When I initially made my appointment I tried calling but there were no answers. I eventually texted and I asked what time they had open yesterday (which was weeks in advance) and they said 6:45pm. I arrived almost 30 minutes early but they were closing up. I waited outside then about 15 minutes before my appointment I started calling and texting because the front and back doors were locked. Even attaching my confirmation texts (one of which I received the day before) but didn't receive an answer. My appointment time came and I decided to wait until 5 minutes past it. Right before I was about to leave a young woman came to the door and appeared nervous. I informed her of the situation and showed her my confirmation by text. She called the person who was suppose to run my session but she was on the road doing a different appointment elsewhere. I said it wasn't a problem if I came back. But she insisted she could do it herself. It was still good but it was hard to enjoy it because I felt guilty this lady had to stay way past when she was supposed to leave. While close, I also didn't get the full 90 minutes. The lady also informed me as I was leaving that the place closed at 7pm and advised me to make my appointments earlier. But I clearly wanted to. This was the time I was given out of more availability I originally provided. Overall a decent experience but also very strange and I think it could've easily been avoided by just calling me in advance and let me know the original worker couldn't make the appointment anymore. read more

I went in for the head spa. First the place was dirty. The floor was disgusting. Dirt everywhere, used q-tips. I had the 90 min head spa with back/shoulder massage. On the back they used no oil. It was a dry massage so that was strange. They used a bucket of water on the side of the sink to rinse my hair and bowl. The towels smelled like mildew. And at the end of the treatment they didn't even brush my hair out. Mind you I have curly hair. They pointed me to a hairdryer and said I could dry my hair. I had to ask for a brush. Was given nothing to help me untangle it so that was fun, for those with curly hair you understand my pain. Definitely won't be going back. I was so disappointed read more

I haven't had lashes put on in a while and thought I'd give it a try because this place had good reviews. I asked the lash tech to let me see first because I wanted to see what it looked like before she added more. Well she didn't. She proceeded to do the whole thing completely. She didn't do a bad job, it just wasn't to my liking. I wanted something not as full, but that's what I got. I'm also not sure if she didn't quite understand me - maybe there was a bit of language barrier? I walked out of there feeling ok, but most likely will have to find another place. read more

I love Iris Lashes! I've been going here for about 6 months or more and they always get it right. It's easy to book online and they have good communication. My technician has ran behind schedule before and was professional by texting to let me know and offering me the option to come 30mins later. I appreciate the great customer service. They keep a record of the set you choose at each appointment so when you come back, you can just say you want the same as last time and they'll do it for you. My lashes look so good everytime. Poppy really takes her time and she's really gentil. I usually fall asleep at my appointments because of how relaxing the environment is. They also do a stamp card so after you get your lashes done 10 times, you get $35 off your set. They're prices are also super affordable compared to private lash techs. Hello, Poppy and Fiona are the amazing lash techs at this salon!! My mother in law recommend me to come here and it's been about over a year that I been coming here to do my lashes. I used to go to different eyelashes place and they will fall within 1 to 2 weeks and Irish lashes usually last me 3 weeks to 4 weeks until I need to get a fill again! Very friendly and great prices!
