as the 1 star reviews below, if yall don't like coming here then don't come at all. Specially the one with the everytime I leave this place. If you dont like it then why do you keep going. Common sense. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! FINALLY found a place that is able to assist me with my brow needs! I've been to countless of places who have all disappointed me. I came here and don't plan on going anywhere else! Bina has done a tremendous job on my brows (from thin, to naturally thick). I bring in a picture just in case! also, she'll show you the result of one eyebrow before she moves on to the next. best part of all, SHE TAKES HER TIME. read more

This is THE place to come get your eyebrows done. Neeru listens to you and also gives expert advice on how to maintain your eyebrows. Don't waste your time at other places that don't take the time or care and just want to get you in and out. If you want it done right, come here! read more

Been back for a 3rd time, have decided to be a loyal & regular customer. You have to know that she does not perform miracles, so be realistic when you come in. She does an awesome job, very friendly and accommodating. Don't forget a card, to get stamped with each returned visit! read more

The last time I went was last month and the gal did great except that she was a bit to rough when it came to her maneuvering me head. And the she pushed hard with the thread wish I remembered her name but over all I like this place and will continue to go. read more

I won't be coming here again. The lady who did my eyebrows made them super uneven. One eyebrow was super thick and one was super thin. Not only that but she was super rough and my eyebrows were red afterwards. Luckily, I was able to fix the thicker one myself and make them even. I will not go back there ever again. read more
