I have been coming to Bella vous for a while now and my last three appointments have been not so pleasant . I did my first gel hard nail with someone , not sure who it was and honestly the thickness of my nails was horrible . It was my first time and I wasn't sure what it was suppose to look like , two to three weeks later I went back and another lady "I think Hannah" saw my nails and said whoever did my nails did it incorrectly , so she would fix it , I still paid for a full fill. She did a good job but I wasted close to I believe $80 on nails that were not done correctly. I came in last week to get a pedicure , and the girl who did it , drilled my nail polish off so much that she scraped off my real nail causing it to bleed under neath the nail polish . First off , why use a drill if I had polish on and not gel?. I told her my toe nail hurts and she scraped too much and said "no it's not her fault " . I took off the nail polish today and you can see the dry blood . I have spend too much money in the last couple of months for bad experiences. Not going back , and I don't recommend . read more

We have been coming here a few years for basic mani/pedis. I get a regular manicure. It usually lasts about 5-7 days. Not bad for regular. The last time the color started chipping the next day on most of my nails. I called to ask to come in to have them fix the color and they wanted to charge me $10 because they "don't guarantee a regular nail polish manicure". This is one day after I had it done!! Not sure if it was bad polish - or a bad manicure, but if they are going to charge $10 to repair color, then why don't they give $10 discount for not getting color on a pedicure? The young lady who took my call was very nice. She said she would ask the manager and they would call me if they would accommodate me. I never got a phone call. We are going to find a new place. It's too bad because we were regulars. read more

I get it's $65+ just for the deluxe (idk the most expensive) pedicure with sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, but $20 extra for gel and $20! for chrome/fairy dust is crazy. All she cares about is having me change my review to five stars which won't happen. I requested a refund and she claims Bella Vous doesn't process any refunds. All she offered was a $2 refund for the service charge on the credit card I used. What a joke. Beware of this salon. Don't waste your time or money unless you want to get your skin ripped off. Nail tech Ana doesn't know what she's doing and doing speak English so she won't say a word to you. read more
