So happy I found this place online! I've been to so many lash techs that sometime cost up to $200, and this place was the best out of them all (and most affordable). Fairy was incredibly sweet and the lashes looked AMAZING. After Fairy finished my full set in an hour, I looked at my lashes and decided last minute to go from wispy to non-wispy, and she was very understanding and made the change for me with no problem. Came here to get lashes for my birthday weekend. Also snagged a deal on Groupon for $30 off which was great. Upon booking they do require a $10 deposit which they will put into the services you get; I think it's just for full sets. This place is actually really cute. Very welcoming, clean and great decor. No privacy though, it's basically an open concept room but I can tell they take great pride in cleanliness. After signing a waiver I met with my tech, Cici. I couldn't decide which look I wanted, I was torn between getting 2D or hybrid. I wanted a fuller look but natural. I felt a bit rushed and was hoping for more explanation on the differences but my lashes honestly turned out pretty good and they last pretty well. I think I just need to be more vocal about exactly what I want next time. It took a little over an hour and it was pretty painless. Cici was pretty gentle and kept asking or stopping anytime I felt any discomfort. The only thing I had a hard time honestly was laying down flat for that long ... Overall, this place is good. Last two visits has been horrible! Cici has been my tech since the start of me going here. My lashes are falling off badly by the second day and I'm walking around looking like Cynthia from Rugrats just two days after my install. I changed the style this last time and I was advised to brush them each morning to achieve the look I paid for but that doesn't work when you are missing lashes. I reached out and some man who I have never seen called me and accused me of being the reason why the lashes weren't lasting. States that most people come back in 5-6 days anyway to get a fill. When I reassured him that I don't wear make up(because he accused me of using an oil based makeup remover) he then made the comment " well it could be the coconut oil you are using on your face" assuming since I am black that's my oil of choice. He the. offered me to come in but stated I will be charged for them fixing their mistakes! Response to their comment: 1. A follow up appointment was scheduled but was told I would have to pay if it was over 30 mins and yall thought it was my fault 2. I never requested a new appointment after I deliberately didn't show to the one you set. Why would I trust you to look or fix my lashes when you clearly blamed me for it. 3. The conversation was recorded so you can get on here and lie to save face all you want but this recording doesn't lie. 4. You told me that MOST people come back in 5-6 days to get a fill and I said that seems like a scam that our lashes are only lasting 5 or 6 days at most and you then went on to speak about how our lashes grow blah blah blah so please stop with the lies trying to save face. You have horrible customer service and men shouldn't be in this field if you don't know how to speak with someone without running to racist comments. UPDATE: Cici personally reached out to me and we were able to setup something to resolve the issues I've encountered on my last visit. I can say as long as she is my lash tech I will continue my journey with Bliss. She is very pleasant, so thorough and a joy to work with. Thank you Cici read more
