Updated review. I absolutely still love this place. I don't think they can ever get a negative review from me. I have been seeing so many Instagram post regarding Blanca and I wanted to give her a try. If you look back on my reviews and the pictures I posted my eyebrows. I had a longer tail. It takes a while for my eyebrows to grow back in, so I am very selective on who I allow to shape my brows because one mistake takes months to repair lol. I have been wanting to reshape my brows shortening the tail, but I have not been able to commit to that idea since my brows grow back really slow. I come in every 2-3 months for a cleanup. This time I was able to walk in and see Blanca for the first time. I let Blanca do her thing with my brows after I saw, she did such an amazing job. I asked if she could reshape my eyebrows. We shortened the tail, which makes my eyes look so much bigger. I absolutely love the new shape they really add to my face. read more

I just so happened to stumble across this salon as I was getting my car washed. I wasn't planning on getting my brows threaded but I looked up their instagram and it looked promising. The employee who serviced me was so sweet, plus she took her time on my brows which made me feel comfortable. I've gone to this place a few times and I've always had a good experience however i went this past Thursday and got an older lady and let me tell you this was the worst pain i ever felt getting my eyebrows threaded. At first i thought it was just me however when the lady was finished i realized i wasn't me being dramatic. This pic was taken the next day and im still in pain.For this place to charge $15 i would expect them to hire someone with experience and that knows how to do brows without hurting the clients. I finally had a chance to go to this salon by my house. And i loved it. I feel like i have been to the other one in Rancho before as well, not religiously or anything. Kinda far since im in fontana. Since the pandemic, i haven't done anything to my brows besides just plucking at home haha. Well i went here service is nice, personable welcoming, clean and i asked if they do henna tint cause i wanted to try that. They do! So i got it done today and i love it, it doesn't last that long like 2 weeks she said but thats okay. It looks pretty natural looking and im happy with it. So if you wanna add a little color to your brows i recommend it and threading. Im hoping they add body waxing services. tho too read more

Went on Friday 11/17/23 and bhumi and an older lady were working the older lady did my brows she tried to start before I even told her what I wanted I asked her not to thin them just a clean up and she didn't listen she rushed and kinda had an attitude, I normally go to Bella's in rancho but decided to go here because it's closer and I will stick with rancho. Also she asked "upper lip too" I just had it waxed so there was nothing there she was just trying to scam me or be rude. read more

Ive been going to the same eyebrow threading place in Rancho ever since Ziba Victoria gardens raised their prices years ago. I decided to check this place out after reading reviews on their rancho location. At first, I was trying to avoid eyebrow threading places over $10 (my eyebrow hair tends to grow pretty fast) but I was quickly reminded you get what you pay for. Not only did my eyebrows turn out prefect, even and all scraggly hairs were removed but they also used disposable sheets on the area of the chair where the you place your head. I've never seen that at other eyebrow places I've checked out. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back next time. read more

They didn't have an exact color match for me in stock so Blanca recommended we postpone the service (just a few days) in order to make sure I was happy with the results.
