Hi, do you do gel x? If so what's the cost?

Is this place by appointment only or do they take walk ins?

I'd book an appointment. You can call first thing in the morning and see what they have available for the day. They're very busy so I think even attempting a walk in is a gamble, especially this time of year.

Hi Crystal, you can book the appointment on our website bellavouspa.com

Is this place open even tho they don't answer the phone?

We had the best time here this morning. We found Doki Doki on Yelp when looking for a nail salon…read morefor my daughter for prom. She looked at some photos and decided she wanted to come here. I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I called and asked if I should reschedule and they said it was ok they can take me. I told them a mani is ok and cancel the pedi cause it was my fault for being late. When I arrived they sat me down and told me they can still do both my mani and pedi. That was so nice of them. I know they didn't have to do that. Luckily I'm very easy and simple so it didn't take long to do what I needed but it was very happy they were able to do both services. Keep in mind I'm sure they can't always do this for everyone but it ended up working out for me. I was very happy with the end result. I will definitely go again. It was a little pricey than I expected but worth it for gel mani and pedi

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the male nail technician who did my nails…read moreyesterday. From the beginning, he seemed irritated and had an issue with listening to what I was asking for. He repeatedly rolled his eyes, and even seemed annoyed when I simply asked to see the different color options before choosing one. What bothered me most was how rough he was while handling my hands and nails. At one point I physically flinched because he was hurting me, which should have been enough of an indication for him to be more careful. Later, while he was dusting off my nails, I directly told him that he was being too rough. Instead of apologizing or adjusting how he was handling my hands, he responded, "Are you talking to me?" I told him yes, because who else would I have been talking to? Also, I requested almond shape names at a certain length and he made it seem like he couldn't do and he had to cut them to "look right". Now I am not satisfied with the nails. I didn't get the designs I wanted because of his horrible attitude. This is a day after my service and I have three toenails that are chipping badly like I've never gotten them done. Tried calling them (over 17x) no one ever answers. I will be going in the morning to get these fixed but this is absolutely ridiculous! The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily uncomfortable. When someone is providing a hands-on service, especially doing nails, they need to know how to handle a client's hands gently and professionally. Being rough, rolling your eyes, getting irritated over simple requests, and responding disrespectfully when a customer says they are being hurt is unacceptable. I left extremely disappointed with both the service and the overall experience. I would not want this technician doing my nails again. Only giving a star because I have to.

Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the service my daughter received during her appointment at your salon on May 19. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter, who is graduating high school, to get acrylic nails with regular polish and a pedicure. Her nail appointment was with Kim T., and her pedicure was scheduled with Crystal T. She arrived on time for her 1:00 PM appointment, accompanied by my mother. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely upsetting. The technician working on her hands. Presumably Kim, was not only unresponsive when my daughter asked about her scheduled pedicure, but also acted in a rude and dismissive manner throughout the appointment. Despite multiple polite attempts by my daughter to ask about the pedicure, Kim refused to respond. My mother, who only speaks Spanish, also attempted to clarify the situation and was met with hostile looks and rude treatment from the technician. Eventually, my mother had to go to the front desk and call me so I could translate and try to resolve the issue. This situation should not have escalated to that point basic communication and respect from the technician would have made all the difference. Though my daughter did eventually receive her pedicure from Crystal, who was kind and professional, the overall experience left her feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. It was her first time getting her nails done, and what should have been an exciting and joyful pre-graduation moment turned into a distressing experience. I feel terrible that I could not be there to advocate for her in person. I find this treatment to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a business that serves a diverse community. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your staff treats all clients with the courtesy and respect they deserve. I look forward to your response and hope you will take steps to prevent this from happening to others in the future. read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bella Vous and receiving a full set of nails from Kimberly, and I have to say it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, Kimberly was so caring and attentive to my needs, making sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to. But what really stood out to me was how friendly and personable Kimberly was throughout the entire process. She made me feel right at home and we had some great discussions while she worked her magic on my nails. And speaking of which, the end result was absolutely stunning! I can honestly say that it was one of the best nail jobs I've received in a while. If you're in the market for a great nail tech, I highly recommend Kimberly at Bella Vous. Her skills are top-notch and her caring nature really sets her apart from the rest. Don't hesitate to give them a chance and ask for Kimberly - you won't be disappointed! read more

I'm really shocked to read everyone else's reviews of this place and see that they like it so much. My major issue is with the quality of their work. I got a pedicure here, and was underwhelmed. She didn't properly shape my toenails. In fact, when I examined them at home, they were all very differently shaped - square, square-rounded, and some were completely round. I had specifically asked for a square rounded shape on my toes. To make matters worse, half the nail polish on my big toenail chipped off the day after I got the pedicure! I didn't wear tight shoes, nor was I kicking or scraping my feet to make the nail polish chip like that. Yes, it's nice to be offered a beverage, and I will admit this was a nice little touch. I also really appreciate their low prices, but I'd rather pay a little more if it means I get a great pedicure! read more

This place is simply amazing! I went in today with no appointment thinking nothing of it, and as soon as I walk in I see the place pretty crowded for a Monday. I thought I'd have to at least wait a minimum of 30 min but to my surprise as I checked in with the nice receptionist she informed me she had someone available for my service I picked my color and got seated immediately. I got my nails done by Hanna, she was great, very kind and polite, great customer service and very talented I loved my nails. This was my third time in the salon and every time I've come in I'm greeted by a different friendly face at the front desk, my experience here is always a great one from beginning to end. I will def continue returning. Thank you Bella Vous staff read more

The service was fast great well polished environment. The workers were very kind and sweet. They checked in on me very often which gave me a sense that they really care. I didn't make an appointment and they still had time for my wonderful pedicure. I loved the deal salt scrub it was great. I only waited fifteen minutes for my eyebrows and I didn't even schedule appointment. I got here at about 310 and they gave me my pedicure as soon I got here with no scheduled appointment. After my pedicure I only waited 15 minutes for eyebrows. The scent of the place was very clean and sweet smelling. I thoroughly enjoyed the workers and their service. I forgot to ask for names but everyone was very kind to me. I recommend coming in here often. read more
