I've been to Queen Lash a couple of times and after multiple chances I realized today has to be my last time going. They are unable to accept fault and talk amongst themselves as if you're not even there when trying to come up with a solution or explain your concerns. This is my third lash lift here. The first time by Angi was perfect and lifted. The second time, it was way too curly so you couldn't see the lift as much and over processed . As soon as I got the mirror, I asked why my lashes turned lighter brown and were frayed at the ends her response was "that's the color of your lashes and you asked for curly." Being that I have worked at a salon with a lash tech, I knew immediately she was wrong. I knew she stepped away and when she came back she realized she took too long and when I asked her if everything was ok she said nothing. I proceeded to paying without making it a problem. I decided to trust them one more time because I loved the first time it was done and checked to see if angi was available, over the phone they said angi was off but that April was available and a great lash tech. I asked them what curl angi did because I like it and then when I got in I asked again and explained that I wanted them very straight back so you could see the length of my lashes, without the ends curling in towards my eyes so you couldn't see the length. I made sure to explain. We did it and she said "so you want more natural curl". I explained again and she said ok as if she understood. She proceeded to giving me a very natural lift that is not what I asked for and not very lifted like I wanted. She proceeded to talking to her coworker and then her boss on the phone as I stood in front of them. As a native Spanish speaker it's not a problem for her to speak her native language but when it affects the customer service you are providing a customer then that is when it becomes a problem. She then told me that's what I asked for after talking to her co-workers and not me. That I said natural curl, when those words never came out of my mouth and without flinching, she then said "everybody heard it, my boss heard it." And kept repeating it over and over to put the blame on me. We get to the front desk and still she is talking mostly to her boss over the phone and not to me. She also offered to do it more curly but that she wasn't sure if it would overprocess it, and me knowing the correct answer to this would be that yes doing it a second time would definitely overprocess my lashes and burn and fray the lashes. She gave me no other options or a discount or a discount the next time. She Puts her boss speaker and proceeds to charging me full price. I ask if there is going to be any discount for not getting what I asked and it was until after I asked that they said ok $10 off. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. They don't listen to you as a client and they don't value you. The first day I ever came here for lash extensions they even offered to give me a bag and a free brush if I left a positive review and asked me to do it while I was in the store. I liked my lashes in the moment but it felt very pushy. read more

I was under the impression that even though it was classic/ natural style I would still have an extension on every lash. So so fortunately to have found this place that does foreign fills! I was able to schedule an appt with them the next day with Rachel. Rachel was sweet and examined my gang signs thoroughly before doing anything. After the fill was done, she explained to me what she had to do- she had given me 14 mm CC curl in 6D style. Overall price came out to be $90 after tip. Of course on the pricey side, but she did such an amazing job. Retention is amazing and the lashes that they use is super lightweight and fluffy!! my technician was very nice and so were the other girls working here. I loved how my lashes looked but when I got home my friends and family told me the length was too long for my eye shape. I hadn't really noticed the length since it's more noticeable when I look to the side or up. The more I looked at them the more I agreed that they were just a bit too long and made my eyes droopy. They do ask you what style and length you want but I don't really get my lashes done so I don't know what length looks the best on me. Also I was shown the length in the middle of my eye not the ends. The style wasn't flattering on my eye shape. I called and asked them if there was anyway I could fix the length & they told me they couldn't since the glue was new and all settled? I just wish there was a solution on getting them fixed because I leave on a trip for a month in a few days and I saved up to get my lashes done. I also believe that if you're a lash tech you should know what lengths suit someone's eye shape. I'm not too familiar with lash extension so I'm a bit disappointed on how unflattering they look. They really break down the lash options for you and keep perfect record of what services you've had with them. It helps a lot when I want to go back to a certain lash style. I've booked with Linda a few times in a row now, and she is fabulous. Lash removal, fills, and new sets - I really like her. My lashes grow faster and I have naturally oily skin, so I have to get new sets more often, but I really don't mind. Last time I heard a lady come in for a 4 week fill and her retention was great. I have visited this place 4 times previously and always got beautiful sets with Tori, however, today was a completely different experience. I had an appointment at 12:30, which I arrived on time for. As soon as I walked in, I was notified that my service provider was running late. No text or call notification. This has happened in the past but today I had plans to leave out of town and could not push back the appointment any later. I ended up requesting to just reschedule my appointment and was notified by the front desk that I would be charged $30 since I was a "no show" although I was physically standing at the desk when she told me this. I explained to her that is not my issue since the technician was running late and she said that is their "policy" lol. It was my first time at Queen Lash and I had a very pleasant experience. I appreciated the fact that they have an intro offer for $89 on my first full set (2D Volume set) to try out the studio. They also accommodated my time as I was running late for my appointment and they pushed it back 30 mins which helped. It was easy to book on their website for a same day appointment close to Thanksgiving. Upon entering, it is a very nice, large, clean salon and you are greeted immediately. There are a few forms to fill out first but they had a candy bowl which I liked. My lash artist was Alexis and she was very sweet. She was very patient with me filling out the forms, choosing the set, style, and length I wanted, asked if I needed to use the restroom, and offered a pillow and blanket. All of these accommodations added to the experience and I felt very well taken care of. I chose a 2D Volume full set which was a volume but more wispy. The 3D Volume is fuller at the same price but I just chose 2D to see. The set went by very fast, only about an hour which I like. The vibes are very calm and peaceful so if you like your appointments to be very calming, this is the place! Along with the speed, the set was well done with no irritation and looked amazing. They give a stamp card so after you come in 10 times, you get $15 off. It's been a week and my lashes are holding really strong, still looking full even after washing with lash shampoo.
