Loved my lash extensions here by Emily! I asked for the anime style and she DELIVERED. They were so beautiful - I was getting so many compliments from my friends. During the appointment Emily took her time and really made sure I was comfortable. She even cleaned my lashes beforehand and spent a long time drying them. As a result my lashes still look really good after two weeks, which is a lot longer than lashes I've received from other places (because I tend to not take the best care of them lol...) I love that Mio has so many technicians available and that their online booking system is so easy. I was able to snag a last minute appointment while I was in town. I came here as I don't like my lashes that were done in a different place and just wanted it removed. I also decided to just have lash lift. I like the environment and ambiance. They were able to remove my stubborn fake lash and have even damaged my natural lash on my right eye. This was my second time coming to Mio Lash and I have to say they blew my expectations away. I am VERY picky with my eyelashes, so I try not to switch my go-to place up too often but I have to say; I am so glad I gave Mio Lash a try. I had Eva as my stylist this time and she really did an amazing job; she was so kind and attentive the whole time, not to mention I am so happy with how this hybrid set came out. She made sure to show me the extensions before putting them on my eyes to make sure they were what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I wanted something that looked natural and voluminous at the same time which can be hard to get correctly, but Eva really made my vision come to life. Not to mention she was so fast! My appointment was at 12:15 PM and I was walking out of there by 1:07 PM. Eva is fantastic and I recommend making an appointment with her 100%, I can't wait to come back and see her again. The first time I came, I didn't get my artist's name but she was also very kind and did a great job. She had the station on the right hand side, the second bed when you first walk to the back. She did a very natural, classic set which I sadly do not have any photos of, but it definitely looked like my lashes but better. If that is the kind of look you like for lashes, I'd definitely recommend her as well. However, what was impressive to me was how long they lasted. I've had experiences where I've paid $100+ for a full set only to have half of the extensions fall out within the first week. thought it was just the way I took care of my extensions, but sure enough, I up-kept the same aftercare routine with my extensions from Mio Lash as I used with other places, and I didn't even start to get extensions falling out until 3 days later. That's how I can tell the quality of lash extensions they use is top-notch, and on top of their services being extremely affordable, you certainly get the best use out of your lashes for the price. Mio Lash is a true gem- I would get an appointment with them ASAP because I just know they're going to be booked solid pretty soon! read more

I got a lash lift done here and my lashes have curled in on themselves. It makes it hard to keep my eyes open and it looks like I have a caterpillar on my eyelid.
