i've been coming here going Amina for years I came in today.There was a 5 people so I signed in. She said it would be a half hour. I came back a little over a half hour. I was like nine minutes late I looked at my phone. I'm like OK I'm like 10 minutes late. OK I get it. All right the next customer so all right I'll get that but when I say, I literally sat there and waited about 30 minutes and she still continued to take customers and didn't say a word to me all the years I've been going there and for her to treat me like that I mean, I guess I was late. Today Noni did my brows and not only does it not hurt as bad when she does them, but she made sure to take her time with them to ensure they came out just how I wanted. I was here on Monday 11/15/21. The girl with the Afro and septum piercing. Even though I brought to her attention to be careful with my eyebrows she did not pay attention to much detail to make my eyebrows look even she just shape them individually. She also threaded my eyebrow so hard under My eye was CUT UP. I know others that thread light against the skin and the hair will still come off. So I don't understand why she would thread so hard and take my skin off. read more

I started off going to Amina in the beginning, but she started making one of my eyebrows thinner. I'm not sure if it's because she gets a lot of customers that she may be in a rush, but it happened to me twice. After that I let my eyebrows grow out for a month, and started going to Andrea. She got my eyebrows all the way together. She keeps my eyebrows thick every time; although, I haven't been to her in awhile. The last time I went she was off, and I desperately needed my eyebrows done. I can't remember the lady's name, but her station is next to Andrea's she did a great job of keeping my eyebrows thick. All the ladies are very nice, and professional. One time I got my eyebrows done and didn't realize my debit card wasn't in my wallet. Andrea let me leave the store to get it. I'm here NOW on a Saturday it says on the door and on their card that they open up at 10 it is now 10:25 and still no sign of anybody. This really messes up my plans for the day. Very unprofessional!! So at 10:30 a pregnant woman shows up. I jokingly asked if she was going to give us a discount for making us wait 20 minutes. She rudely replied with "I'm opening up at 10:30." (No where on the door does it say 10:30. ) she walks in,shuts the door behind her. We continue to wait. We can see her turning the lights on opening the blinds and trying to fix the TV. She then walks over and puts tapes on her fingers then walks over to the counter and starts writing on a pad of paper. Mind you as were all standing outside... A few people that were waiting with us get so upset start talking crap and walk away... I open the door and asked her if she was open or not she said she's been opened that the light was on. It's crazy to me that she sees five people waiting outside and knows were waiting outside because we let her know that we are waiting outside not ask for us to come in. We both proceed to get in to yelling argument. I let her know how unprofessional she was I asked for the manager's name several times she would not give it to me all she would say is that the manager is a guy and that he would be in later to work.... Needless to say all five people were waiting outside left without getting our eyebrows done I showed up at 10 o'clock exactly and had to ask her at 10:40 if she was open I wasted practically an hour in the heat FOR NOTHING!
