The person who did my nails was really nice so I gave it two stars but now I have to pay to have my nails and feet done again somewhere else after less than a week. Stopped in today at random as I saw they were a new spot and wanted to give them a try. I got a pedicure, the step above a basic pedicure but I don't remember the name of the service lol. I was sat quickly, and I loved the wax mask my nail tech used on my feet. They look so beautiful and moisturized! I called that I didn't need a full pedi service just a callus removal. The gentleman informed me on the phone that it will be $10. I said great I am walking in. There was another gentleman who was going to be taking care of me. His demeanor was way off like he was upset or something. He explained to me that they just don't do callus removal by itself and that it's part of the full pedi service which I fully understand. I advised him that I only had less than 30 minutes since I had an appointment to go to. He said that he will do it for me just this time. I really appreciated him for doing that. But then it got awkward. He kept talking to his co-worker in their language right in front of me. It sounded like he was complaining about me the whole time. He scrubbed my feet and then he said he was done when I felt there was still callus left and my feet were still wet. It was an uncomfortable and horrible experience. read more
