The reviews were really good, pics did its justice so I decided to book. I was able to get in right away. When I walked in, I was not expecting this gem to be in down town San Bernardino. The shop is so cute & comfy. The girl at the front desk was welcoming and nice. Jade did my pedicure & she did 100/10. She took her time, made sure to ask if everything was okay. She made my toes look great again lol. I def recommend this shop & this will be my new go to.

I've been coming here pretty regularly and overall I've had a good experience. Most of the nail…read moretechs I've had are pretty good with gel manicures and pedicures, and I'd say the prices are moderate. For both services, I usually spend around $140-$180 depending on what I get done. Tammy is definitely my favorite and an easy 5 stars! She has great customer service, is super attentive, and actually takes the time to make sure everything looks good before you leave. Cindy is also really good, especially with acrylic. She makes sure the nails are neat and applies the acrylic evenly, which I really appreciate. The only downside is the location. It's on the outskirts of San Bernardino and the area is pretty desolate, so it's not exactly the cutest surroundings . BUT there is plenty of parking, so that's a plus. Overall, I'd give the salon 4 stars. I've had mostly good experiences and will definitely keep coming back, especially when I can book with Tammy or Cindy!

As a redhead, it's always a little tricky to figure out what to do with my lashes-- they are light blonde and not super visible, but I didn't want to get black lashes that don't match my hair color or eyebrows. The lash tech, Jen, picked out the perfect colors for me! I love how they look dramatic and visible, but still match my natural hair coloring and complexion. I think they came out super unique and flattering. She was also super gentle; I have sensitive eyes and skin and at one point I asked if she had started yet because I literally could not feel her working, haha. I also give her the introvert seal of approval, she was very friendly and easygoing but it was also just as comfy during the silence; she just let me relax. I also wanted to note that the table she has you lay on is super sturdy; I am plus size and not once did I feel worried about my weight. The massage function and sterile covering were also a nice touch and much appreciated. The interior is also super cute. Overall this place is a hidden gem and I was super satisfied with the quality of service and experience. The technician is super skilled at her craft and made me feel right at home.
