We needed a last minute mani and pedi and thankfully they took us an hour after I called ! Thai and Mai were so accommodating and friendly...I appreciated how attentive they were to my mom's needs. They were meticulous and gentle - not rushing during the process at all. Our nails look so goooooooood! Cons - the cat eye detail was a bit better on some nails than the others. - I lived in Torrance, where my acrylic cat eye manicure and gel pedicure, with tip came out to $80 - A bit pricey.. the same thing was $140 here - my pedicure done by a different tech, was not great. She went a bit thick on the nail polish so they look lumpy fat. She didn't work on the ingrown nails. I still give it four stars because it is a lot nicer and overall a better experience read more

Gel manicure- my nails started chipping the next day Regular polish pedicure- nails chipped within 4 days. My pedicure usually last for weeks. The person who did my nails was really nice so I gave it two stars but now I have to pay to have my nails and feet done again somewhere else after less than a week. I was sat quickly, and I loved the wax mask my nail tech used on my feet. They look so beautiful and moisturized! I called that I didn't need a full pedi service just a callus removal. The gentleman informed me on the phone that it will be $10. I said great I am walking in. There was another gentleman who was going to be taking care of me. His demeanor was way off like he was upset or something. He explained to me that they just don't do callus removal by itself and that it's part of the full pedi service which I fully understand. I advised him that I only had less than 30 minutes since I had an appointment to go to. He said that he will do it for me just this time. I really appreciated him for doing that. But then it got awkward. He kept talking to his co-worker in their language right in front of me. It sounded like he was complaining about me the whole time. He scrubbed my feet and then he said he was done when I felt there was still callus left and my feet were still wet. It was an uncomfortable and horrible experience. read more
