Do they have Gel X extensions? I don't use acrylic on my nails anymore because the buffing makes my nails sore the first few days. I've fallen in love with Apres Gel X extensions and can't go back to acrylic. PLLEEAASSEESE HELLLPP!

I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

**Don't waste your time or your time or money!…read more I booked a pedicure and Gel-X full set nearly a month in advance for a 9:30 a.m. appointment. I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the service my daughter received during her appointment at your salon on May 19. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter, who is graduating high school, to get acrylic nails with regular polish and a pedicure. Her nail appointment was with Kim T., and her pedicure was scheduled with Crystal T. She arrived on time for her 1:00 PM appointment, accompanied by my mother. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely upsetting. The technician working on her hands. Presumably Kim, was not only unresponsive when my daughter asked about her scheduled pedicure, but also acted in a rude and dismissive manner throughout the appointment. Despite multiple polite attempts by my daughter to ask about the pedicure, Kim refused to respond. My mother, who only speaks Spanish, also attempted to clarify the situation and was met with hostile looks and rude treatment from the technician. Eventually, my mother had to go to the front desk and call me so I could translate and try to resolve the issue. This situation should not have escalated to that point basic communication and respect from the technician would have made all the difference. Though my daughter did eventually receive her pedicure from Crystal, who was kind and professional, the overall experience left her feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. It was her first time getting her nails done, and what should have been an exciting and joyful pre-graduation moment turned into a distressing experience. I feel terrible that I could not be there to advocate for her in person. I find this treatment to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a business that serves a diverse community. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your staff treats all clients with the courtesy and respect they deserve. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bella Vous and receiving a full set of nails from Kimberly, and I have to say it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, Kimberly was so caring and attentive to my needs, making sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to. But what really stood out to me was how friendly and personable Kimberly was throughout the entire process. She made me feel right at home and we had some great discussions while she worked her magic on my nails. And speaking of which, the end result was absolutely stunning! I'm really shocked to read everyone else's reviews of this place and see that they like it so much. My major issue is with the quality of their work. I got a pedicure here, and was underwhelmed. She didn't properly shape my toenails. In fact, when I examined them at home, they were all very differently shaped - square, square-rounded, and some were completely round. I had specifically asked for a square rounded shape on my toes. To make matters worse, half the nail polish on my big toenail chipped off the day after I got the pedicure! I didn't wear tight shoes, nor was I kicking or scraping my feet to make the nail polish chip like that. Yes, it's nice to be offered a beverage, and I will admit this was a nice little touch. I also really appreciate their low prices, but I'd rather pay a little more if it means I get a great pedicure! read more

This place is simply amazing! I went in today with no appointment thinking nothing of it, and as soon as I walk in I see the place pretty crowded for a Monday. I thought I'd have to at least wait a minimum of 30 min but to my surprise as I checked in with the nice receptionist she informed me she had someone available for my service I picked my color and got seated immediately. I got my nails done by Hanna, she was great, very kind and polite, great customer service and very talented I loved my nails. This was my third time in the salon and every time I've come in I'm greeted by a different friendly face at the front desk, my experience here is always a great one from beginning to end. The service was fast great well polished environment. The workers were very kind and sweet. They checked in on me very often which gave me a sense that they really care. I didn't make an appointment and they still had time for my wonderful pedicure. I loved the deal salt scrub it was great. I only waited fifteen minutes for my eyebrows and I didn't even schedule appointment. I got here at about 310 and they gave me my pedicure as soon I got here with no scheduled appointment. After my pedicure I only waited 15 minutes for eyebrows. The scent of the place was very clean and sweet smelling. I thoroughly enjoyed the workers and their service. I just moved back to the area and was looking for a good nail salon to get Gel nails. I found BV on Yelp and was pleased with their reviews so I went in. I was greeted by a very friendly girl and sat with Tammy for my full set. First off they have hundreds of Gel colors and glitters to choose from! Second the salon is really nice inside and they play such relaxing music it's wonderful! Third and final reason you should absolutely go here. Tammy did the most amazing job ever on my nails! Just got my nails done and I couldn't be happier! Crystal is usually my go-to, but she was booked this morning (always a good sign of how amazing she is!). Hands down the best nail salon ever! Yes they are a bit pricey; but you get what you pay for! $45 dollars for a sns dip that last more then three weeks!! I'll continue to pay that price. Also such a relaxing vibe in the salon great music selection the lady's in the front desk checked up on me often Offering water, tea,lemonade or their famous mimosas. Walked in yesterday(my only day off) so I was really looking for a good place to get my nails done since my usual spot is sadly closed on sunday's. I had read the reviews here for Bella's and thought why not give them a try. I was really interested in their selection of gel colors. (HUGE SELECTION!) I move to Rancho around 7 or 8 years ago and found Bella Vous nails place and when to see if I can found someone to do my nails and that's when I found Megan she is wonderful she always does a great job . Megan is not just my mail lady she is my friend her attention to detail and her personality is the best thing . Where to start with this amazing location. First off lest start with the girls in front..they are really polite and attentive. As I checked in I asked the ladies for a mimosa and as I was seated they brought it right out. My technicians we're right on time and my gel manicure and pedicure looked amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing. The two girls always have the right music playing makes you relaxed. Reading some of the reviews I had to laugh maybe it was a bad day but Bella cous is by far the best nail salon I've came across will definitely be comming back! read more

My girl Amy is amazing. I got started with her when another technician I was seeing had a glitch in her schedule. What a blessing. She does my nails, waxing and now has done microblading on my eyebrows. I just can't say enough good things about her and about the salon. Christy does my pedicures and takes special care of my "trouble" nails. The owner Jon is an exceptional business owner and always takes care of any complaints you may have. I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and u was so impressed. The technician did a great mani/pedi and they serve wine. The service was a but slow, but i thought they did a good job. I've been searching for a year for a salon in the area that I could consistently go to. in regard to nail color selection, service, atmosphere, this place is the best. it's so clean and nice inside, the nicest salon I've seen in the IE. my technician gave me a fill and shaped my nails into coffin nails, which turned out PERFECT! I got a gel mani and regular pedi. It was average to disappointing. My nails have rough ridges on the tops of them bc she used such a harsh file and didn't follow up with a less course one. Also left some major side cuticle. Pedicure- no massage, more of a rubbing of lotion into my legs. I'm posting this bc there are a million nail salons in Rancho, I hope this helps save someone the time of trying a new place and finding out it's not THE ONE. The only reason I come to this nail salon is "Kay" she does amazing work with her acrylics (& everything else). She has been the only technician who has made my acrylics last months! And they always look AH-MAZING!! I definitely recommend her (Kay) if you are looking for a technician. Great customer service. Today was my third visit to Bella Vous Nails Spa for a pedicure. Excellent customer service and friendly people. Although every chair was occupied before my friend and I could be seated together, we appreciated the friendly staff trying to accommodate us in a timely manner. The were done by the husband he charged $45.00 and he took his time over an hour and I loved them. He was also very gentle. Today I went in for the fill it was super rushed and less than an hour ( I mean it's a fill) but I noticed they were slightly bubbly and uneven and even shorter I was charged $50.00 And while I don't care about the price I'm just annoyed with the quality. I'm so tired and made effort to make conversation today and I just felt like I don't know I was rushed out I also feel a cut underneath my index finger that burns from the filing. The owner ( which is also the wife ) was super fast and just rough. I didn't say anything I always feel bad... I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again. They have great customer service I just feel I didn't receive the same treatment and quality as last time. I hate to leave this review but I'm just so irritated by this. Some of us really look forward to treating ourselves.

They have regulars that come and know the staff by name. Cathy knew it was my first time because most of the people that go there are regulars and she said she had never seen me before. I'm glad they have regulars keeping this business going because they are very friendly and they took time on my nails.
