Review is for last visit on 3/27/2024 I had gotten my eyebrows done by Teresa several times in 2023-2024, and she was great! but I stopped going for a couple of reasons. 1. Waiting Time When I would arrive on time or early to my appointments, Teresa would typically be chatting a long time with her clients that were her friends/she knew personally and I would wait for a while. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Teresa always had an upbeat, nice attitude but she never apologized for taking her time with these conversations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This happened to me enough times (more than 2-3) where I stopped tipping her because of this. 2. Badmouthing Other Clients + Not Paying Attention This appointment was where I decided to not go back to her any longer. I was waiting for a super long time for her to do my eyebrows, and when she did, she started conversing with a coworker about some personal business of hers and she was talking quite aggressively about the other person which I found unprofessional. I don't care if she talks about her business, but pay attention to my eyebrows and don't mess them up. Then, she starts badmouthing a specific customer and talking about how "she doesn't even tip". As a result of her not paying attention, she threaded off way too much of my left eyebrow and it took forever for it to grow back. I had a movie to go to after this eyebrow appointment (and there were no showings after this one.. go figure...) and I had to cancel my ticket to it because I decided to sit there and wait for Teresa to thread my eyebrows after chatting with her friend. Maybe people would tip Teresa more if she didn't make them wait, and was consistent across the board with everyone. She IS good at threading eyebrows (when she is actually paying attention and is professional). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The receptionist girl prior to the tattooed woman who replaced her was not friendly at all, either; so hopefully their vetting process and training (if any) on customer service is better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

Her customer service is always on point -- super friendly, patient, and she really listens to what you want.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She's honestly so talented at what she does. My brows always come out clean, even, and exactly how I like them. You can tell she knows her craft really well. It's rare to find someone who's both skilled and genuinely kind, but Bhoomi is definitely that person. If you go, make sure you ask for her. She's the best! read more

My First & last time going there the lady left my eyebrows too thin. A nice brow is going to be shaped thicker from the beginning of the brow & then gradually is going to get thinner it's not supposed to be the same thickness from beginning to end. read more

I've been coming here for YEARS and have had wonderful results. However, their hours are always inconsistent. I was there a half hour before closing time, managed to get away from the kids last minute and was turned away after walking in. I always appreciate how my eyebrows are taken cared of by Bhoomi! She listens to what I'm looking for and tries her best to clean / shape / keep my brows full. They take Walk-ins and appointments and normally have at least 2 stylist working. Also, to avoid waiting 20+ minutes on (busy days) I highly suggest you make an appointment online / via phone! Mondays tend to be a busy day, so prep to wait a bit. read more

I don't get my brows done very frequently but this has been my go-to place whenever I needed to snap them back into shape lol. My mom, who is also a frequent client, recently got her brows laminated and we were blown away! Her typically sparse brows are now beautifully full and MUCH more easier to manage daily. I ended up booking my own lamination appointment right away. For laminating AND threading, it cost $78 total and took about half an hour. My mom and I both have very stubborn, pin-straight Asian eyebrows and seeing the transformation is amazing. I'll definitely be coming here more often! read more

This is my go to place to get my eyebrows threaded! I have been coming here for a while. I like that before they start, hand sanitizer is given to you, so when you're touching your face to hold your eye lid and above your brow, your hands are clean. After threading they trim your brow hairs and also give you a cotton pad with cleanse to clean the area so it does not get infected or irritated. Also, after every customer a clean paper cover is replaced on the head rest. I have either Teresa or Blanca thread my eyebrows. I like that they take their time threading. My eyebrows come out evenly shaped and it does not hurt when they thread. I also appreciate that they take the time to get to know their loyal customers. I definitely recommend this place! I go monthly to get my brows threaded. (Tip- definitely call and make an appointment. They get booked fast! They do take walk ins but usually there's a wait) read more

I love my brows now!!! They look so much fuller after getting them done and I didn't even know my brows could look this nice based on what I came in with. I forgot to ask the name of the girl who did my brows Friday morning, but I called today and they're sure it was Teresa. I told Theresa how my brows take forever to grow since my brows were butchered at a different salon 1.5 years ago so I've been scared of getting my brows done since my eyebrows haven't grown the same since then. She ended up giving me tips on how to grow them faster; overall she was super nice, made me feel super comfortable, asked me what I was looking to get done and listened. I was a walk-in, new customer, and I live an hour away, but I was in the area, and came here based on the reviews and believe me, it's worth the drive!! Highly recommend Theresa!! I leave on vacation in two days and I was in desperate need of finding someone who listened, understood what I needed and to keep my eyebrows THICK! Lol I like a more natural thick eyebrow. I was completely so nervous!!! But let me tell you. BHAMBI did amazing! Exactly how I wanted them and even better than expected. Long over due review for this wonderful place. I have blonde / brown brows that don't always have great definition to them and since coming here I have noticed a huge difference! The tail ends of them actually have shape and a beautiful curve. I'm obsessed... I didn't think it'd make much of a difference but I was wrong! Yes we do. It's $65 and will last 4-6 weeks.

Are you currently accepting walk ins?

Hello we do still take walk-ins however there are times when all of our artists are booked with appts.

They are wearing 3ply masks while threading, we also sanitize the chair after every client.
