I came here to get a Brazilian wax. BIG MISTAKE. First off, this woman's shop looked more like she was doing a business out of her garage: fold-up chairs for the waiting area, blank walls, and she was the only worker there on a Friday afternoon. After laying down, the woman told me that she uses hard wax for the sensitive areas and soft wax for everywhere else. I've never had hard wax used on me, but I've seen it done a few times. Hard wax should come off in one rip. But for some reason, this woman had to pick off tiny pieces of the wax in little flakes to remove it. This felt like she was plucking each individual hair! After telling her that it was hurting me, she kept assuring me that the next rip would get all of the wax off... Lies! She kept peeling off tiny pieces of this wax! Because of the pain, I told her that I couldn't handle her continuing and to stop with the wax. I walked out of her shop with wax on me still! I was also upset that she started with the most sensitive area (the inner lips) and covered over half of my pubic region before testing the wax. If she had done it like most places, she would have laid the wax in only one or two areas at a time and saved me a tremendous amount of pain! I have had several waxes before, but this by far my worst experience! Although I didn't get this woman's name, I believe she's the only person who works at the shop. So if you're looking for an inexpensive wax, skip this shop and go to The House of Beauty. read more

I decided to give it try after reading all the good reviews. However, I can't give her a five stars like everyone did! She MESSED UP my eyebrows big time!!!! The way she trimmed my brows was uneven! Big chunks in the middle was trimmed and the lower part is not. My brows looks like a little kid who trimmed it! I was growing out my brows for three weeks. That way when I go get it thread it can be even and nice. Thanks! to her for messing it up, is my first time there and NEVER going back again!!!! read more

I love this place!! I've always had a hard time finding an eyebrow place that knows how to tame my thick bushy brows but Bina is absolutely amazing and knows how to shape them perfectly to my face. Other places tend to round my eyebrows out but Bina knew how to put that perfect arch back into both brows for me. She's amazing! Okay so I came here once in September & the lady who helped me made my eyebrows look the best they've ever looked but i came in today and there was a new lady that i'd never seen before she told me if i wanted my eyebrows thin i told her no (I have thick eyebrows) and when she finished they were so thin :( Does anyone know if more than one lady works there?
