Not only did they take me even though it was 6pm and very late and they close at 7, (I did call ahead to check bc I'm not inconsiderate) but they still took their time and gave me great service and experience. I was so happy with my nails and the price was perfect! They up charge, within reason, rather than like other salons that charge for every small thing that should be included! They are very sweet and friendly when I come in and when I asked for an itemized receipt the man who helped me check in and out provided it with no issues! Seeing the price breakdown and knowing I paid under $200 for both and got beautiful nail designs and one of the higher level pedicures, I was so happy! I will definitely be coming here regularly for my maintenance and you should too! read more

Actually no one told me anything about a 10 minute wait or anything. I just sat patiently and waited. Anyways, communication was indeed a break down. My nails lasted a day unlike when I'd get them done at that location before the new business name. As I said before, I do not say this is a bad business. It's just not the business for me. The most important things to me when going to salons are respecting appointment time, reasonable pricing, and quick but efficient service. I did not experience a super welcoming, above and beyond vibe but my main expectations of nail salons (unfortunately for me, the bar is low) were met. I was assisted by Thai within 8-10 minutes, gel mani was $35, and from start to finish it took around 35 minutes, far faster than any other nail salon experience I've had. 4 stars because he cut a few of my cuticles due to working very quickly and not carefully. This has never happened to me at a salon before and they were bleeding for a while. read more

We needed a last minute mani and pedi and thankfully they took us an hour after I called ! Thai and Mai were so accommodating and friendly...I appreciated how attentive they were to my mom's needs. Gel manicure- my nails started chipping the next day Regular polish pedicure- nails chipped within 4 days. My pedicure usually last for weeks. The person who did my nails was really nice so I gave it two stars but now I have to pay to have my nails and feet done again somewhere else after less than a week. I went with the basic gel manicure ($35) and basic pedicure ($30), and both were a great value for the quality and service. y'all.. i used to go to another local nail salon where it was less boujee and 20$ more pricey than this spot for a gel pedicure and sometimes they would kinda botch the job. i am SO GLAD i found this salon! i got the basic gel pedi and my artist's name was tracy. she ATE DOWN on the shaping and she worked really cleanly which is important to me. i told her i have thin nails and that i liked my second toe cut with the rest, not to my anatomy cause it grows crooked and she perfectly shaped them and took off my old pedi super gently. the salon was really luxurious looking inside and they had a ton of color options. it was $46 for my pedi (PLUS TIP!) my new fav spot! read more

Stopped in today at random as I saw they were a new spot and wanted to give them a try. I got a pedicure, the step above a basic pedicure but I don't remember the name of the service lol. I was sat quickly, and I loved the wax mask my nail tech used on my feet. They look so beautiful and moisturized! I called that I didn't need a full pedi service just a callus removal. The gentleman informed me on the phone that it will be $10. I said great I am walking in. There was another gentleman who was going to be taking care of me. His demeanor was way off like he was upset or something. He explained to me that they just don't do callus removal by itself and that it's part of the full pedi service which I fully understand. I advised him that I only had less than 30 minutes since I had an appointment to go to. He said that he will do it for me just this time. I really appreciated him for doing that. But then it got awkward. He kept talking to his co-worker in their language right in front of me. It sounded like he was complaining about me the whole time. He scrubbed my feet and then he said he was done when I felt there was still callus left and my feet were still wet. It was an uncomfortable and horrible experience. read more
