I haven't done my eyebrows in about 6 months because I can't find anywhere close to me that does them good. I tried this place based on reviews and I'm so glad I did. The person that helped me took their time and went back and forth on each eyebrow making sure they matched. Great service, I will be back!

So sad to do this but today I experienced bad service. I have started going there since she open the business and it's so unfortunate that she was not in her best moment. I will no longer go there again to give my money to someone that has bad attitude and is rude never again so disappointed with this like business.. I used to prefer coming to the salon over everything, but after a few times now the owner continues to mess up my eyebrows. The price is raised and she continues to mess my eyebrows up I have a bald spot under one of them, and the time before this one she made one eyebrow bigger than the other. I would not recommend coming here unless you ask for Paula but other than that it's a long wait and you don't get the results you crave. read more

Katie is seriously the best! She is the first person to ever do my eyebrows back in 2017 and since then I have never looked back! She recently opened her own business and I'm so proud of her! She beautifully shapes my eyebrows for me. She may be 60 miles round trip for me but it's worth every mile! Kate is awesome she has helped me grow my arch beautifully and my shape is flawless. Customer service is excellent and most places the weight time is long but not here I'm able to get my eyebrows done before work and I don't feel rushed. She makes the experience very personal and. New to the city, so was looking for a new threading place. Haven't had my eyebrows down for over a year. I'm always nervous and skeptical about trying new places. I either leave unsatisfied or crying. I decided to drop in after reading great reviews. I must say I LOVE MY EYEBROWS! K is so awesome! She listened to what I wanted and even gave advise. Over all this place is good, my eyebrows where clean and done with a good shape. Price was only $8 and nice lady. Only thing is I'm used to a min massage with aloe Vera but she just gave me cotton and added it and gave me to do it. But would come here again! read more

I only went in for a clean up on my brows and she made them way thinner than they needed to be. She said she made them thin because it gave my brows a cleaner look which I find ridiculous because I've had my brows done where they were kept thick and they still looked clean. One brow is also shorter than the other. read more

Specialties

Service that shapes eyebrows is eyebrow threading. It is an excellent alternative to eyebrow waxing for those who have sensitive skin. Threading is done using thread, as the name suggests, and the technician is able to remove rows of hair at a time. When you opt to have eyebrow threading done, you will usually be called to sit in a chair and lean your head back. Your eyes will need to be closed so that the hairs being removed do not fall into them. In the process, the technician will use the thread to shape your eyebrows and remove hair at a follicle level. While threading is excellent for those who have sensitive skin, it may still be uncomfortable. However, threading allows the technician to have more control over the shape of the brows and how they will turn out. In conclusion, whether you choose to have your eyebrows waxed or have them threaded, each service is great for achieving wonderfully-shaped eyebrows. There's a sign that says first-time customers get special pricing, but all three of us were charged the regular rate. I didn't make a big deal about it and paid what was asked, but it felt misleading to advertise a discount that apparently doesn't apply to all new customers. The location itself is convenient with plenty of parking, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a nice spot, but I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

The lady that did my eyebrows was the one that everyone was asking for so I was excited because I felt like she was going to do a great job. I showed her an image of some eyebrows I wanted that were somewhat thick but nicely shaped. The lady left me with completely thin eyebrows. I can't believe they did me this dirty because they had good reviews. I will never come back here and I advise the rest of you to be careful when choosing a place to do your eyebrows. I had extremely thick a$$ eyebrows and was left with chola thin brows. :( I just updated my review with images, you can clearly see that one is thicker than the other. What I don't understand is how the lady was still capable of making them uneven considering I had thick, caterpillar brows. How can you mess that up? read more

I came here for the first time and it was an awesome experience. My daughter and I showed up at 6:45. It was late but Khushi took us in. There are a few employees I genuinely enjoy, especially Van. She consistently does an amazing job, and she's been the main reason I've continued coming back. One thing I've noticed over the years is that the customer service has never been particularly warm. You're rarely greeted with a simple "hello" or "welcome." Instead, the first thing you're usually asked is, "What service do you need?" It may seem like a small thing, but a friendly greeting goes a long way in making customers feel valued. Today, however, completely changed my opinion. I came in for my usual services, a pedicure and hard gel nails. After my pedicure, I was told I would need to wait about 20 minutes because they were understaffed. I understood that and had no issue waiting. I told the woman at the front desk that I was going next door to get my eyebrows done while I waited. Her response was simply, "Leave something." That comment caught me completely off guard. I've been a regular customer for well over a year, I always pay my bill, and I've never walked out without paying. Being asked to leave something behind as collateral felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I don't want to make this about race because that's not my style, but I do find myself wondering if every customer is asked to do the same thing. I regularly spend over $120 per visit and typically leave a $10 to $20 tip, depending on the quality of the service. On top of that, the salon charges an additional $3.50 for credit or debit card payments, which feels outdated and inconvenient since many people no longer carry cash. Unfortunately, today's experience changed how I feel about this business. Loyalty should matter, and long-time customers should be treated with trust and respect. Between the lack of genuine customer service, the card processing fee, and today's interaction, I've decided this will be my last visit.

Unfortunately she kept cutting and cutting and by the time I was done I had a mullet. I will never be returning to this salon as now I have to tie my hair up in a tiny nub pony tail. I had to cut my own hair at home and cut off the mullet she left me. I can not in good faith recommend this place as they have people with no experience and don't know what they are doing. One side of my hair is shorter than the other. What a horrible experience. I will next time pay more for a better haircut. It will be worth it versus what I got. UGH! This time I wasn't so happy, I got my eyebrows waxed, the lady had burned some of my skin, and then ripped some of my skin off. Then she didn't shape them the way I asked her too, it was just horrible. I have spots on my eyebrows where it's almost bald because she just plucked my eyebrows in the middle of them just because. She also didn't know what to charge, she was just not good at all. I'm never going there ever again, she did a bad job and she was over priced.
