Place is clean. Plenty of parking I've been here before but this is the first time that I wrote a review about this place. I didn't have to wait too long. I was next waiting less than five minutes. I asked them to shape my eyebrows a bit slimmer. She positioned me to stretch your eyebrows so that she thread my eyebrows properly. She was done within ten minutes. Cost $9 an extra $1 charge of you use a credit card. She did a nice job, but other places put aloe on your skin to soothe your skin from the threading. Wish that she did that because within a few minutes my skin got irritated and red. Otherwise I would've given a higher rating read more

This place used to be pretty good but remember to always have CASH to tip if you don't and you want to come back here. They will remember you and will PURPOSELY mess up your eyebrows and leave markings on your lip. (It's the lady that is on the heavy side who is doing this) read more

Overall the threading was decent, no complaints. Aside from the awkward comments the threader made about me being hairy... but what really got this 2 star review was the attitude I got when I was surprised I couldn't add a tip to my card payment or Zelle them. The threader was literally upset and gave attitude that I didn't have cash on me to tip... that attitude really ruined the whole experience and her demeanor totally changed with it. Never thought I could bleed from getting my eyebrows threaded:( it was really painful, (usually it is not). I could bare through the pain if the eyebrows looked good but unfortunately they do not. They're uneven, one is longer than the other. They aren't even clean and have no shape too them. Luckily it was only $9.00 for eyebrow threading. read more

i tried this place a couple years ago, didnt have the best experience but i thought to try them again. MY MISTAKE. im so SO sorry i ever decided to give them a second chance. some people just dont deserve that. she made my brows look SO ugly i WILL NEVER FORGIVE her first off she was talking on the phone and not even paying attention to what she was doing. but i was like its okay maybe shes just super talented. MY MISTAKE again!! she is NOT! and then she "cleaned" my brows but i still had some hairs that were NOT cleaned. so i just asked nicely if she can shape it and she said one eyebrow is thicker than the other. and i was like ya thats fine, you can shape them so they look the same size. i dont mind if u take a line or two from the thick one. I've been coming here since they opened and they raise prices on a regular basis. I do my full face and they use too stamp my frequent card and then stopped doing it. It depends on who u get but if u end up with a certain lady who is known for being really rough when she threads your face your totally screwed. She cuts you and scratches you and you will bleed just like I have. I've seen people walk out of this place yelling at them for messing up their eyebrows. The owners really lack a sense for running and understanding business and how it's run from a Western stand point. What bothers me is the times she's left me scratched and bleeding and won't even apologize she says it's my fault and I have a pre-existing condition? WTF? What pre-existing condition? Now they are doctors? At least say sorry and dirk make me pay for it. read more

Updated Post: I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with coming to the Summit location and seeing new faces every week. On the day's I'm used to finding Kaur now I go and she's not there. Decent service for the price. $7 for eyebrows. I only get my eyebrows done here since I'm too scared to thread anything else. My grandma has gotten her whole face threaded here. She said they aren't that "clean" meaning they don't take off all of the hair on her face. I've only had one bad experience here. They made my eyebrows uneven. I came back the next day and they fixed it at no charge. Most of the ladies here are good, but there are some that are just amateurs. Occasionally there's a wait, but that's just because they only have two threaders. I wish they did a full clean up on the brows though. They thread and trim, but I've been to places where they pluck and trim after threading so that your brows are clean. I always leave here with a few hairs out of place. P.S. They give stamp cards. I've used up about 1-2 since it's only like 7 stamps and the 8th thread is free. They don't let you combine stamp cards though. read more

The ladies here are good at what they do, but this is the first time I'm giving a business a 1 star rating on Yelp because of the unprofessional and bad attitude of some of the ladies who work here. Why is that, you might ask? Every time I have gone in, these ladies have gossiped about me and/or other clients in Punjabi. They think I don't understand Punjabi, but I understand all their nasty comments said about me and those who are patiently waiting to get their threading done. There is only one kind older lady, who threads at the far right. The lady who works at the first chair has the worst attitude. Had to update my review. Im sad to say I have to change my five star review to a two star. I went in today, for lip and eyebrows. The lady left sooooo much hair I had to ask her twice to fix it and didn't bother to do the area in the middle of the brows. So I had to tell her to please thread that.. for my lip she completely missed everything.. lol I don't even think she pulled one hair. While she was doing my upper lip I felt nothing getting pulled so I thought that was weird and when she give me the mirror sure enough it was all there. I told her she didn't pull anything out. And she did it again. The second time was a little better, but there's still a lot of visible hairs. I get it's not that expensive here, but still? I don't pay for a half a job done. They don't understand English very well. My eyebrows were messed up on my previous trip to this location, but I've been here before that and they have been doing a good job till now. I told the lady today to not thread the middle part of my eyebrows too wide bc I'm trying to grow out the mess up from last time. I told her what not to do, she said "uh huh, yes."
